Villa independiente magníficamente mantenida en terrenos privados con piscina propia

Esta villa independiente está muy bien mantenida a un nivel muy alto por los propietarios. La villa se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial con vistas panorámicas al mar y a la montaña del Montgó, situada entre colinas suavemente onduladas de pinos que conducen a espectaculares acantilados.

Ubicado en jardines privados bien cuidados, tiene una fantástica (nueva) piscina de 10 m con escalones romanos hasta el extremo poco profundo y atrapa el sol todo el día. La piscina está junto a la nueva terraza de terracota, que es perfecta para vigilar a sus hijos o para darse un chapuzón rápido en la piscina. El salón (con maravillosas vistas) tiene cómodos asientos, una pequeña mesa al lado de la cocina bien equipada. Hay tres dormitorios, dos con aire acondicionado completo con ventilador en el tercer dormitorio, una atractiva naya cerrada con mesa de comedor, así como varias terrazas exteriores y un balcón de 'adoradores del sol'. Otras terrazas ofrecen sombra con una gran cantidad de comidas cómodas (quizás con la barbacoa) y muebles relajantes. La terraza no solo ofrece privacidad para los amantes del sol, sino también vistas panorámicas al mar y a la montaña del Montgó.

La villa cuenta con televisión por cable con todos los canales principales en HD más deportes. También hay wi-fi que permite una excelente conexión a internet.

Perfecta estancia, la casa muy bien, limpia y equipada. La piscina es muy grande e ideal. La ubicación está muy bien para moverte en coche y tener a poca distancia todo (playas, restaurantes, miradores y supermercados). A pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma con el propietario de la casa la comunicación ha sido muy buena y rápida y atento en todo momento. ¡Volveremos!

We stayed at villa balmar for 10 days in august 2025, the villa is a fantastic villa set in a lovely quiet location, with lovely views! The villa is very private and set in a large plot. The pool is a great size plenty of room for swimming or relaxing on a inflatable, the villa is modern and has everthing you could possibly wish for. Brian and lynda the hosts are very helpful with any information you may require. Our stay was fantastic and we were very sorry to leave after the 10 days will hopefully be returning very soon.

Excellent break

Beautiful clean villa with everything at hand. Biggest surprise was the lovely view of Montgo and the spectacular sunsets we viewed from the roof terrace. There’s a small supermarket within walking distance which closes at 3pm each day but Wimark supermarket is literally a 4 minute drive and had everything we needed for our 12 night stay. Any communication with Brian was always promptly replied to and we're so grateful for such a stress free holiday and booking system.

Beautiful Villa

Wow, that’s how i would describe the villa especially the outside area with multiple different spaces for sunbathing,eating or just relaxing with amazing views. The villa inside was also very spacious,clean and well stocked with everything for a great stay.Three good size bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. The location of the villa was nice and quiet and even though you have neighbours it was very private and safe. The booking process with Brian was excellent and was always very prompt in responding to any question you had.Overall we had a great time in a beautiful villa in a lovely part of Spain.

Fabulous Villa

Absolutely fantastic villa , had everything you could possibly need ,Beautiful views , lovely pool , perfect place to come back too after a day at the beach or sightseeing. A car is definitely needed but there are a few eating places within walking distance and a local supermarket “ wimark” Javea a twenty min drive was worth visiting ….the port end was especially lovely and we recommend booking a meal at Attico there…..they have a three course set meal which they change weekly , the food they serve is superb and it was then 22 euros per head which we just couldn’t believe for the standard of food and service and the views from their restaurant are pretty amazing . All in all I highly recommend this lovely villa in a stunning location .

Beautiful, spacious and peaceful!

This lovely villa is set on a really big plot. There are four separate outside seating areas around the villa so that shade and sun can be accessed at all times. The large pool is big enough for all our family and our inflatables! The villa has everything you need in it- and air con in all bedrooms which is a must. There is also a roof terrace if you want to see the amazing evening sunsets. We hired a car as like to visit the beaches and town, and the car could be parked safely outside the main gate with no issues. There is a small bar/restaurant/shop a few minutes walk down the road and a little cafe/restaurant under 10 minutes walk. If you go a little further you will get to El Trovador- our favourite for late lunches and very reasonable (menu and tapas). This is the second time to the area and I doubt it will be the last. Great communication with the owners every step of the way- thanks for a lovely stay.

Villa is absolutely excellent. Have rented many villas in this area and this had the best views and sunset. On arrival the villa was even better than the pictures. Very well maintained and improved. Well equipped. Several seating areas. Superb pool. Car needed but park it outside the gate without issue. Azahar Restaurant a very easy couple of minute walk. Local Wimark supermarket has all your needs. Contact with the owners and the villa management was swift and excellent. Recommended.

Great stay

We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks in this comfortable villa in a great area. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant and bar Azahar was so convenient and reasonable was an added bonus. All the living areas are upstairs which could have been an issue if we’d had mobility issues however we don’t but it’s useful to bear this in mind. Communication with Brian was always quick and response and he was able to advise us and help organise the best car hire service we’ve ever used, so many thanks for that and our lovely stay in your family villa Brian.

Beautiful Villa didn’t want to leave

The villa was clean and in good repair. The gardens were tidy and the BBQ was clean. The villa inside was clean and tidy. The tv and everything worked well. All lining and bedding was clean. The kitchen was well equipped fridge and cooker worked well. AC was very welcome as the heatwave was intense as was the lovely pool. Roof terrace was very nice for morning coffee with sea views. Area is quiet and feels safe. Supermarkets close by as was a couple of bars and restaurants. Brian was very prompt in communication when we had questions. Booking process was safe. Overall, a beautiful villa and we had an amazing time.

Fabulous villa

The process of booking this villa was simple and the owner has been more than accommodating - we had to postpone the booking two years running due to covid! When we finally got to enjoy our holiday, the villa was all that we could have hoped for. Lovely clean villa with an excellent pool and outdoor area. We have stayed in lots of villas overseas and this has been the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had. Everything you could need to cook up a feast. A few bars and restaurants in walking distance and only a 5 minute drive to the arenal (sandy beach).

Wonderful home in beautiful Javea neighborhood

Perfect stay for our family. House and pool was superbly maintained. Neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful and felt very safe. The views outstanding! The only thing that could make it even better would be to add A/C in the third bedroom downstairs. Otherwise, perfect home in perfect location!

Diese Villa macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre! Das Haus ist soooo liebevoll von A bis Z eingerichtet. Da fehlt wirklich NIX! Das Grundstück drumherum bietet zu jeder Tageszeit ein wohltemperiertes Plätzchen. Der Garten wurde mit mindestens zwei grünen Daumen angelegt! Jeden Morgen haben wir uns das frische Baguette vom Tante Emma Laden um die Ecke geholt. Magst Du abends mal nicht selbst kochen, sind zwei süße Restaurants per pedes gut erreichbar. Der mail Verkehr mit Brian lief problemlos: die Rückmeldungen kamen immer zügig. Überweisung und Rückerstattung der Kaution liefen völlig problemlos. Ebenso der Schlüsselversand. Die mitgelieferte Anfahrtsbeschreibung war so detailliert, da brauchst Du keine moderne Navigation mehr!!! Liebe Lynda, lieber Brian, uns habt ihr als Stammkunden dazu gewonnen! Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in beautiful Villa Balmar with our 3 children, ages ranging from 18 to 7, and we all had the most wonderful time. The villa is very clean and the fly screens on the window meant that we could sleep without the worry of being bitten by mosquitos. The situation of the villa worked really well for us. It is so close to gorgeous coves for relaxing and snorkeling that it allowed us to divide our days really easily between spending time around the villa pool (which is very large and clean) and a couple of hours on the beach, which kept everyone happy. There is a lovely bakery and bar that we regularly used for breakfast croissants, a mid day drink and evening meals.You can walk to them in 5 minutes. The surrounding area is fabulous.A 45 minute drive takes you inland to the wine region of Jalon and an hours drive to Xativa, enables you to get the train to Valencia for €7 return. The booking process was easy and Brian was so helpful it really gave us confidence that we had made the right choice for our holiday this year. We would definitely recommend this villa andy would love to return The Peacock Family

Fantastic villa, wonderful facilities!

This place is fantastic. Five of us stayed here for a week in mid-September and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and its surroundings. Particular points of note: 1) the gardens and pool are brilliant, impeccably clean and modern. There are shaded areas, suntraps and everything in-between. 2) there are three bathrooms and three double bedrooms with fresh bed-linen, good mattresses and nice towels provided. 3) the living areas and kitchen are all well stocked with games, books and utensils - more than enough to enable a great self-catering holiday 4) location wise, the villa is well situated with some great restaurants available locally and some great sightseeing to be done locally 5) booking process was incredibly straight forward and the owner is a pleasure to deal with Should we choose Javea again, this will be our first option! Many thanks

To Die For!

Four of us just returned from our idyllic fortnight in this villa. Not only is there everything you could possibly hope for inside the house itself but the outside space is to die for, plenty of sunbeds, chairs, tables, large swimming pool, barbeque & a lovely table & chairs under a shaded area that's extremely welcome when you have to get out of the midday sun, as well as the roof terrace for the commited sun worshipper with amazing 360degree views of the surrounding hills, sea & Javea itself. Javea is where you'll find a choice of beaches, our favourite was El Arenal which is about a 10min drive from the villa with ton of different restaurants & bars to choose from. The villa itself is also to die for from all the essentials in the kitchen, the coolness during the day, the Sky Sports package on the TV (again perfect when escaping the midday sun) & for us the bonus ball that was the flyscreens on all the windows so you can have all the windows open & not worry about any wee flying visitors. Just a 5minute stroll in either direction leads you to 2 bars, one called Restaurant Azahar with a picturesque bar in the middle that we spent a few nights sitting around putting the world to rights & the other bar that belonged to Miguel which was very Spanish, the tapas is to die for. We spent many nights here playing our version of Poker which Miguel quickly learned & mastered. About another 2mins walk along the road was another bar called Amigos which was nice, clean & cool however it does close at about 7, so best go early. There is a small local supermarket beside the Azahar which keeps its own hours, for a bigger shop it's about a 5/10min drive to Javea. The owner, Brian was a dream, any time we had to contact him he got back to us immediately, he also sent us an info pack before we went with all the directions to get there, as well as local maps to surrounding areas. Also inside the villa there was plenty of info from previous visitors to recommend bars, restaurants, parks & takeaways which we found extremely helpful. There was a laundry change halfway through our stay, which we didn't really need as my Daughter-in-law loves housekeeping of any kind, however it was nice to have a chat with the lovely couple who were doing the factoring & find out all the local gossip. As you may have gathered we shall be returning & we would recommend anyone with or without kids to pack their bags & get to Balcon Al Mar as soon as possible.

best villa

We have stayed her for the last two years and I have got to say what a relaxing time we have had. No noise at night and no moz's due to screens . The villa has fantastic views of the surroundings including the sea from the roof terrace. The layout of the villa is friendly and comfortable with all the facilities described. The air-con in the bedrooms is quiet and very good! A short distance away is a very good pub and local shops. Walkable in less than 10 mins. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for its location and the quietness of the location. TOTAL CHILL PS Booked for next year

A faby family stay

We have had the most fab april week at this beautiful villa. Keys were sent before our holiday with good directions and full sat nav postal address. During before and after we have kept in touch by email and responses have always been super quick. Excellent standard of stuff in the kitchen and the fridge is huge. Loved the privacy of the bathrooms and the sunbathing area. Good lockable access to each floor so I didn't worry the children could get to the pool or upper floor sun terrace without me. The wifi signal is strong and the TV is digi box controlled with loads of channels so there's no missing out on home comforts. If you are going in april the pool is rather cold but that is the suns fault not the pools! The kids loved spotting lizards in the landscaped garden and I loved taking picnics as you are never going to run out of tupperware from the cupboards. There is a massive suntrap naya room perfect for tapas style lunches and because there are two doors and a very large open window its got an alfresco feel to it. Very impressed by the security with buzz able front gates high walls for privacy and dead locks in the house for at night or when out . The showers are fantastic and two of the bathrooms have baths so getting two kids ready for bed is a breeze. There is also a decent washing machine for the beach towels etc. There isn't a welcome food pack and I know no one wants to clean but the place is immaculate when you get there and there is also dustpan, full sized brush and mop and cleaning materials left so we could clean as we went along. Because the sun moves around the home there is a place for shade and a place for sun worshiping at the same time all day long keeping every one happy. Nice and quiet area with a mix of rental and ex pat residents mainly gated properties. We saw many walkers so please take some decent shoes if you want to explore the coastal paths, the local shops are walkable and the people working there bi lingual and very pleasant. If anyone wants to donate some more cash we would happily stay again x
