Una casa bonita y acogedora.

La casa bonita y acogedora, con todas las cosas necesarias para vivir, no hacía falta nada. Lástima que tuvimos unos problemas con el cuadro de luces que saltaba y se iba la luz, pero lo solucionaron.

Top Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Wir haben in diesem Haus 7 Tage verbracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus ist groß und bietet eine gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Outdoor Grill und die Küche haben uns gefallen. Arrifana ist ein kleines Dorf, bietet dafür allerdings einige gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Der Strand ist groß und bietet optimale Wellen. Einem sollte allerdings bewusst sein, dass das Wetter nicht immer mitspielt und man auch einige kältere Tage und Nächte an diesem Teil der Küste bekommen kann. Hier bietet das Haus einen Ofen (allerdings ist kein Holz vorhanden) und mobile elektrische Heizkörper. Abzüge erhält das Haus für die Textilien. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind schon gut in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Outdoor Möbel wollten wir bei unserem Aufenthalt lieber nicht nutzen… Die Liegen und Stühle mussten wir von der Polsterung befreien, da diese sehr runtergekommen ist und an fast jedem Teil schwarze Flecken aufgetreten sind. Auch die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern könnten sicherlich besser sein. Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden und hatten schöne Tage in diesem Haus.

Wonderful holidays in Arifana

We spent 10 days with our teenage kids in this lovely house and liked it from the very start. The location is within walking distance to the beautiful surf beach and there are lots of nice restaurants around. But we also enjoyed to spend our evenings privately around the pool playing card games and making barbecue. We'd love to go there again in the future!

super Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren in Emilys Haus für eine Woche und waren begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und die Lage perfekt. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und eine Bar gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une formidable expérience

La maison d’Emilie est magnifique et très bien située vs les divers centres d’intérêts d’Arrifana (surf, café, restaurants, centre de Yoga…) tout en étant au calme. Avec ses 3 chambres et ses 3 SDB attenantes, la maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Nous avons vraiment passé un superbe séjour. Par ailleurs, Émilie est très gentille et très réactive et son contact sur place tout à son image. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison de vacances!

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a fantastic holiday with our three adult children in this lovely and comfortable villa. The house is tastefully decorated and along with terrace, garden and pool perfectly equipped, offering plenty of space for a group of people. We felt at home straight away. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants with new tasty fish dishes every day and the local Arrifana beach where our kids took some surfing lessons. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of this part of the Algarve. Within 15 min drive there are several glorious beaches plus great hiking paths along the unspoiled, wild coast and nature reserve with fantastic views. Near-by Aljezur is perfect for buying fresh fish, local produce and again some nice restaurants. So, we felt really lucky having found this wonderful villa in these beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the easy and efficient communication with the owner. We strongly recommend!

Lovely property slightly away from main tourist areas

Enjoyed staying here. Clean with plenty of space for a family of 4. Good for surfers. Most other holiday activities are on the south coast which is a 30-40 min drive over the hills. Washing machine and oven need a bit of TLC. Management aware but struggling to get technicians in August Arrifana beach very close but requires a walk back up the steepish hill after. There is a golf buggy that will bring you back up to the road for €1 per person. Lovely bbq area and nice pool Would happily stay again

Spacious cozy villa almost directly on the beach with a nice garden and relaxing pool

I rented the villa with a couple of friends for a week to attend the wedding of a mutual friend. We were warmly welcomed by the housekeeper Paul and provided with all the important information about the house and surroundings. We had a good time at the beach with good food in the surrounding restaurants and a great day trip to Lagos. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook, the pool with garden to relax. The cozy living room with TV and Netflix offers everything for a relaxed evening on the couch after a long sunny day. All bathrooms are modern and clean the beds are comfortable for sleeping. For late risers there are even roller blinds for a pitch black and cool bedroom. A few minutes drive away there is a mini-supermarket, breakfast cafes and a late night bar as well as a beautiful beach and viewpoint on the sea. Within a radius of about 20 minutes further dream beaches await you and the small town of Aljezur with giant supermarket, farmer's market and petrol station. Emily was a lovely and well responding host and I would recommend the villa at any time.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung war passend für Urlaubsansprüche. Pool und Garten waren in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für Surfbegeisterte da der nächste Strand nahelegen ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful house for a great holiday

Great and well equipped house. Plenty of space, large living/dining area with a very well equipped kitchen. The pool, the garden and the BBQ invite you to linger. The beach is within walking distance (approx. 10 min). We had a very nice stay and we would book the house again. Emily was very helpful and kind during our booking process and the nice owners representative met us in the villa and was on the spot when questions and problems arose. Although we had no need to contact him during our stay.

A lovely place!

We really had everything we need. To be honest this kitchen is better equipped than mine at home... it’s quiet, peaceful and a lot of space. The pool is a nice alternative if you don’t feel like beachin‘ all day. And Emily was very helpful and kind during our booking process while I was struggling with my new (and as it turned out limited) credit card. So this is a very nice place to spend holidays. I can really recommend this! Enjoy!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, in der fast nichts fehlte. Viel Platz, großer Wohn-/Essbereich, perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Super Pool, schöner Garten mit 6 Liegen und zwei Sitzgarnituren je nach Wetter und Wind, toller gemauerter Grill. Außenrum unbebaute Grundstücke, naturbelassen. Netter Hausverwalter Paul mit guten Tipps.

A lovely clean and well equipped villa in a peaceful location nearby some beautiful beaches.

The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool is large for a villa, with lovely sun beds. We visited two local beaches, arrifana which is a bit of a climb down (and back up!) and monte de clerigo which has much easier access. A car is a necessity but this enabled us to visit local towns and villages. We especially enjoyed Lagos for evening visits and the cost of meals out was very reasonable. Equally we made use of the villa barbecue and outside dining area. We visited with our two teenage daughters and they decided to share a bedroom, but everyone could have their own bathroom which keeps everyone happy. There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom so this could be great for an older relative and if you use the rear entrance to the property there are less steps to negotiate. The owners representative met us the villa and although we had no need to contact him during our stay, it was reassuring to know somebody was available nearby if needed. So in summary, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the villa for you!

Great house, great location

The house is great, very spacious, comfortable and with easy access to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained, dining tables inside and out, the facilities were excellent, the property manager was on hand for help and assistance. Arrifana beach is excellent for surfing.
