El encanto de una cabaña de playa tradicional actualizado con las comodidades modernas y cargado con encanto Old Laguna. En una de las "calles arboladas" del popular North End de Laguna, nuestra casa se encuentra a pocos minutos del centro comercial, restaurantes, varias playas, el Festival de las Artes y el desfile de los Maestros y muchas de las atracciones que hacen que Laguna sea tan especial. Tres dormitorios, tres baños, capacidad para 5 personas. Aprox. 2400 pies cuadrados Cocina gourmet, lavadero completo con lavadora y secadora de alta gama, baño principal spa, dormitorio principal grande con vistas y balcón. Recientemente remodelado con electrodomésticos de última generación. Mostradores de mármol, pisos de madera, despensa de mayordomos.
Tarifa de limpieza incluye limpieza semanal. Bonito patio con barbacoa y dosel durante el verano. Aire acondicionado.
Estamos ofreciendo un descuento del 1 de junio al 6 de julio. Preferimos alquilar a una pareja. Si es una familia, póngase en contacto con nosotros en relación con el precio.

Check in was a breeze. Communication with owners was terrific, they were always responsive. Owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just right- they are wonderful hosts!!The home is charming and perfectly situated in an amazing location. The yard is beautiful and I had a wonderful time sitting and enjoying the beautiful gardens!I cant say enough about the home, kitchen is Chef inspired, with everything you need. Beds are extremely comfy, as well as the two living spaces. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch, grilled most meals outside on side patio. There is an ocean view from every room. This place is my new go-to! We loved it! Thanks you Lowell and Heydie!

Amazing Stay and will be back!!!

Our stay was perfect and wouldn't change a thing! Heydie was wonderful, reached out to me once the reservation was approved to discuss the logistics of the rental, what to expect, etc. Once the date got closer, we were in contact so she could provide me with the house access information, asked what kind of pillows and coffee I liked, etc, Heydie is the perfect host! I go to Laguna Beach annually but this is this visit time we rented a house as we usually stay in a hotel for a week or two. This house is located in my favorite area of Laguna Beach and highly recommend it!!! When we both got to the house we were extremely happy with the home. It is a short walk to the beach and downtown which we did daily...usually multiple times per day. A great hiking trail is a very short walk as well which we also did multiple times. Now for the house...it was prefect! The home is a great size with lots of space and loved the decorating style and the paintings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could imagine needing and more. Everything was clean upon arrival and their house cleaner came every Friday to clean from top to bottom (who was also wonderful and sweet!). We cooked a lot at home so we didn't have to go out to eat everyday. We BBQ'd a couple times and ate outside on the patio for most meals. There is a great ocean view from the front yard and even a more expansive view from the 2nd floor off the master bedroom balcony where we drank wine at night. There are a lot of windows in the home which we kept open most of the time to get the cool ocean breeze. The master bedroom is very spacious, bathroom is very large with a jetted tub and the bed and pillows were extra comfy and slept better than I do in my bed at home. I can't wait to come back and stay at this home for another 30 days or more!!! Thank you Heydie and Lowell for hosting us!!!

Lovely and comfortable home

This Laguna Beach house is a very special place to stay. Before we arrived, the hosts reached out to welcome us warmly with helpful information and tips to make our month-long stay as carefree as possible. The house was charming, inside and out. The beautiful furnishings and decorations gave us a feeling of homeyness and comfort, and the kitchen contained all the cooking equipment we could desire for preparing our meals. We ate dinner on the covered patio each evening, occasionally grilling on the very nice barbecue. The ocean was within view from the front lawn, the kitchen and the master bedroom, bringing us a deep sense of calm. We so enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and waking up to birdsong. We took many pleasant walks in the neighborhood and along the water’s edge. On top of all this, we could easily walk into town for meals and shopping. It was an altogether perfect refuge to come back to after our many visits with our kids and grandkids who live locally. We hope that we will be fortunate enough to stay in this lovely and comfortable home again.

A Real Home Away From Home

A very comfortable living space stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The setting is storybook with an ocean view and a neighborhood that is quiet. The patio and front porch are just perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather and the small town feel of beautiful Laguna Beach. An excellent kitchen that is stocked with everything you would need to make your gourmet meal of choice. We recommend it highly to anyone. There could not have been a better place to spend our 35 days in Laguna Beach.

A charming home away that has it all!

What an amazing stay. This home is so incredibly cozy warm and certainly loved. We enjoyed every aspect of the home from The Duel kitchen, outdoor grilling area, to the upstairs porch to enjoy a cocktail after my husband worked all day in the well equipped office. This home has an upscale kitchen and amazing master shower and soaking jacoozie tub. It was the perfect fit for us and our occasional adult children visiting from out of town. We often walked to the beach but find no trouble driving and parking in town for a late night dinner at some great restaurants in the area. We will certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting Laguna Beach!

Take ten minute walks to local beaches, restaurants and shopping or just stay home and sit on the porch swing enjoying the ocean view. Fenced yard. Cabana patio for dining. Very quiet. Ideal location.
