David and Deen are gracious and welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. The apartment is both spacious and well-appointed and truly serves as a home away from home. The owners provided outstanding communication throughout the booking process. This historic home was a pure joy to stay in. It was the perfect location, extremely well stocked with everything anyone would need or want, and it had charm and elegance while still being homey. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rentals and this one was definitely a top choice.

This is one of my favorite VRBO stays. The host met our every needs and went beyond with extras. The rooms were so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. My goodness it was perfect. We walked to downtown Historic District .

We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to town and driving distance to Nashville. The hosts were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Everything we could need was provided and we were encouraged to let them know if anything else was required. We would definitely stay here again!!

David and Deena were wonderful! This home is stocked with just about everything you would need, right down to the noise machine for better sleep. The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the cute little shops and restaurants. The town of Franklin is the most charming place I've ever been. It belongs in a Hallmark move!

Southern Charm and Hospitality

A charming historic home located blocks from downtown Franklin that has lovely hosts. The whole upstairs has a separate entrance that is yours to enjoy. Great amenities abound. We would definitely stay again.

Franklin Family vacation

We loved the house. I was clean and very nice. It was really convenient to be so close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and walking into town. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again.
