Terraza privada y barbacoa, iluminación ambiental, impresionantes vistas a la montaña. La cubierta térmica en la piscina lo mantiene encantador y cálido para el verano. Mucha sombra disponible si quieres sentarte fuera del sol. La terraza privada tiene mesa, sillas, tumbonas, barbacoa, ducha, iluminación ambiental, etc.

El dormitorio tiene una nueva cama King size 160x200 con colchón de alta calidad, baño de buen tamaño con cabina de ducha. El amplio salón ahora incorpora un sofá cama de alta calidad, con capacidad para 2 adultos o niños adicionales,

Es una base ideal para cualquiera que desee explorar la región por sus numerosas actividades, como ciclismo, equitación, senderismo y, por supuesto, cata de vinos. Alternativamente, disfrute del ajetreo y el bullicio de las playas y la vida nocturna de Sitges, luego regrese a la tranquilidad de su propio apartamento con todas las instalaciones para garantizar unas vacaciones relajantes y agradables.

Tracy es maestra de primeros años y coordinadora de necesidades especiales y Neil está jubilado y puede ayudarlo a que sus vacaciones sean realmente especiales, ya que es bilingüe y vivimos aquí durante 20 años trabajando y jugando Neil y tengo una extensa red de amigos y lugares que conocemos, visitamos y podemos recomendar. Excursiones privadas imprescindibles. Solo díganos qué le gustaría ver o visitar y podemos llevarlo o organizarlo para usted.

Impresora en el sitio disponible para imprimir boletos. Si no tiene una tableta o computadora portátil, podemos prestarle un iPad en forma de depósito retornable.

Este es un lugar fantástico para pasar unas vacaciones, jubilados, parejas solas o familias con 1 o 2 niños más pequeños o adolescentes y desean unas vacaciones libres de estrés con personas que lo dejarán solo o se involucrarán. Depende completamente de usted. Solo avísanos cuando llegues. ¡Estamos tan relajados que a veces nos preguntamos si alguna vez nos levantaremos! :-))

Vivimos en una hermosa zona tranquila del país, pero a solo 10 minutos del mar. Incluso puedes ver el mar desde nuestro camino.

Chaleureux et adorable.

L'accueil a été vraiment très chaleureux et Neil est une personne vraiment bienveillante gentille et attentionnée. Le logement est très confortable et propice au repos. Nous y étions avec notre fille de 3 ans qui a beaucoup aimé également. Vraiment mention spéciale pour l'accueil. L'heure d'arrivée et de départ n'a pas été un problème pour Neil qui s'est gentiment adapté. L'équipement parfait. Je recommande ce logement assurément. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer madame qui était malade et j'espère qu'elle est rétablie 🙏 Niel Merci pour votre gentillesse, votre accueil, vos conseils, si nous revenons à Sitges nous reviendrons chez vous ! Very enjoyable stay

We have just finished a very nice two week holiday here. The apartment had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and nice area to sit beside it. About 15 mins drive to beaches at Sitges. We took the bus from Sant Pere de Ribes when going to Barcelona, this was easy enough and took about 55 minutes. The room stayed nice and cool throughout with the air conditioning.

Great apartment

Neil and Tracy's apartment was just what we needed when visiting Sitges for a family wedding. It had a wonderful homely feel and my wife and I - as well as our little one year old baby - were made to feel extremely welcome. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week away. It's a bit of a drive out of the centre of Sitges, but that was perfect for a family who enjoy peace and quiet - just what we wanted. Although it hadn't had chance to warm up yet, the private pool was great and offered spectacular views over the surrounding valleys. Neil and Tracy are brilliant hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect getaway for our young family. We will definitely be returning in the future! (Dan, Gemma & Teddy)

Excellent Stay

Neil and Tracey are excellent hosts. Any question that we had, they graciously provided the answer. Their help made our vocation smooth relaxing and seamless! The property was located at a perfect distance from Sitages and Sant Pere de Ribes so getting in to Barcelona was very easy by bus. The terrace and pool were added bonuses as well. On the whole, five stars!

Lovely holiday in good location.

The apartment was within easy reach of Sitges and Barcelona and after visiting those places it was great to come back and relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue on the patio. Neil and Tracey were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Absolutely Wonderful

Can't say enough about this stay. Neil and Tracy were wonderful hosts. Neil has very good knowledge of the entire area and his directions were spot on. The apartment was comfortable, spotless, well equipped, heating worked very well, shower was great and bed was fabulous, all the things that make a vacation more enjoyable. Thank you Neil and Tracy for a lovely week

My husband and I were staying in nearby Casa Felix, Olivella, for three nights for a wedding. We decided to have a week's break before the wedding and were lucky to find Neil and Tracy's apartment. It is extremely well equipped and together with the use of the swimming pool, and having it's own private terrace for sunbathing, it suited us perfectly. Although the apartment is situated in peaceful countryside, Sitges is only a 20 minute drive if you fancy a day at the beach, or some nightlife. Neil and Tracy were the perfect host and hostess and were only too happy to help with advice and directions to places of interest, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Excellent apartment

Extremely clean and well appointed apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious and well appointed - super bathroom and shower and very comfortable bed. Air con and fan in the bedroom were very welcome in the heat. The patio is large and well equipped with a range of furniture and seating areas. Lovely pool with further seating and shaded area (very welcome for a redhead!) Neil and Tracy were great hosts and gave us a wealth of information about local attractions and the best methods of transport. We used the local transport to visit Barcelona as advised by the hosts and it was easy to access. We also visited smaller attractions that we would have missed without Neil and Tracy's suggestions. We didn't eat out much as I'm coeliac and the kitchen meant that we could cook 'at home' made easier by the items in the cupboard such as oil, sugar, tea, coffee, cling film, washing up liquid etc. I know this seems simple but we've stayed in many places without these basics. We also found butter, meat, eggs and wine already chilling in the fridge! Neil and Tracy were great hosts giving us as much space or company as we wanted. We'd definitely stay here again and would be confident in recommending the apartment to friends. Also great value compared to other places we've stayed.

What a fab place!! Amazing hosts!!

What a fab relaxing holiday!! Tracey and Neil were very friendly and welcoming and even took us along to a festival in a nearby village. The apartment was lovely and clean, it was well equipped and every thing has been well thought of, We even managed to come home with no dirty laundry!! Tracey and Neil were always happy to help with any queries we had regarding local amenities and giving directions to us when needed. We spent time chatting with Neil and Tracey about their experiences of Spain and local culture which was very interesting, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Many laughs were had. The pool was always clean and we used this daily for total relaxation. The pool area overlooks the local village and has a very calming effect. We will definitely be back and Fester will have grown by then 😄 Thank you both and we will see you again Louise and Chris xx

Comfortable, spacious, friendly!

The apartment was created originally as a permanent home, so is very comfortable. Tracey & Neil are ideal hosts, hospitable & helpful but discrete. The property is terraced, with great views from secluded, large pool on top level. Own rooftop private terrace is also large & well equipped. Only slight downside is the narrow - but safe! - metal staircase which gives access to the terrace &, further up, the pool, but we got used to it. Location in hills behind Sitges is ideal; close enough but cooler & more peaceful, with good access to other areas of interest. Despite that, we found plenty to occupy us close by, and spent a relaxing 10 days just pottering about locally. An ideal relaxing holiday!

Agréable séjour et très bel appartement

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé de très bon moments. Propreté impeccable, lit très confortable, lieu bien sécurisé . Neil et Tracy sont un couple extrêmement sympathiques qui donnent de bons conseils durant le séjour. Bel endroit au calme, idéal pour se reposer et pas trop loin des villes, GPS indispensable pour se déplacer.

Lovely Apartment, lovely owners!

Property was exactly as described and exactly how it looks in the photo's....clean, superbly maintained and Neil and Tracy could not have been more helpful and they both provided excellent information about the area and the best routes to wherever we were going if we asked them. We were visited by Boris on a daily basis during our second week, but we think that the bribe of treat cat biscuits may have had something to do with that! We are definitely planning a return visit! The whole experience and our holiday needs to be repeated and enhanced where possible. We had a great time! Richard and Shirley

Olivella Apartment and nearby atractions

We had a great time staying in Olivella. The apartment is lovely, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The 'welcome food' in the fridge was a nice touch, and the Cava went down a treat! Not keen on the steep narrow metal steps up to the terrace, but once there it was private with lovely views. Lots of amazing places to visit. Thought Sitges was interesting, and has a great sandy beach, loved the L'Ebre Delta with it's paddy fields and flamingoes (!), and going into Barcelona on the train from Sitges was easy and fun! Thanks to Tracy and Neil for making us so welcome.

Perfect for relaxing

We have recently returned from a week of total relaxation. The apartment is well equipped with absolutely everything you will need and if you need something not there all you have to do is ask Tracy and Neil and they will do their best to accommodate you. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the bistro table by the front door and lunches on the large terrace. The pool and surrounds is beautiful. Comfortable and private. The new bed is very very comfortable. We ate out at the local restaurant, Les Piques. Make sure you go there - wonderful Catalan food and great service. Plenty to do in this area if you want days out and close to Barcelona. We had a thoroughly delightful stay and I would recommend staying here to friends and family. The only negative comment I have is beware of the mosquitos, be prepared, take protection and you'll be ok.

A Perfect Place To Enjoy The Late Summer Sun

Just back from a great week in the late summer sun. The apartment was clean, cool and comfortable. Tracy had left us an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We enjoyed time up on the terrace relaxing, reading and enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. I'd definitely recommend a car, and it was about a 15-minutes drive into Sitges which we really loved and visited often. We also did a couple of day trips into Barcelona where we enjoyed a bus tour stopping at; the Joan Miro Foundation, the Gaudi designed Casa Mila building and La Ramblas. Excellent hosts, apartment and surrounding area!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic week here.. From the moment we met Tracy & Neil and saw the apartment we knew we'd made a great choice! Tracy and Neil are very welcoming and couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. The apartment is clean, comfy, safe and with an awesome AC unit (much needed for us peelie wallie Scottish!). There is a nice varanda with a BBQ, table and chairs (used by us for sampling the local Cava and eating tapas) just above the apartment and there's a pool up at the back of the property with Neil's pride and joy turf around it (great on the toes!) - great for a dip and watching the sun go down around the surrounding area. Tracy had left us a nice welcome pack of food and wine in the fridge as we were arriving late, as well as given us great directions to get there. A car is pretty much essential (as Tracy will tell you) and is definitely worth it to see the surrounding area - there's loads to see! Theres a nice walk to Olivella nearby (stunning wee village), as well as plenty of other walks around the national park, and the seaside town of Sitges is only a 25min drive away. We also went to the Frexnet Cava factory and and a list of towns up and down the coast - great for watersports, food and well needed icecream. You won't be stuck for things to do and Tracy & Neil will help you book/organise things if you need. All in we had a great time and we will definitely be back.. Armed with haggis and whisky! Hi my name is Tracy I live at the house with my family and black cat called Gizmo and a beautiful Burmese, Missu,. We moved into the house in August 2000 and have loved it here ever since. Mostly I love the weather here. To wake up with blue skies and the sun shining every morning is what has kept us here this long. The beach and many fabulous restaurants are just a short drive from the house, the markets with fresh vegetables and salad ingredients are open daily and to go out for the day with a picnic just seems to make sense. We moved to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the UK and found that here, we could just sit with friends, have a drink and relax. We hope you can too.

We bought this house here as we needed a large house for our family to visit and we wanted a nice private garden with an apartment below the main house.

We loved the mountain views and the drive up through the vineyards from Sitges, The vines change colour all year and you see them changing from thin brown stalks in winter through to lime green leaves bursting in Spring to vines full of grapes in August and then burning reds and oranges in Autumn after the harvest takes place.

To drive down to Sitges every morning to work and as you go up that last hill into the town the Azure blue Mediterranean and the Sun rising is there on the horizon in front of you, it just brings a wonderful smile to your face.

It truly is a beautiful place to live, play and work and we hope you will enjoy it
