Nuestra casa ofrece un hogar elegante y confortable de la casa para seis personas. Se trata de una moderna casa limpia de 3 dormitorios con un gran cuarto de baño y una cocina fabulosa. Hay 2 habitaciones dobles y una habitación doble con emocionantes literas construidas en-y espacio para una cuna de viaje. Uso gratuito de todos los equipos en la casa, incluyendo cunas de viaje, tronas, libros y juguetes para niños! Una base perfecta para las familias (sobre todo con niños pequeños) o parejas. Está situado en un pequeño y acogedor parque de vacaciones (John Fowler - Perran View) situado a unos 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Perranporth. Alojarse en la casa significa que usted puede hacer uso de todas las instalaciones de los parques de vacaciones (incluido en el costo de sus vacaciones), o simplemente usarlo como base para visitar todas las atracciones turísticas que Cornwall tiene para ofrecer.

We enjoyed the house. We did not spend too much time in the house since we mainly enjoyed the beaches and shores. It is very nicely decorated. The holiday park we found ok, not too existing.

Perfect for families

The house is perfect for families with children big and small. It has an x-box, loads of dvd’s, high chair, crib and even body boards.

Property has only one shower room and the toilet is in that room. Can make it tricky with six people staying. The hot water ran out after two showers in the morning and we then had to wait for the water to heat up again, not ideal. Use of pool is in 45 minute timed slots which have to be booked in advance, bookings open at 7pm the day before. Only one booking per day allowed in the John Fowler app so make sure each adult has the app if you want to swim more than once per day. "Fireplace" is actually an electric fire in the shape of a wood burner. Clothes airer has a broken leg so won't stand up. Would have been better if the windbreaks supplied had a mallet to go with them, as they are unusable without. Some of the bed sheets/quilt covers had blood stains on them although they had obviously been washed, not nice! This is an ideal base for exploring this part of Cornwall and the property itself is ok when viewed as such but I feel the house would benefit from a refurb and the details mentioned above are the things that can make all the difference.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und habenunssehrwohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Außer einer Salatschüssel und ein paar großen Tellern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Tennisplatz genutzt. Zum Strand muss man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Er ist superschön und perfekt zum Bodyboarden und Surfen auch für Anfänger geeignet.

Fantastic property on a very well maintained site. Over 100 chalets on site but it never felt too busy. Bar and restaurant on site also, food can be ordered online which is then delivered to your door. Only 5 mins from perrenporth and at Agnes beaches.

Holiday let

The property was situated in a good area but needed work doing to it as not very clean and it generally looked tired . A coat of paint and a good clean would make a difference. Also shower cubicle was disgusting and needed a good clean . But area was beautiful.

Fun stay at good value property

The listing is accurate, and the rental is excellent value given the price. There are provided beach equipment which is useful for trips to Perranporth beach. Be aware that there is no wifi in the rental.

Our stay at Dawn’s property was amazing! The location is great.. 5 minute drive to Perranporth Beach - perfect for children!! The house is very spacious and slept the 6 of us perfectly! Kids loved the bunk beds and PS2! We will definitely be coming back!

Spacious and beautifully decorated property with everything you need for a fab family holiday. Kids loved the bunk beds! The owners went above and beyond providing essentials and making it a pleasant stay. The john Fowler holiday resort where the property is situated is nicely kept with good amenities and has a lovely small heated pool. 5 min drive from perranporth beach and town - gorgeous beach :) Will definitely be returning! Thank you

Fantastic holiday!

House is clean and homely.You can find everything what you need and feel like at homeGood location to explore beauty of Cornwall.We went to St. Agnes by walking with kids.The nierest beach is around 30min walk but worth to see sunset in a evening.Swiming pool is good if weather not warm enough.Nice,safe place to stay.Thank you and see you next year.

Small but perfectly formed

The property was very well appointed and particularly suitable for those with children, (the PlayStation in the bedroom is a great touch!), and the property itself was very well equipped and decorated. The actual park is quite small, but that did not detract from our break - in fact we preferred that is was not too large, as it gave it a much more homely feel. The location was perfect for us, as we have family in Perranporth, but we would have almost certainly chosen this location anyway, as Perranporth beach is one of the best in North Cornwall. The property and location are highly recommended and we will be back very soon!

This property made a good base for our short break. Resort staff were friendly and helpful.

The property had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the shower was very good. We didn't have time to make use of the pool or clubhouse. But we had good fun on the crazy golf course!

Comfortable house ideally situated

We stayed in this property as a family of 4 during the Easter 2018 break and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is situated on a John Fowler holiday park so you have amenities like indoor heated pool and bar/restaurant. It was ideal for us as it was not busy despite being in holiday season but some families may want a busier site to keep the kids occupied. The site is pedestrian but you can park outside the house to unload before dropping the car 2 minutes' walk away in the large car park. The activity centre and pool are half way between car park and the house so everything is close and the location just outside Perranporth makes it ideal for exploring the coast. You can also just about see the sea from the upstairs bedrooms which, at the back, have a pleasant view overlooking an arable farm We mainly self catered but found a great Chinese take away 5 mins drive away in St Agnes. When you arrive, you get the keys from a code locked box by the front door. This is a bit stiff and fiddly to get into but at least makes it simple to arrange key collection and drop off. The only other minor niggle was that we couldn't find the DVD remote but we were able to work it by pressing the buttons on the machine. The owner was very helpful and friendly and allowed us to book an extra day as we decided mid-holiday to extend.

Perfect for families

The house was lovely, clean and had everything you could need with young children. Unfortunately my husband and I had an emergency and had to leave early, but my daughter stayed with 2 small children and thoroughly enjoyed everything the house and site had to offer. They loved the pool and clubhouse on site. I would definitely recommend this property.

We purchased our Cornish holiday home in 2010 after visiting it for 6 years and fell in love with both it and the area. As we are a family with a 10 year old and 9 year old twins we leave all the things that we need down in the house, plus everything that a family with babies and toddlers will need. We aim to make our house a home from home, since we stay there ourselves, and we always welcome any feedback from our guests in order to help us make everyone's holiday the best it can possibly be.

We love the area since there is so much to do, from theme parks and tourist attractions, to water sports, extreme sports and walking, to simply playing on the beach! Plus, because Perranporth is located right in the middle of the North Cornish coast, it is an ideal base to explore all of Cornwall since you are only ever an hour or so's drive away from where you want to go! The other reason we love our house is because of it's location on the small, quiet and friendly holiday park, which we see as a bonus! Our house is located on the furthest corner from the main block where all the entertainment etc is. This means you are undisturbed by any noise, but it is only a couple of minutes walk to the clubhouse.

**** Please note: Free Wifi is available at the clubhouse only. 4G can be picked up in the house itself. ********

The house has been renovated to a high standard of modern decor throughout, something that you will notice when you look at the other properties on the site - ours stands out head and shoulders above the rest - especially with the new 42 inch plasma TV!
We also provide, free of charge, the many things that a family with young children will require such as travel cot, high chair, toddler seat, single buggy, plus board games, books and toddler toys. In addition, the adults of the house can enjoy a selection of DVDs and the freeview TV.
