Hermoso henil en piedra ubicado en una posiciòn de absoluta tranquilidad en la maravillosa zona de la Grete Senese , al sud de Siena . La casa hàbilmente reestructurada dejando intacto sus caracterìsticas architectònicas originales màs tarde transformada en una hermosa y confortable habitaciòn de campaña , decorada con gusto en estilo tìpico toscano. La estructura goza de una esplendida vista del valle sobre las colinas circunstante.
Distanzia : Castelmuzio con tiendas de todo tipo a 3 km , Montisi a 4 km , Pienza a 20 km , Sinalunga a casi 20 km , Montalcina a 30 km , Siena a 50 km.

A disposiciòn de los huèspedes : Amplio jardin privado completamente equipado , piscina ( 7,80 x 5,20 m – prof.-max. 1,50 m – abierta del 01 /06 a 30 /09 ) , parrillada.Las ventanas con mosquiteros ®. Lavadora , plancha a vapor a disposiciòn .El acceso a la propiedad es tramite una calle no asfaltada , no son adapta las machinas esportiva. Parcheo al interno de la propiedad . Con solicitud es posible alquilar una cuna bebè a 25 € ,- /a semana( pagar en el lugar ).

Romantic getaway

We loved this villa, and it was like taking a step back in time, but with all the amenities you might need. We felt like we were in a postcard. There is so much beauty. The location is ideal if you want a break from the world. The owner was terrific too. We loved it. It's a bucket list place to stay!

Maison très très agréable, un peu juste pour 5 personnes du fait d’une unique salle de bain Beaucoup de goût à l’intérieur et matériaux de qualité. Tou le nécessaire est là pour l’arrivée. Très joli extérieur avec une piscine plus qu’agréable ! Tranquillité absolue ( chemin un peu fatiguant à la longue mais c’est un détail) On ne peut que recommander !!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, alleine auf einem Hügel mit fantastischem Blick. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nicht die volle Punktzahl gegeben, da die staubige Zufahrt von Anwohnern und einem Pferdetransport (mehrmals am Tag) relativ rücksichtslos genutzt werden. Das kann sich aber zwischenzeitlich geändert haben (bitte nachfragen).

A beautiful house and a beautiful site. With a car you can reach most of sentral Toscana within one hour. A place where you really can relax. The house was very clean, well equipped and the service is excellent. Mauro, the host, is cleaning the pool and watering the flowers almost every day. You simply cant miss this!!!!

The house was very clean, well equipped and the service is excellent. Mauro, the host, is cleaning the pool and watering the flowers almost every day. You simply cant miss this!!!!

Wunderschönes Haus, absolute Privatsphäre! Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird sehr regelmässig gereinigt ohne das man es merkt(morgen sehr früh) Die Übergsbe und Abnahme klappte hervorragend. Der Weg ist mit einem Sportwagen zu meistern ohne jegliches Aufsetzen oder Kratzer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch die Sehenswürdikeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir würden wiederkommen!
