Agriturismo il Capoverso es una antigua granja toscana rodeada de olivares, en una posición tranquila y pacífica, a 1 km del centro histórico de Monte San Savino, un pueblo medieval y cruce de caminos ideal para visitar Arezzo, Siena, Florencia, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia y su encantadora b
Nosotros. Con los años, ha creado un lugar acogedor para vivir, cuidando olivos centenarios, plantando variedades antiguas de frutas, cultivando verduras y criando abejas, todo con métodos naturales, respetando el medio ambiente.
Hoy nos complace hospedarlo en tres apartamentos con finos acabados (separados, pero si es necesario, comunicando para grupos de 14 personas) cuyos códigos son:

Tenemos a su disposición una gran piscina de 15x5m, ubicada en un lugar soleado y privado, con una hermosa vista de las colinas circundantes.
Hay un patio a la sombra, una ducha con calefacción solar y una valla de madera para los más pequeños.

Durante su estadía, puede probar nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra de calidad superior, producido con el molino interno de aceite, pero también recolectar las frutas y verduras maduras del jardín, así como saborear nuestra miel de flores silvestres.
Y hay mucho, mucho más ...
como la floración de treinta variedades de rosas a partir de mayo ...
el zumbido de las abejas en la lavanda en flor en junio ...
cenas al aire libre disfrutando del agradable frescor de la noche ...
la cosecha de aceitunas en noviembre y el prensado del primer aceite nuevo ...

APARTAMENTO LAVANDA:
Se encuentra en la planta baja, tiene grandes espacios y está compuesto por
- dos habitaciones dobles cada una con baño privado,
- una cocina comedor y equipada (equipada con lavavajillas, horno eléctrico y pedestal, nevera / congelador, vajilla)
- Un gran salón que conduce al jardín exterior a través de una ventana corredera. Aquí hay una mesa donde se puede cenar en las frescas noches de verano y un amplio jardín para jugar.
Wifi ilimitado gratuito está activo en todas las habitaciones y cerca del hotel.
También hay un lavadero cercano con lavadora, detergente ecológico, tendedero, plancha, tabla de planchar a disposición de los huéspedes.
El apartamento se suministra completo con ropa de cama, toallas, paños de cocina y toallas de piscina.
Se realiza cambio de ropa semanal.

Loved this place

We loved everything about Capoverso! Our family really enjoyed the Monte San Savino games (only on certain evenings) and restaurants. Chiara made excellent recommendations. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool (us too!) and the home was spacious.

All we could have asked for. Communication, location, and amenities where just as described. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to all the towns in the area. Wonderful and relaxing retreat

A friend and I stayed here for three nights. It was pure relaxation and exactly what we needed. We felt safe in the space and Chiara made us feel at home upon arrival. A perfect place from which to enjoy a local day of wine touring. I would recommend a car for ease of groceries and exploring neighboring towns but can also walk 30 min into Monte San Savino. Grazie Chiara!!

Perfection in the country

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. If I was missing anything, all we had to do was ask. Our hosts Chiara & Gianluca were friendly, attentive and very helpful. When I needed an emergency dentist appointment she found one the same day! When we asked for restaurant recommendations, it was a wonderful meal. I would say that if you have a car and want to relax...this is a perfect place.

We spent almost two weeks at Il Capisoverso and loved every minute of our visit. Chiara and Gianluca were the perfect hosts. This was a great home base for our tour around the country side. It was nice to come back to a inviting place that provided a place to unwind. We used the grill and ate in almost every evening meal. We started our day with coffee and then set out to explore. Having laundry facilities added to the overall experience of making this our home base. Thank you Chiara and Gianluca for making our trip truly memorable.

Absolutely beautiful~ and spotless.

This apartment is in a very beautiful location with nothing but spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside. It was perfectly spotless and had everything we needed. We walked to town for dinner each night, it's about a 20 minute walk. Monte San Savino is a perfect sized hill town. It has a bakery, a gelateria and quite a few restaurants and pizzeria's, etc. A great spot to visit many nearby hill towns. The owners live in another house on the property and are very happy to help you with whatever you need. We had a little trouble finding the house and weren't using an Italian phone so we went to a restaurant for lunch and I emailed Chiara and she sent John Lucca to pick us up!! So kind. We were there at the end of May and the days were hot, so having the pool was great. It is set amongst the olive trees and the organic gardens. Thank you very much Chiara, John Lucca and Julia!

Just perfect

We enjoyed our stay enormously. The beauty of the landscape, the comforts of the accommodation, the warmth of our host all combined to make us want to stay longer, or next best, return. There are Pleasurable day trips in every direction, but the town itself offers a variety of dining options and lovely walks - or just enjoying the garden. Romeo the cat was the cherry on top of this splendid sundae.

Velholdt ejendom med god beliggenhed. I udkanten af byen men samtidig meget rolige omgivelser med blandt andet en flot have mv. Eneste lille anke er, at grillen skal deles med de øvrige enheder - kan forestille mig at det kan give udfordringer i nogle tilfælde. Bør være en grill pr. enhed efter min mening - men en lille ting i det overordnede billede. Generelt god kvalitet/beliggenhed i forhold til pris.

My party of four had the most breathtaking, splendid stay at Il Capo Verso. Chiara and Gianluca are exquisite hosts. We took every single restaurant recommendation of Chiara's...and they were magnificent. We felt so well taken care of at their property. Great, relaxing stay

We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer. The property is so peaceful, and the unit itself is great. Well equipped kitchen, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and very clean. We also enjoyed walking around the property to see the gardens and sitting outside by the barbecue or on the patio by the unit. Monte San Savino is also very close by and is a nice, small town to walk around, plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. Lastly, Chiara was so helpful thought our stay (and before, helping us plan). Great hospitality.

Lovely holiday in this property,

We just returned from 10 days in this beautiful property. Chiara and Gianluca were perfect hosts. Very friendly and happy to supply lots of useful information regarding restaurants etc. We were able to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. We loved seeing the cats and dogs who often came to say hello. The swimming pool was lovely and very much welcome after a hot day sightseeing. The property is in a good position as Monte San Savino is very close and has a variety of restaurants and a big supermarket. We would definitely consider returning.

Der Gesamteindruck lässt sich nur schwer in Worte fassen, aber soviel sei gesagt: An dieser Unterkunft und allem Zugehörigen gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Traumlage, perfekte Ausstattung und sehr freundliche und sympathische Eigentümer. Entspannung pur. Nicht zu vergessen, die unheimlich süßen Hunde und Katzen. Idealer Standort um die umliegende Toskana zu besichtigen. Daher ist die Rückkehr für nächstes Jahr schon fest eingeplant.

Hidden treasure

This is a great find if you are looking for a unique, peaceful country setting that is close to many of the attractions of Tuscany. The property is impeccably maintained, with aesthetically pleasing rustic decor and all the modern conveniences. The hosts are the nicest people you could meet. They went out of their way to recommend restaurants (take their advice!), show us how their olives were pressed for their delicious olive oil, and even promised to take in the laundry we had hanging out to dry in case it started to rain while we were gone! We look forward to returning again in the future! This was a a great place to stay; very homey, surrounded by well-tended gardens full of roses. Very obviously a labor of love on the part of the owners.

Wonderful experience!

This apartment was a dream come true, in the hills of Tuscany close to many Tuscan towns, yet far from the crowds. Gianluca and Chiara were great, very helpful with tips on everything from restaurants to how to get to Florence. Capoverso was lovely, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful agriturismo and wonderful people!

We absolutely loved staying at Il Capoverso! It is such a beautiful place in a lovely location (in wine country, a little over an hour from Florence and less than an hour to Siena). The apartment is spacious with a large living area and kitchen, multiple indoor dining areas as well as outdoor seating. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the pool, but the yard, garden and pool area were all lovely. There was a large grassy area for my son to run around, which was refreshing after being in cities and hilltop towns for much of the trip. Monte San Savino is a charming little town with restaurants, grocery, gelaterias etc. Chiara, Gianluca, and their very sweet daughter are such wonderful people, and we loved getting to know them and their adorable pets! They even called to make a dinner reservation for us one night, and prepared a wonderful dinner for us another night.

Das Beste an dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Typische Toskana Landschaft, Sonnenuntergang inklusive.
