Bungalow with Sea Views, Indoor Pool, Tennis, Surfing, Walking, Dogs Welcome
Our two bedroom bungalow has a double and a small twin room and a bathroom with a bath/shower. The kitchen/diner/lounge is compact but has a cooker, microwave and fridge, it is well-equipped. It is has a TV, video and DVD player with a library of films and board games for your use. There is no Wi-Fi.
Outside is a large lawn and the holiday village is set in extensive grounds with great views of Widemouth Bay. There is a dog-walking area, pitch and putt, and childrens play area. At the back of the bungalow is a small secluded grassed area with a large picnic table for you to enjoy.
We provide bed linen and the beds will be made up for your arrival. The bungalow has electric heating which is included in the rental price.
As owners we pay a membership for the site which means you can enjoy free use of the indoor pool, tennis and pitch and putt. There is a sauna but there is a fee to be paid when you book this. There is a Sports Bar with Sky TV, a games room, a small shop and washing machines.
Site facilities are open from beginning of April until the end of September.
Please note dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Hi I'm Julia and I live and work in Somerset. We have owned a bungalow on this site since 2003. We were amazed that we could buy a small holiday retreat where you can see the sun setting over the Atlantic ocean from your lounge! I wanted a simple place to stay, where I could relax and enjoy the rural views and see the sea. In 2017 we sold our original bungalow and bought this bungalow. It is closer to the car park and we have plans to improve the kitchen.
We looked initially at Caravans - but they were so close together, and then found Widemouth Bay Holiday Village. The bungalows are spaced apart and we have views directly out over grass to the sea beyond. I can take my dogs and there is a lovely dog walking area close to the bungalow and the walks are wonderful, and we even have a dog friendly beach in the summer - making it a brilliant place to share time with your canine partner!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Widemouth Bay is great because it is in North Cornwall and therefore not too far to travel. There is so much to do as the beach itself is a surfing beach with life guards and it is very close to Bude which has a lovely selection of shops, many of which are still independent and therefore lots of interesting things to do. The town has a lovely harbour and canal. In the evening we visit the local pubs all of whom love to temp us with Cornish produce. Our simple bungalow enables you to enjoy North Cornwall without the crowds normally associated with a visit.

Only owners and their guests can bring dogs to the site. There is an excellent dog walking area on the site and the beaches nearby are dog friendly.
