Villa Capo Boi, ideal para familias, cerca de playa privada

La villa está situada dentro de un pequeño desarrollo privado, a unos 5 minutos en coche de uno de los principales centros turísticos familiares en la costa sur de Cerdeña. La villa está muy cerca de una playa tranquila, privada de la residencia y de un hotel cercano. La playa es adecuada para niños de todas las edades, con aguas poco profundas y piscinas de rocas. La villa es espaciosa, con una gran terraza que rodea el aspecto sur de la propiedad, múltiples asientos, salones y comedores. Está rodeado por un gran jardín, adecuado como zona de juegos infantiles. Internamente hay:
• Una gran sala de estar de planta abierta, amueblada con muebles antiguos de Cerdeña con tres áreas diferentes; un área de música / lectura en un nivel inferior con dos cómodos sillones; una zona de conversación con un sofá incorporado frente a una chimenea equipada con estufa; Un comedor interior.
• El ala del dormitorio se divide en dos áreas que ofrecen privacidad para múltiples familias o grupos; en un ala, un dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un gemelo más pequeño con baño en suite, adecuado para niños; la otra ala tiene 3 habitaciones: una individual y dos dobles / dobles, una de ellas con baño en suite y las otras dos comparten un baño más grande; Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes armarios empotrados y las dobles son extra grandes.
• La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos para un cocinero entusiasta.
• Al lado de la cocina hay un patio, perfecto para el desayuno.
• También hay un cuarto de servicio con una gran lavadora, inodoro y lavabo.

Also ich schreibe nie Bewertungen, aber die „Villa Capo Boi“ hat uns so begeistert, dass ich es mir nicht nehmen lasse, dieses hier mal zu tun.Im Süden Sardiniens liegt die wunderbare Villa mit einer gepflegten Gartenanlage, in einer privaten Wohnanlage. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, in den man sich fast verlieren kann, sind gemütlich eingerichtet und an jeder Ecke der Anlage findet man Überraschungen (warme Außenduschen, Grill, viele Rückzugsplätze, ....).Alles ist herausragend gepflegt und das Inventar ist mehr als üppig vorhanden (Badehandtücher, Strandstühle, Schwimm- u. Spielsachen für den Strand, usw.), auch wird Wert daraufgelegt, dass viel Verbrauchsmittel bereits vorhanden sind (vom Mückenspray bis hin das auch Kaffee für den Start vorhanden ist).Das Meer ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Haus entfernt und das super klare Meerwasser ladet dich regelrecht ein, um darin zu plantschen. Ein morgendlicher Kaffee am Strand mit der Untermalung des Meeresrauschens ist ein Gedicht für die pure Erholung.Der traumhafte Strand ist in eine Bucht eingebettet, sodass ein Zugang zum Strand nur von Personen der Wohnanlage und eines Hotel möglich ist.Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic Villa close to the ocean

The villa is very spacious with a lot of rooms, a fantastic surrounding and an absolutely loving garden. The ocean is a two minutes walk from the house with a nice little beach. The host Anna and her sister were super friendly and supportive. We had the best holiday! Thank you Anna and Graziella!

Perfect for families and groups

Amazing villa in a stunning garden setting within a short stroll to a beautiful private beach. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and more for an extended stay, including beach equipment. Anna is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

A comfortable villa in a nice location

We had a great week in the villa: it is spacious enough to accommodate three families with rather different life-styles, so that they don't interfere with each other, and simultaneously, to be together at any times we wanted. All possible equipment, from table games and to beach things, was there. The beach itself, 2 minutes walk, is not ideal (a bit rocky), but private, with only guests from other villas in the vicinity coming. All-in-all, it is a pity that we've only had one week there! Maybe, another time...

Wundervolle Woche mit Privatstrand

Wir (6 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) waren eine woche in der liebevoll gestalteten Villa. Es gibt mehr als genug Platz (inkl. Bäder und Toiletten) und es wir wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es gab genügend Handtücher, Strand-Equipment, Spielsachen für die Kids, sogar eine kleine Hausapotheke und diversen Mückenschutz. Zu Fuß ist man in einer Minute an der kleinen Bucht mit klarem, türkisblauem Wasser, die wir fast für uns alleine hatten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder.

Amazing stay at villa Capo Boi

Our stay at villa iwas an absolute delight! The spacious layout and thoughtful design of the villa made it a perfect retreat for our ten days stay. The abundance of amenities provided truly exceeded our expectations – from the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals with ease, cosy terraces around villa and beautiful green garden. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, just a minute away by walk. It's evident that a lot of care went into ensuring that guests have everything they could possibly need. From entertainment options board games for evenings in, to the outdoor grill and dining area for enjoying our meals , every detail was meticulously thought out. Thank you for providing such a well-appointed and inviting villa. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we left with fond memories and a desire to return in the future. I must commend the outstanding hospitality we received from the villa's host during our stay in Sardinia. Their attentiveness and easy communication truly enhanced our experience. Vacances d'été

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances, la villa est très bien équipée pour cuisiner, elle est incroyablement grande et idéale pour se retrouver en famille. Nous avons également apprécié les terrasses couvertes le soir pour passer du temps en extérieur. Enfin, ce qui nous a séduit le plus, c'est la proximité de la plage privée, donc très peu de monde. La communication avec Anna est très fluide et hyper rapide. Encore merci de nous faire profiter de votre villa !

Great beach holiday

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us as we have 2 young children, and the beautiful beach was only a minute walk away. This made it so easy to spend time in the water and whisk the baby away for a nap when needed. Perfect! The house was lovely and large. Lots of space to run around, and lots of lovely places to eat and relax outside. One note to be aware of is that if you opt for air conditioning, it’s only in the bedroom areas. This is fine as the bedrooms are in their own area and so stay nice and cool. Graziella and Anna were very helpful and easy to contact and made the check in and checkout process very easy. Thank you!

Family Holiday 2.-9.6.2023

Unser Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie (7 Personen) in eurer schönen Villa war sehr erholsam. Bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem gepflegten Garten, der geräumigen Villa mit moderner Kücheneinrichtung und vielen Zimmern mit eigenem Bad angenehm überrascht. Der in nur 2 Minuten Fußweg erreichbare, private Strand verführte zu mehrfachem Besuch, um zu entspannen, schwimmen und schnorcheln von morgens bis abends. Kurz: Es war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub. Einen Optimierungsvorschlag haben wir: Für die Nachtruhe wäre es von Vorteil, wenn sich die Zimmertüren leise öffnen und schließen lassen würden. Vielen Dank Anna und Graziella für die gastfreundliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts, sowie alles Gute und Gesundheit für die Zukunft. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the well kept garden, the spacious villa with modern kitchen facilities and many en-suite bedrooms. The private beach, which can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot, invited us to many visits to relax, swim and snorkel from morning to night. In short: it was a very nice family vacation. We have a suggestion for optimization: It would be an advantage for the night's sleep if the room doors could be opened and closed quietly. Overall happy

Dear Anna, We had a very nice time in your house and were very happy about your loving hospitality. The house is large, architecturally very special and, above all, extremely clean and well-kept. The house looks very familiar overall thanks to many loving personal details. The kitchen equipment is absolutely excellent, there is a lot of space and equipment to prepare any kind of food for the family. Anna is a very caring host who was always available for questions. The property around the house is large and spacious, perhaps the area could be used even better with a part of the garden with a green area, that would be great for children, otherwise the large garden tends to remain unused. 2 minutes away is a small stretch of beach, chairs and umbrellas were provided by Anna, and there are enough beach toys in the house that you can borrow. A beautiful spot

The villa was simply wonderful - spacious with high ceilings and so many outside areas (on shaded verandas) to enjoy al fresco eating. The gardens were well maintained and really beautiful, and our young children roamed freely and safely. Proximity to the nearby private beach was brilliant, and the beach itself is a real hidden gem with clear water and lovely swimming to be had (also very safe for children given the shallow entry) - and we were grateful for the provision of beach towels, toys and parasols which made beach time easier and a lot more fun. We also enjoyed nipping to the hotel next door for sundowner drinks with a lovely view. The kitchen in the villa was equipped with everything you could want and more, and multiple bathrooms provided plenty of hot water for everyone - even when showering at the same time. A great spot - really special. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Anna and Graziella.

Lovely family holiday

We stayed at Anna’s villa as 2 families in October half term! The villa is amazingly well equipped with anything you would need for a family stay. Anna provides us with brilliant detailed information about the villa in advance and was always available for any questions we had. It’s in a fabulous position 2 minutes walk to the beach. For seaside holidays with amazing snorkelling and beautiful scenery stay here! Thank you we loved it!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, ein zweijähriges Kind und ein halbjähriges Kind und hatten mehr als genügend Platz in diesem Haus. Die Villa ist gross und sehr schön. Insbesondere die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten im grossen Garten tragen zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Anna und Graziella, die Besitzer des Hauses, waren ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und wir wurden über alles gut informiert. Der Strand, der zwei Fussminuten vom Haus entfernt ist, ist hübsch und nicht voll von Leuten, aber es ist nicht dieser Traumstrand, den wahrscheinlich viele von Sardinien erwarten. Solche Strände hat's in der Nähe von Villasimius, zum Beispiel die Costa Rei (10-15 Autominuten entfernt). Das Haus ist nicht in einem wirklichen Dorf, für den Einkauf muss man nach Villasimius fahren (8 Minuten Autofahrt). Mit Ausnahme des Backofens war das Haus sehr sauber. Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus eindeutig empfehlen.

Failed 7 days

Wir haben 3 Tage in einen klammen/feuchtkalten Haus gewohnt ( wir waren die ersten Gäste in 2018 ) leider wurde versäumt vorher zu lüften und zu heizen. Fernsehsender funktionierten nicht. Eine Anfrage deshalb blieb unbeantwortet. Wir waren in dieser Anlage fast die einzigen Gäste, das war zum Teil unheimlich...im Übrigen hat diese Anlage die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Garten besteht aus brauner Erde und ein paar Pflanzen. Der Strand direkt an der Anlage fällt in Quälität und Schönheit deutlich zu den üblichen Stränden in Sardinien ab. Wir können das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen.

Back to Paradise

This was our second stay at this wonderful villa with magical hosts! This time we were there with friends who were as enthusiastic about the property and the surrounding area as we were. For us this is the perfect holiday villa and the area around Villiasimius is beautiful. We had a great time at the Ristorante Il Miraggio on the spiagia di campus (5 minutes drive to Villiasimius), and a super pizza is available at Su Giganti (also located directly on the SP17 direction Villiasimius). In Villiasimius on the Via del Mare, there is a wine shop Baccusardus - very recommendable there the wine and the ham plate (Dependance is located at Elmas airport next to the car rentals). Don't miss the marketplace on Saturday! As said in our first review, the villa is perfect for a big family or groups, sleeping rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a very well equiped kitchen which makes you feel like home and all the terrasses and beautiful living rooms - the villa is even better than shown on the pictures and absolutly clean and tidy. We loved everything and will definitely return. Thank you Anna and Graziella for hosting us!

Top Location

We were 9 personens and had a wonderful stay in "Villa Licciardo". Graziella, Anna and the whole stuff very freindly, competent and polite beginning from the first contact. A villa in a quality that you normally have to search for. Well equipped and spacious. And a nice, (maybe a little too small) beach- but there are several sensational beaches nearby....perfect Holidays.

Some days in paradise

Like some of the guests before us, i really would like to keep this beautiful place secret so we may always have Villa Capo to ourselves! We arrived on a sunday and found everything we needed for a first breakfast in the fridge! What a kind welcome! The villa is perfect for a big family or groups, sleeping rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a very well equiped kitchen which makes you feel like home and all the terrasses and beautiful living rooms - the villa is even better than shown on the pictures and absolutly clean and tidy. The beach is 2 minutes away, but we discoverd by car serveral other beaches nearby (we prefered Sinzia with the Tamatete bar). Villasminus is also very close by car, and you find there plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets, a marketplace on saturday and street market during nights. We loved everything and will definitely return. Thank you Anna and Graziella for hosting us!

Pleasant family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. House was well equiped and clean. The beach is perfect for little kids and very beautiful. The manager was very friendly and helpfull. The location was a bit remote for our liking. Another negative aspect was that some people dressed inappropriatly at the private beach ( topless woman). But overall we had a wonderfull time.

hidden gem of Sardegna

we has a wonderful time at Anna's beautiful villa at the southern coast. the authentic family-villa is more than charming and relaxing. the beach is a 2 minutes walk from the house through the great shadows of the pinea-trees. it is a very honest place far from the touristic masses although Villasimius, the small town provides everything if needed. we were 11 people (6 adults,5 children) and had our private place and time on our own too. Anna and her sister were more than helpful with everything we needed. we highly recommend it to everyone and will surely go back one day.

well appointed secluded villa

We were on a family break and the villa was ideal for our needs. Still early in the season and we had great weather but quiet and easy access to all things. A car is needed as nothing nearby but we found a local taxi to take us to and from local restaurants at low cost. The beach nearby is very quiet. The hotel next door will shortly re-open and this should be good to provide a local bar and lunch spot. Great areas to sit around outside the villa and all the kit if you want to stay in and cook on site. No reservations for a quiet relaxing break.

Definitely the wow factor!

I feel I want to keep this a secret so we may always have Villa Capo to ourselves! We arrived in the dark and even then the 5 of us went 'wow' in the morning light we went 'Wow wow'! The villa photos do not show its true beauty, which is not usually the case. It is so well appointed, with everything you could possibly need and more.it was beautifully clean and is obviously well loved by Anna and Graziella. We did not miss a pool as the small private beach was a minute away and a safe bay to swim in, although a bit cold as we were fairly early in the season, but we braved it! Villasminus is very close by car, with plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets. Like the previous reviewer we ate at the villa a lot as the kitchen was so well equipped ant it was so pleasant sitting outside. We loved the roof for sunbathing! We would definitely return and definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Anna and Graziella. Mike, Barbie and family

Lovely villa, great location!

The villa is excellent: clean, comfortable and very spacious - every bit as lovely as the photos. The outside living, dining, breakfast and relaxing areas were fabulous, enabling us to spend much of our time enjoying the wonderful weather, which was hot and sunny every day (October). The outdoor shower was a treat - shame our weather means we can't have one! The beach is just down some steps from the garden gate and, maybe because we were outside of the main holiday season, we had it all to ourselves most days. The beach is ideal for swimming, paddling or just relaxing in the sun-chairs provided from the villa. Villasimius town and supermarket are a short drive away, as are several other stunning beaches. We tried kayaking and stand-up paddling, and also enjoyed a wonderful evening horseride, all local and very reasonably priced. Anna and Graziella were most helpful and accommodating, providing clear directions and useful advice. Altogether, we had a marvellous week and would definitely recommend the Villasimius area and this lovely villa.

Perfect getaway

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Capo Boi, and we are already looking forward to a return trip. Anna and Graziella made the trip easy from the start; responsive to emails and useful write-ups about the villa/surrounding area. The villa looks great on-line but is even nicer in person. It had plenty of space for the five of us (my wife and I, our two young children, and my sister-in-law), and it could have easily accommodated more. The kitchen facilities are modern and well stocked. As a result, we ended up cooking most of our meals and enjoying them on the covered patio – our favorite part of the house. The beach is literally a two-minute walk from the house, even with two small kids in tow. It is a private beach on a sheltered cove. There is a hotel at one end, and other end is reserved for residents. It never felt too busy even in late August. The water is beautiful and full of fish. Villasimius is a short drive from the house. It’s close enough to get groceries, gelato, or a dinner, but far enough away that you don’t feel over-run by other tourists. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here. It was incredibly relaxing, and felt a world away from the cares of everyday life. We will definitely be back.

Excellent villa in great location

We were two families with teenage/ young adult children. This villa is really lovely in an excellent location just a couple of minutes walk down a path to a very pretty beach. The villa is on an estate but is very private and secluded.There is plenty of space both inside and out. The outside spaces are particularly nice with lots of different terraces so it is very easy to find a quiet space for yourself but also great for group meals and evening entertainment together. The garden is very spacious with lots of interesting plants and lovely out door lighting. The villa is very well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Anna and Graziella were very helpful both during the booking process and during our stay, providing lots of useful recommendations. There are lots of lovely beaches to visit, not too far away. I would highly recommend this lovely villa and the location.

Although I work and have a family in Great Britain I am from Cagliari where I was born, studied and lived until my mid-twenties. I still have family connections there and I love going back there at least once a year to feel close to my roots.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have always loved the Villasimius ragged coastline and its unspoilt scenery. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia. We have owned this house since 1988 and throughout the years we have extensively refurbished and improved it (new bathrooms and kitchen, new beds, replanting of the garden). Since then all our family summer holidays have been spent there and we have beautiful memories of those long summers. We instantly relax when we arrive and we see it as the perfect antidote to a stressful working life. In the last 10 years since we can't be there long enough we have decided to rent and share it with other families. Many guests in the past said how our house feels like a real 'home from home'. Some families have come back to stay year after year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When we are there we rarely need to use the car if not for shopping or going to a restaurant.
I also know how stressful it can be to travel with children and to this purpose I have equipped the house with a young family in mind- no more tantrums with children during a hot journey in a car. The beach is on your doorstep! The residence and the garden are large spaces and very safe even for the most energetic of children while you relax and sip your favorite drink on the terrace
