En el corazón de la hermosa Menaggio, con sus restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías, heladerías, piscina pública 'Lido'. Encantador apartamento con vista a la 'Piazza' principal, confortable sala de estar con balcón y hermosa vista al lago, cocina totalmente equipada, 2 dormitorios, baño. El piso proporciona también la caja fuerte. Supermercados, ferry, parada de autobús y muchas otras instalaciones están a poca distancia. Ideal para sus vacaciones relajantes, no es necesario tener un automóvil: desde aquí puede visitar todos los lugares hermosos alrededor del lago en bote, ferry, autobús; todas se detienen dentro de los 2 minutos a pie del apartamento.

Amazing view apartment

Apartment was perfect for me and my adult son. It provided everything we needed and lots to do in the area. The view of the lake from the apartment was beautiful. Wonderful place to stay.

The apartment was lovely. Right in the middle of town. Everything you need to enjoy the lively city of Mannaggio. Overlooking the plaza from the little balcony...watching families and their children...was wonderful. Easy access to Lake Como ferries that take you to all the key cities!We loved it!Dale and Judy

Nice appartment and perfect location

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. The location directly on the piazza is great, many restaurants directly opposite and a view of the lake. Nevertheless, it is not noisy in the evening. A pastry shop, a greengrocer and a butcher are nearby.

Loved it!

Loved the apartment and the proximity to the square with it’s shops and restaurants. Only drawback was the steps, but that’s been we are all in out mid 70’s. Would recommend.

Menaggio is the Best!!!

The little town of Menaggio does not disappoint! Raffaella’s place was perfect for our week on Lake Como. The apt was perfectly situated in the center of the town square so it was easy to grab food or walk the lake front. But nights were quiet and there weren’t any disruptions. The place was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is splendid! Exceptionally clean, with all the necessary facilities required for a comfortable stay in Lake Como.Location is in the centre of Menaggio, with a balcony overlooking the sqaure, which had great views and fantastic entertainment in the evening. There was plenty of cafes, gelato and little shops just directly at the bottom of the apartment.Raffy is a fantastic host. I had some car issues and she really helped me out!Thank you for the stay. The family of the four of us thoroughly enjoyed it! I hope to come back again one day and if I do, I would love to stay at yours again, please. :)

Menaggio Stay

The property was very much as described and very well located. The apartment was very comfortable and it was lovely to be able to open the Juliet balcony doors in the living room and let the sun in and the atmosphere from the plaza. Although we were very close to the centre there was little or no outside noise after 10pm. Communication with Raffaella was excellent and we had no issues. There are a lot of nice places available in Menaggio but many are on quite steep hills, if you don’t have a car and want somewhere close to the centre, then I would certainly recommend this property. The kitchen is very well equipped although a small electric kettle would be very useful. Overall we had a lovely time.

Perfect!

We very much enjoyed our apartment in Menaggio. Getting luggage up the stairs was a bit of a challenge. Location was excellent! Apartment was clean and our host (Rafaella) always replied promptly to questions. Instructions on apartment could have been clearer -eg: washer location, so we wouldn’t have to bother our host. No complaints and we would definitely return!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Our Menaggio apartment is one of the best properties we have stayed in. In the heart of Menaggio, right on the main square, it is very well equipped for a short or long stay and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking, including some oils/condiments. The terrace in the photo is very small, and would struggle to accommodate 2 chairs, but it is nice to open the doors to the sounds of the town. At night, it is very quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor of the building with no lift, but you only have to move your luggage twice! A tip, the bedroom windows have shutters, for a good sleep-in. The location is perfect, 5 mins from the ferry, and the bus terminal is 10 minutes away. We did not have nor needed a car, and parking can be challenge, but even for a week, we explored the area bus bus and ferry for hikes and sightseeing. Raffaella was always available to help. Thank you. We will be back to explore more and this apartment will be our first choice.

Beautiful apartment in Menaggio

We stayed 4 days in this apartment during our short vacation in Lake Como. The place is absolutely adorable and very comfortable. The location is simply perfect with walking distance to all th restaurants in waterfront Menaggio and the ferry! We strongly recommend this place. We can’t wait to go back to this area and stay at this place. BTW, Raffaella was a great host provided very timely communication and made sure w got a secure ride back to Milan which was very helpful.

Der er kig til torvet, sø og bjerge fra stuen. Kig da det ikke er panorama. En stue der fungerer som spiseplads også. Køkkenet har det nødvendige men der er ikke meget bordplads - det kan give nogle udfordringer under madlavningen. Madradserne i de to soveværelset er i den hårde ende. Da der ikke er aircondition skal man være indstillet på at sove med åbne vinduer, og i det at lejligheden ligger helt centralt, er der en del støj fra bylivet. Der er fin service fra udlejers side. Hun stiller sig gerne til rådighed, hvis noget mangles.

Great apartment in an amazing location

We were 2 adults and 3 young kids staying in Raffaella's apartment for 7 days. The apartment was fantastic - very clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen necessaries. It is in a perfect location, with lovely views to the lake and main piazza, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, public buses and the ferry, so no car is needed. The bedrooms face away from the piazza so, you can enjoy the buzz and atmosphere from the living area, but sleep quietly at night. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Menaggio is the perfect base from which to explore the lake and mountains. We absolutely loved our stay at Lake Como. Thank you Rafaella!

L`appartamento di Rafaella era comodo,pulito e facile.Rafaella e Vlada erano amichevole e di grande aiuto.Hanno prenotato il taxi per andata e ritorno da Malpensa e il viaggio era facile.La posizione dell`appartamento e eccellente.Ringraziandovi per la Sua attenzione. Jan e Leonard Cottam.

A beautiful flat in the centre of Menaggio

We really enjoyed our stay in Menaggio this past week. Our flat was clean and very comfortable and we had beautiful views of the main square and lake every morning.

Perfect Location

We went on this amazing location with my husband for holidays and we loved the place. First of all Lake Como is an amazing place for holidays if you want to enjoy at best the summertime and get relaxed. In second place the apartment was perfect, it was clean, it was nice, it had all the tools that a person needs into the apartment and it was really on the main square! everything was near, we didn't even use a car. The owner was lovely and king and she wlecomed us and took us into the apartment. I certainly will come back to Menaggio as soon as possible

A Little Gem

A beautifully restored ancient building right in the heart of Menaggio and close to the shore of Lake Como. The apartment had been recently renovated and all fittings, cutlery and crockery were spotlessly clean. Free car parking exists but was often fully occupied. We parked free of charge near a local school about 800 yards away. The centre of Menaggio is pedestrianised and there are plenty of restaurants. On the negative side, we had to pay the balance of the rent in cash on arrival, plus a hefty deposit also in cash. The owner would not accept debit or credit cards. We did not receive a receipt for any of the cash, which was worrying but our deposit was returned on leaving. We felt a little vulnerable in the airport carrying so much cash.
