Lovely

Lovely well equipped bungalow with a beautiful garden and close to the sea. We loved the peaceful location but not isolated. There are some really good restaurants not far away serving local food as well as European so something for everyone. Some very nice sandy beaches close by.

Gorgeous villa with all amenities.

Fabulous stay at villa Rose Marie. Clean snd well maintained, gorgeous pool and surrounds, lovely quiet area with sea views . Close to lovely beaches and restaurants - transport makes it easier and you can hire the owners car if you wish. Ayia Napa not far, and plenty if other villages and beaches to explore. A trip to Nicosia is only an hour away by car Ideal villa, we will be returning ! Thank you Jonas !

Lovely Bungalow in Ayia Thekla

Lovely bungalow in Ayia Thekla, close to the sea. It really did have everything you need for a holiday and more. We took advantage of the two bikes, having lovely rides on the many cycle paths close by. There are also two Kayaks to use. Jonas was a very good host and responded quickly to all of my many messages, he even kindly bought a cool bag for us to use at the beach. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Jonas.

Fabulous Villa

The villa was amazing with a fabulous pool area which was very spacious and surrounded by gorgeous shrubs , trees and pot plants. The pool was one of the cleanest we have had. The villa itself was spotless, kitchen well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Jonas the host was amazing and responded to any enquiries immediately. He allowed us to check-in early and check out late as well as allowing us the use of his car. Can’t fault this villa and plan to return next year.

Perfect hidden gem

Jonas is the best host ever! He is always willing to help and very hospitable. The house is amazing. Well maintained garden with nice view, within 1 minute walking distance to the nearest beach. The house is equiped with everything you can think of. We arrived late, Jonas left the lights on for us to make arrival easier. Nice welcome pack! This is by far one of the best houses we ever stayed at. We also really appreciated all the tips for activities/nice places to visit. We had an amazing time and could not wish for anything more! Jonas, thanks for making our stay in Ayia Thekla unforgettable.

Perfect relaxing villa

The villa is down a quiet road, but close to main roads and a few minutes from the motorway. So easy to get about and explore the island. We hired a car which I think was essential due to the location. There is a supermarket with a cafe next door 5 mins drive away. Inside was spotless. The kitchen has everything you’d need and more! A water cooler was a great bonus on hot day. We enjoyed the tv with its vast variety of channels and films to watch in an evening. The outdoor area is lovely and beautifully kept with views out to sea. The large electric blind is a great addition and gives shade over the seating area. We loved the pool, Great for cooling off. Jonas the owner was very accommodating and prompt with communications. I’d highly recommend this villa and plan to go back for another holiday.

Wunderbares Haus

Wir haben schon häufiger auf Zypern Urlaub gemacht und hatten es diesmal besonders gut getroffen. Der komfortable Bungalow, eine so umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, wie wir sie bisher noch nicht in einer Ferienunterkunft vorgefunden haben, die Lage mit Meerblick, die Ruhe, der schöne Garten, sogar mit Kräuterbeet. Jonas ist ein toller Vermieter, immer sofort zu erreichen. Tove danken wir besonders für Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Geduld bei der Lösung unseres TV Problems. Danke für 19 wunderbare Tage in Deinem schönen und gepflegten zu Hause. Dieses wunderbare Haus mit seinem erstklassigen Gastgeber kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Couldn’t ask for a better Villa!

Me, my husband, dad and daughter stayed at this villa for 10 nights in October. We were very impressed with this property on arrival. Stunning pool area with sea views and beautiful plants and palm trees made a very good first impression. Inside the villa was just as nice well presented and had everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely return again. Thanks Jonas for letting us stay at your beautiful home. And thanks to Kate for her help during our stay also the communication from both of you was first class.

Best holiday home yet

Jonas was so easy to liase with and so helpful both at home and whilst we were away. The house was better than described with everything you could possibly need and more. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus bottle of wine and other essentials!! Close to bus stop for getting around and 2mins walk to the sea. immaculately maintained garden and pool with lovely seating area. Full unrestricted use of the car with insurance was an additional bonus. No hesitation recommending this property and owner.

Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und bis darauf, dass die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes nicht in Laufweite sind, ist es eine perfekte Unterkunft die deutlich besser und moderner ausgestattet war, als im Inserat direkt ersichtlich. It Truly Doesn’t Get Any Better!

I met a friend here and we stayed for two weeks. I’m from California, she’s from Russia. This place is the real deal! It has it ALL! Everything has been thoroughly thought out for everything a guest needs - I mean everything! Throughout the week, my friend and I were so impressed with how thorough and detailed and clean this place was. If it was the slightest bit windy, there’s a wind guard that you can roll out so you’ll enjoy the pool and the sun. If it’s too sunny, there’s an big electric shade that can be extended out over the patio, there’s drying racks to hang your wet towels on, there’s beautiful timed lighting that makes the pool area enchanting at night, there literally a beautifully organized manual that explains how to operate everything from the TV, to Internet, to where to get groceries, and the list goes on. It’s just perfect! The property manager was above and beyond friendly and super responsive and accommodating. There were several times I went to him for a quick question and it was minutes and I got an answer. This was my only time ever in Cyprus and I truly just lucked out finding this place!

En ferie vi ikke vil glemme

Vi tilbragte en uge i Tove Matte og Jonas´ hus i Ayia Tekla. De tog imod os da vi ankom og viste os alt, hvad vi skulle vide. Et hyggeligt og meget velbeliggende hus med egen pool, som både vi og vores dreng satte stor pris på. Et rigtig dejligt hus med alt hvad man skulle bruge. De var virkelig hjælpsomme, og der var ingen problemer overhovedet. Kommer vi til Ayia Tekla / Ayia Napa igen er der ingen tvivl om, hvor vi vil bo. Vi vil helt klart bo hos Tove Mette og Jonas igen :-) Ønsker man at bo en uge i ugenerte omgivelser og tæt på stranden, så kan man kun få en rigtig god uge i Tove Mette og Jonas´ hus.....

Good villa with nice private pool area

Very well equipped , excellent TV package with loads of channels. The bikes which were available for us to use was useful to check out the local area. Pool area is very private and not overlooked at all and is really nice on an evening with the pool lights on and the garden lights lighting up the palm trees. The welcome pack in the fridge was really good to keep you going until you have time to get to the shop. Very handy if you arrive late on. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and the details of how to find the villa and how to find the keys was all easy.

Great place to spend your holidays

I have been to many private places already and this one is on top of my list. The Villa was very clean and well prepared for the guests. There was nothing missing (very well equipped just like at home). The welcome pack was great especially when you are arriving late at night. Toy's for the kids is also something unusual. Not to mention about the kayaks and bicycles. If you want to spend wonderful time and not a big fan of overcrowded places then this is a perfect location. Very close to the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus but far enough to rest in a quiet neighborhood after a long sunny day. Thanks again for everything Jonas and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely well-kept house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay in Ayia Thekla. The house was very nice and equipped with everything one could possibly need. The garden was lovely and perfect for relaxation. The pool was well-kept and perfect for the kids and even us adults to cool off in. Not only all this, the neighbor John were there to help us around and friendly drove us to and from the airport. When we got to the house we were met by Jonas who showed us around. There was also a welcome pack with breakfast and soft drinks, very nice. To the children's delight, the ice cream truck came by almost every day. We even got to borrow the car for a small cost. Perfect to take off on a little adventure but also great when we were buying groceries. We also visited Waterworld which was quite expensive but very appreciated by the children. (4 and 7 years old) We would probably recommend Waterworld for slightly older children becouse there is more for them to do. We can highly recommend this lovely house for those who want a relaxed and enjoyable holiday in Cyprus. We also want to thank Jonas for his very professional and friendly refutation! We would love to come back again to villa Rose-Marie. / Family of four from Sweden

Superb holiday home in perfect location

We had an absolutely fabulous time in this villa, such a relaxing, comfortable holiday! Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday, spotless, inside & out, when we arrived & the new kitchen enhances it’s appeal – it looks great! We were very grateful for the welcome pack which was waiting for us on arrival, an ice cold drink & snack was much appreciated after a long journey! This is the second time we have holidayed in this villa & cannot wait to return. Would certainly recommend to other couples & small families. Owner was prompt with correspondence & helpful regarding times & dates of travel. Having neighbours John & Margaret just across the road is an added bonus, should you require any help or have any questions. Ayia Thekla beach, just a couple of minutes by car, & easily within walking distance, remains a firm favourite, clean, never crowded & an excellent selection of refreshments in the beach bar & restaurant. A trip inland to Taverna Mousikos in Sotira is an absolute must! (approximately 15 minutes by car) we love this place. The best homemade halloumi you will ever taste, & outstanding value for top quality food. The staff and owners are so friendly & eager to welcome. Our next trip to this villa cannot come soon enough! A superb Villa, beautifully furnished. Everything you could need for your holiday is there. It was quiet and you were not overlooked. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Everywhere was nice and clean, would recommend this villa.

Very Enjoyable

We had a lovely restful and relaxing time. The house is tastefully decorated and very well thought out, the symmetry of the outside layout is extremely well planned we very much appreciated the attention to the small details which become apparent the more time you spend in and outside the house. We were so comfortable there that we spent the majority of the holiday at the house! Infact, we are going to book for next year

Peace and Quiet!!!

An amazing bungalow in a very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful garden with plenty of different areas to sit and relax. Lovely pool. The bungalow is very well equipped with every home comfort. Would say car hire is a good idea
