Amplio apartamento, bien equipado, de banda ancha, TV por satélite, con piscina a las afueras.

Bienvenido a nuestro apartamento ideal para sus vacaciones en Sao Rafael. Una casa de vacaciones perfecto en un lugar perfecto para vacaciones. Este gran apartamento con aire acondicionado en planta baja ha sido recientemente renovado a un estándar muy alto (2013 ver más abajo) Ahora, con la banda ancha, SKY TV y todas las últimas películas. El desarrollo es un bello paisaje con árboles y jardines que contienen una gran variedad de arbustos y flores colourfull. La gran piscina y piscina infantil está a sólo 20 pasos de la puerta. El paseo por la costa hacia el oeste de la playa de Sao Rafael realmente no se debe perder. El mar ha erosionado la costa de la piedra arenisca en las formas más espectaculares, incluyendo arcos, puentes y pequeñas calas.

A brilliant apartment in a great location with good amenities. Loved the apartment, great to have the swimming pool almost outside of the door and the poolside bar was very reasonable for food and drink. Great location, just away from the hustle and bustle with some great restaurants nearby, but still only a short walk or very cheap uber ride if you want a busier area. Would thourogly recommend. Had to contact the host a couple of times (as I hadn't fully read the information he had sent me) and replies were always quick and courteous.

Fantastic family holiday

Great location very close to a beautiful beach,15 min walk to the marina with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Everything we needed at the apartment and even though it was school holidays the pool was great not too busy or fighting for a sun bed

Great holiday

The area was lovely with nice beaches and convenient access to the pools. Keven was easy to contact and did what he could to help with a small maintenance issue. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved our stay in Sao Rafael! Could come back any time! Beautiful and calm compound, relaxed and family friendly atmosphere by the pool, nice apartment +++. Just a 5 min walk from stunning Algarve beaches and Coast line. The whole family enjoyed the 10 days and want to go back 😎 Kitchen is well equiped and we coocked most our meals at home. We can highly recommend this place!

Excellent location and space in the Albufeira

Very handy, clean unit on main floor. Super close to the pool and parking. Lovely backyard patio with seating for 6 at the table, plus more on the patio. Walking to beach is easy on the road with a sidewalk - 6 minutes away to Sao Rafael beach. Kevin (the owner) was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Not what I expected

The property is in a good location and set in a nice place for staycation. Internally though , it is a different story. Lack of cleanliness or everything being quite old first comes out. We opened the washing machine and there were washed left over clothes. The utensils need to be cleaned again for us to use, the toilet seat had moulds. Next day we had ants in our luggage. We had to empty everything. It did not occur to me that I need to take picutres of such mishaps. The next day i found some and took pictures of them. The first day there was lot of construction stuff left in the patio with a left over apple. The host got it cleaned next day but they need pictures for eveything. I gave that as propf. Some of the blankets and sheetdls are so old didnt feel like using them, that was ok I can put up with it but the other bits of cleanliness and me having to take picutres of toilet seats was not an holiday I want. When we go in a hotel and we ask for the toilet to be cleaned it gets cleaned. They won't ask people to take pictures of it and then being accused of some intention of trying to check out because it is going to rain slightly. I got out after 2 nights even though I booked for 5 nights. The next 3 days in a proper place, kids didnt want to leave that place. I turned it around but definitely not this flat.

Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, verdreckte Wäsche lag noch im Schrank. Das Bad war mit Ungeziefern verdreckt, Armaturen unsauber. Toilette war sauber. Ansonsten war die Austattung in Ordnung, wir hatten alles, was man braucht. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage. Nähe zum Pool.

Traumstrände in Fussdistanz

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in Albufeira und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer sehr schönen Ablage mit grossem Pool, was für die Kinder toll war. Die Möblierung ist alt, das macht auf den ersten Blick einen nicht so guten Eindruck. Aber davon sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Es hat in der Wohnung alles was man braucht, sogar ein paar Spielsachen für den Strand und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir zu Fuss (zwischen 10 -30 Minuten) mehrere schöne Strände erreichen konnten und der Bus ins Zentrum regelmäßig fährt, haben wir gar kein Auto gemietet. Der Vermieter ist zudem sehr gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundliche. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Great Apartment

Apartment was lovely and clean, right beside the pool, pool area was lovely and relaxing, ideal for a family location. Pool bar is nice if you want something small to eat, the host was very easy deal with and responsive to any questions, highly recommend. It is a 20 minute walk to the Marina all down hill and a big hill to walk back up, there are nice restaurants beside the apartment to eat. The apartment is a great location for the beach a 2 minute walk, lovely beach.

Baratas

O condomínio é bastante simpático. Bastante próximo das piscinas e todas as pessoas a trabalhar no condomínio são simpáticas bem como o proprietário. O ponto negativo foram as várias baratas que encontramos no apartamento, que fez com que não pudéssemos desfrutar da nossa estadia como gostaríamos. Obrigada

Lovely family holiday

We have just got home from spending 10 days in Sao Rafael. The apartment met all of our needs. It was much more comfortable to have two bedrooms rather than pulling out a sofa bed for the kids each night as per previous package holidays. The kitchen and bathroom offer everything required, and it is so handy to be able to wash towels if you need or make lunch at home before heading back out to the pool. Having the TV and internet was great too especially in the evenings with the kids. The apartment is situated literally steps from the pool which is really nice. It is well managed so it is clean and great for families. There is a handy bar for drinks and food if you need it. In the other direction there is the beach. Also really nice and clean but can get busy and expensive to rent a sun bed with umbrella (18 euros). We bought a sun umbrella and left it in the apartment - much more reasonable. We would highly recommend doing the kayak tour from the beach. The apartment is about a 20 min walk from the marina which has nice bars/restaurants and a Spar. The old town is a bit further and so we used the local taxi company which was so easy with their Taxi1 app. Taxi would arrive in minutes and it cost about 6 euros. We do think that hiring a car could be helpful, especially if you wish to explore the wider area. Down by the beach there is a restaurant called Praia Grande. We went 3 times and always had a lovely meal, lovely service and a fantastic sunset view out to the Atlantic! There is an Aldi and a Lidl in the old town and we would recommend going there to stock up. The local mini market was extortionate. We would happily rent this apartment again and recommend it to friends/family.

Great Apartment

Great apartment, all we could need for a week away. The pool is really close by and setting is great with well cared for gardens. Good location for beaches and golf courses on the Algarve. Brilliant service from Kevin, key sent out to us with instructions how to get to the apartment, and how to use things inside (like TV, WiFi etc) then more information in welcome folder in the apartment. Would highly recommend

I live in England with my wife and 1 child. My wife Erika looks after young Michael full time at present.
We chose an apartment in Sao Rafael when a friend of ours invited us to his own apartment in the same complex. The place seemed ideal, lovely gardens, sun, the sea on the doorstep, and only 3 kilometres from Albufeira's bars and restaurants.
Unique benefits of the property - the property is just a four or five minute walk from a great beach and just 20 metres from the pool area. Newly updated with a repaint, new bath and shower, new TV, new armchair, new curtaints, new mattresses and a floor tile regrout in Feb 2013

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It seems to have everything. Great weather, great pool, a superb beach, great golf, beautiful walks and fantastic restaurants and night life down the road in Albufeira. Plus of course cheap flights to England.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you want to dine in style there is now a brand new 5 star beach side hotel within a 30second walk from the apartment. We have recently upgraded the apartment with a new TV, broadband, bath and shower, mattresses, repaint, regrouted tiles and a new armchair.
