Situado en una pequeña urbanización de lujo en el pueblo tranquilo y tradicional de Alethriko. 15 minutos en coche de Larnaca Aeropuerto. La cosmopolita ciudad de Larnaca está a sólo 10 minutos en coche, donde encontrará una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, cultura, historia y playas de arena. Alethriko está perfectamente situado para explorar la isla con facilidad.

Relaxing break

The villa was a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather in Larnaca. This was our 4th visit to Cyprus and it met all our expectations. The villa provided us with all our requirements. The pool was perfect for The very hot two weeks. Carol was very accommodating and instantly helped us with a situation requiring a cab one evening. A car is a must of staying here, we found the local bakery and coffee shop handy for delicious desserts and iced coffees. Thankyou

Lovely holiday in Alethriko

The house was spacious, we all (4 adults) had plenty of room. It was well furnished, had a full kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, the one en-suite was very small and the shower cubicle and fittings are old and tired. However always plenty of hot water! The pool area was disappointing. The steps to the pool were in a sorry state, held together with tape and plastic. The garden area was very pretty though with a lemon tree and various trees and shrubs. The area surrounding the pool was neglected, render coming off the walls in places and garden furniture possibly needs replacing. All in all we had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus. The villa is well situated for access to Larnaka for shopping and beaches, our favourite was McKenzie beach, plenty of sun shades and sun loungers, bars, restaurants etc.

Great place away, very peaceful. Villa & pool were were great!

Had a fab time at the villa. Very spacious and clean, nicely decorated also. Pool is great too, quite secluded and private. Only a short 15 min drive from Larnaca airport and Larnaca marina/promenade, not far from quiet not so touristy beaches which were great also. Popular Agia Napa beaches were an hour away by car. There is a great bakery 2 mins drive from the villa and a couple of local restaurants. If you want peace and quiet, and a relaxed break, would definitely choose this villa. Thanks to Angela who was very informative and helpful from the day I booked the villa right up to the day we left 🙂

Excellent Villa for Cyprus Holiday

6 of us stayed here for 10 days in April 2019 when we were in Cyprus for a family wedding. The house had all we needed and was clean tidy with a good garden space in a lovely quiet village. One of the things I really liked about being there was that we were soon able to make the space our own without another families clutter on walls etc.

Lovely villa!

Villa Pasithea situated in a peaceful no through road in a pretty and quiet village. There are neighbours in other villas but Villa Pasithea provides privacy with high fences. A lovely place to stay. Spacious, clean and well kept. The pool was really nice and well maintained. Would return!!!

Lovely family Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the villa, very spacious, very clean and tidy. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong table and the snooker table. I must mention that the water cooler dispenser was so handy. The villa benefits from the sunshine all day long, if you open the back and front patio doors you get a lovely breeze flowing in and don't need to use the Air Con. Angela was very helpful with getting around and site seeing with the local taxi firm (my husband wouldn't allow me to drive lol). I was able to do the booking directly with Angela and swiftly received the security deposit on my return home. Mckenzie beach is about 20 mins drive, Ayia Napa beach is about 50 mins drive. Both beaches are absolutely beautiful and a must see. Alethriko is a very quiet and peaceful area. If you consider this villa it is recommended you hire a car. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely Villa

Great villa located in a nice peaceful village. Great views from balconies front and back. The villa was immaculate on arrival and very well equipped. The kids loved the pool table and the table tennis table. Outside, the swimming pool is a good size, there are two separate outside dining areas, a gas barbecue, comfortable sun loungers and shade under a big date palm. There are two nice restaurants in the village, and a fantastic bakery which is a must if you like cakes for breakfast! Larnaca is only a 15 minute drive away and there are free car parks and plenty of restaurants there. We arrived late and the groceries we had pre-ordered with Angela were all put away in the kitchen for us. Angela came round the next morning to welcome us and gave us lots of useful local information. Angela was very helpful from start to finish. We booked through her and paid direct into her bank account, which was straight forward. Angel also recommended a local car hire company who were excellent. Would definitely go back to Villa Pasithea.

Lovely stay here at villa pasithea

We stayed 2 weeks in the villa 2 adults 2 children. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday there wasn't something we needed that wasn't there. We all had an amazing holiday here we couldn't get the kids out the pool, they really enjoyed it. The table tennis and pool table came in handy for us when needed some time out from the sun! Location of the villa is only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect. Very quiet village which is nice change from the hectic lives back home. Nothing is too far to get too as the motorway is right there! Lovely restaurant kokos in the village does all Greek traditional food only 2 minute drive. Little bakery about 5 minutes and supermarket not too far either. This is the 3rd time booking a villa through Angela. She is a very helpful villa manager very easy to deal with right from the beginning enquiring about all the different villas which were available to making payment for the villa direct to her account which makes the booking process quick and easy. Nothing is too much trouble for her either, anything you need or help with Angela's only a phone call away!

The villa was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. We were 10 people in total, including the baby, and it was enough space for all and enough entertainment for all ages. Angela was very helpful. All best Cyprus beaches are reachable by car within short time. We've had a great time and I have already recommended this villa to my colleagues.

Very impressive at Villa clean tidy with all amenities required for a pleasant and comfortable stay there was 10 of us three adults one teenager and six children plenty of space for all of us only thing I suggest is you hire a car to get around as a little bit out of the way of everything but to say the least there is a supermarket only 10 minutes drive away and a few shops just up the road all you know I'm looking forward to going back next year

Fabulous location

We had two villas including this one. Both are clean & tidy and very modern. Angela has been so helpful and very easy to make contact with. Great Villa for a family but would advise having a car to use as its away from the main attractions of Larnaca and the surroundings.

Family holiday

The property is a home from home, very clean and well fitted out. Ten of our family stayed in the villa and it never felt crowded. The pool/table tennis table was great for the kids when they wanted a break from the sun. Angela (the manager) was extremely friendly and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay - answering any questions and offering further assistance. A hire car is essential to visit the variety of small local beaches and restaurants, as well as the larger areas such as Larnaca. We had an excellent holiday

I highly recommend Villa Pasithea

Our holiday in Cyprus was amazing! As a large group of young adults it was important that there was enough to do to keep us occupied, and Villa Pasithea did not let us down; it had everything we needed and more! Upon arrival the villa was in an immaculate condition, with everything functioning perfectly. The villa manager was very friendly and extremely helpful, providing us with a folder brimming with information on how to get to the nearest supermarket or beach, taxi numbers, etc . I do feel that it is essential to have a car when staying at this particular villa, however nothing is more than a 15 minute drive away. I highly recommend Villa Pasithea to all group types (families, elderly, etc) as it has the capacity to accommodate everyone's needs.

I would stay there again!

A great place to stay with friends or family. The villa is exactly as advertised on website. You do need a car to get around. The beach is a 15min drive away. The local area is still being developed and doesn't have many shops or restaurants. It's close to the airport and it is very easy to get around. Great value for money!

Alethriko Villa

Various archaeological sites were open as were museums and shops except for New Year's day. The villa was clean and conveniently located for travel to the airport. The property manager was helpful. The pool table was a major plus for the kids. The only downside was getting caught in the rain at Ancient Kourion, but we dried out pretty quickly.

Group Holiday

The listing description was 100% accurate, location was super, central to Larnaca, 10 mins from the airport, and easy to the Motorway for everywhere else. The facilities in the villa were as advertised, bedding was clean and plentiful, the pool was great, and the food shops in the local area were magic, as were the restaurants. Supermarkets were easy to get to, and had everything we needed. On top of all that, Cyprus itself is a great holiday destination, sun, sand, sea, food, wine etc, and the people were all really very friendly and helpful. Definitely a go again place!

Villa Pasithea is owned by two English couples, Venetia and Rick, and Carol and Chris , who all live and work in Hampshire. We are very proud of our beautiful Villa in Alethriko and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Alethriko is a lovely and peaceful village, and is only a 15 minute drive from Larnaka International Airport. There are excellent local tavernas and a superb well-stocked supermarket is only minutes away. Villa Pasithea is ideally sited to visit Larnaca, with its excellent beaches and cosmopolitan atmosphere, and the Troodos mountains are only an hour away. The beach resorts of Aya Napa and Protaras only 40 minutes away. Of course the wonderful Cyprus climate with 340 sunny days a year on average was a big factor in our decision to buy here! We know you will enjoy a relaxing stay in Villa Pasithea - it is just a great place to chill out.
