Situado a 500 metros del centro del pueblo y de las playas.
Amplio salón comedor con una práctica y equipada cocina y salida a la terraza. Dos dormitorios con baño en suite: uno con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, lavadora, lavaplatos, acceso a internet (banda ancha), TV por satélite, Hi-Fi. Calefacción en invierno. Parking privado.
Por las mañanas podrán desayunar en la terraza. Luego ir a la playa o bien pasear hasta el Puerto de Aiguadolç disfrutando de unas vistas espectaculares. En el centro del pueblo encontrarán pequeños museos, galerías de arte, casas modernistas y todo tipo de tiendas y restaurants. Por la noche podrán caminar a lo largo del Paseo Marítimo, disfrutar de la gastronomía local o tomar una copa en las terrazas. Moverse en Sitges es cómodo y sencillo.

As listed. Comfortable and efficient.

Lovely neighborhood away from the bustle but only abshort walk to all the excitement Sitges has to offer. Barbara was so accomodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time staying at this property in Sitges. We had great communication from the Host. We also found the beach to be a short distance away and the local supermarket was really first class. We found everything we needed within the apartment and it was secure with a good alarm system. I’d recommend it and stay again.

Perfect for our family of 4

This apartment was perfect for us. The room set up, laundry, kitchen supplies, and beach supplies made our stay wonderful. It is very clean and the AC worked great. The location was really good. It’s about a 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, and restaurants. That means the noise of people is minimal, but you’re still close to everything. We did hear the train, but it did not keep us up. We had a mix up with communication through VRBO, but once we were in touch with the property manager the communication was great. It worked best to have What’s App for communication.

Incredible property with all the charm

We we’re 2 couples travelled through Spain this summer and our first stop was at this lovely apartment. It has everything we needed and easy walk to the beaches. We would book this apartment next time we are in Sitges

Lovely Apartment, Great location

The apartment was just as described. Clean, modern, well decorated and furnished and with all the amenities you could ask for. Two bathrooms was a real bonus. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do - but is also tucked away from the bustle. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and efficient and Svetlana was really kind, helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Fantastic apartment and brilliant service

Our family (2 adults + 13 yr old son) stayed for a week over Christmas in December and could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for a short walk to Sitges town centre and was very quiet with easy parking. Xavier and team were great hosts and made our stay really enjoyable with excellent communication. The apartment has everything you could need and is really light, spacious and comfortable. It is also very secure and well looked after with every facility we needed. Sitges itself is a brilliant place for beaches, food, shopping, visits to Barcelona/Taragona etc. We would definitely return!

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location

Apartment was close to everything-downtown, beaches, and train station-all by walking. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again. The added plus was the parking spot should you have a car.

Nice comfortable apartment

Apartment was clean and well appointed. Close to the beach and in a residential area. It is within 100m of the railway line and, although it didn't bother us, the lady renting the apartment next door moved elsewhere because of it. Only criticism was the VERY creaky beds.

Hidden gem for that authentic Spanish experience!!

WOW... thanks Xavier for hosting us in your gorgeous apartment for our stay a few weeks ago!! What an incredible apartment with a real splash of modern style & panache, beautifully laid out and immaculately clean. We loved it and the private terrace was wonderful for eating out or just chilling for a while. Great location, only a few minutes from the hustle & bustle of the front, town center and all the bars & restaurants. It was a joy to occasionally get away from the busy beach front and noise of town to recharge and relax in the idillic tranquility of a real Spanish home. Loved the few days away and can't wait to return and will definitely stay with you again. Sitges, the apartment and your wonderful hospitality and super advice and suggestions on the hidden little places to go and best restaurants to visit made the whole trip feel quite literally like it was Home Away from home!! Very clean, quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet. The windows do a great job of blocking out the train. The apartment is impeccably clean and well equipped. We loved our stay; The apartment is a short walk from the downtown area. Everything was in very good working order.

Stunning, stylish and immaculately presented

Was just going over pics of our stay in Xavier's apartment some weeks back and felt I just had to come write a review and share what a truly awesome stay it was!!! Conviently located only minutes walk from the beach & town, yet wonderfully tranquil & extremely private. The apartment was laid out like something from an upmarket travel magazine double-spread, with every conceivable convince, subtly & stylishly fitted in, and immaculately clean. Xavier himself is a wonderful host and made the entire experience of our trip to Sitges run like a Swiss watch... many thanks and looking forward to returning soon!!

Fabulous

The communication before we arrived was prompt and friendly. Svetlana and Xavier were both incredibly helpful, the apartment was immaculate, in the perfect area that was quieter in the evenings but only a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. We will be back!!!

Great apartment!

This apartment was great. It was cosy and modern. We were two and each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The kitchen had everything, even champagne glasses. Svetlana was always reachable whenever we had some questions. We were able to contact her easily, beforehand and while we were there. Location was perfect. From there we made one-day trips, including visits to some vineyards and wineries in the Penedes and Priorat region. The parking space, right next to the front door of the building, was absolutely handy. We will certainly come back!! Molly

A wonderful – home away – from home

Blanc Subur was perfect for our family of four. Our daughters (10 and 12) appreciated having the privacy of their own bathroom. The home was super clean and tastefully decorated. We really liked the location. Close to town centre and beaches, but just far enough to be quiet and restful. Sitges is a wonderful town with beautiful beaches, nice shops and good food. We felt at home. We loved it. All the best! Nancy

Lovely time

My husband and I had a lovely time. Xavier and Svetlana were really easy to communicate with before and during our stay and they were very welcoming. The apartment was very clean and it came with everything we needed. It is very convenient and situated in a quiet area. We look forward to staying again soon. Definitely recommend. Alyssa

Really delighted

We booked Blanc Subur for a family trip. When we arrived, Alvaro picked us up from the airport. He took us to the apartment where Svetlana greeted us. She was extremely helpful; she explained things in the apartment and was able to tell us about things to do in Sitges. The apartment itself was gorgeous. The place was an ideal size for the four of us i.e. with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is close enough to the town centre (maybe 5 to 10 minutes’ walk) and yet quiet enough; it is located in a peaceful street with lots of pine trees. For anyone who hasn’t been to Sitges, there are plenty of nice beaches, museums, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, clubs and shops with big brand names as well as boutique. We had a lot of fun, enjoyed the sun, did some shopping and had some excellent food. We would definitely recommend the apartment and Sitges to anyone looking for a lovely place to spend their holidays.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Es importante para mí que la gente disfrute de sus vacaciones y que a la vez tenga un lugar para sentirse como en casa. Ese es el tipo de apartamento que busco cuando estoy viajando. Por lo tanto, me aseguro de que el mío sea cómodo moderno y acogedor.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Su ubicación céntrica lo sitúa a poca distancia del centro del pueblo y de las playas. El clima en Sitges es agradable durante todo el año.
Creo que es admirable cómo el pueblo ha sabido conservar muchas de sus tradiciones culturales. Me encanta el cine y recomendaría a todo el mundo el Festival de Cine de Sitges.
