Experience country living in luxury! With over 4200 SF, this immaculate, private, gated escape is perched atop nearly 8 acres of gorgeous land. There is a walking trail on the property, a heated* saltwater pool, movie room, Florida room, rec room, dedicated work space, and stunning views from all windows.

Nestled away in a quiet town, but still within a very easy access to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and BNA. This is the perfect location to get away from it all and still have it all!

This house is a dream!! We were visiting with our 5 children and some extended family members. Everyone had plenty of space and a ton to do without leaving the house! From walking the trail, to swimming in the pool, to playing on the gorgeous hill, my children had the best time. The house is equipped with everything you could think of. We cooked our favorite meals with ease. It’s not too far from downtown Franklin and it was also easy to get grocery delivery. We will definitely be back!!

Hilltop

This is a well cared for house. It was just the 2 of us to enjoy the comforts. The home is immaculate! The bed in the primary is very soft and comfortable. The shower has strong heads for a refreshing start to your day. We didn’t use the pool. Has a fun trail along the property lines.Very quiet and private.

FANTASTIC STAY!!

We were in town house-hunting and stayed here for a week. The house was gorgeous - secluded but not too far from our destinations. My kids loved the games, theatre room, and pool. The host was extremely accommodating. It was absolutely fantastic - cannot recommend enough!

The most perfect vacation home for a large family/group.

The most perfect stay. You can tell the owners care about their guests! There was a lot of thought put in to our stay. The home is so comfortable and just has a happy feeling! It was so well stocked, and just perfect for a large family. Even the bunk room was amazing , it had queen size beds! We can’t wait to come back.

This property was so beautiful and serene. We enjoyed every part of it. It was clean and well stocked. They even had floats for the pool blown up and ready to go! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Best rental yet!

Best Vrbo home we've stayed at yet! The home was clean, neat & exactly as pictured. The screened in lounge was exceptional! We were able to sit outside bugless & still converse with family in the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need-we cooked dailey. FANTASTIC stay!

What a beautiful place!

I have stayed at over 25 VRBO residences and this home is one of the best we’ve stayed! It is impeccably decorated, farmhouse chic. The house was spotless and smelled amazing. The housekeepers should be congratulated! The screened in porch and lovely pool were big hits with our group. The beds were unbelievably comfortable for a rental. The linens were also very high quality. The response time from the host was immediate. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the amenities it included. We cooked 4 huge meals for 15 people and never were at a loss for dishes, bowls, pans etc.We will definitely look forward to staying here again! The owner should be proud! 5 + stars

Excellent Stay

We came up to Franklin for my daughter's wedding and stayed 4 nights. Everything was as expected. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property for anyone who would like a secluded getaway.

Beautiful Home, Responsive Host!

Fantastic location and gorgeous home. We enjoyed our week at this incredible place. It was well appointed and the hosts have thought of everything. Plenty of space for our family of 11. My favorite memory was sitting around the inside fireplace while my son played praise and worship music on his guitar. Mornings were spent on the screened in porch drinking coffee next to the outside fireplace! Incredible views! Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. The only slight challenge we had was that there was not a guest bathroom upstairs, just the two en-suite bathrooms so anyone staying in the bunk room has to walk through one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom or go downstairs to the guest bathroom. We were able to make it work just fine. Regardless, we would stay in this incredible home again!! The hosts were amazing and quickly responded with any questions we had! We strongly recommend this gorgeous home and responsive hosts!

Our Wedding Retreat

Our family recently stayed in this beautiful house for my son's wedding that was nearby. Absolutely everything was perfect! We loved the gas fireplaces, the incredible views, large rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and having parking spaces in the garage. The extra fridge in the garage was much appreciated and needed for our group of 12. I can't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't there. Jen, thank you for the welcome basket and wine. You made this a simple process for us at what could have been a stressful time. You, and this house, made our wedding weekend and memories even more special.

Family Wedding Weekend

The home is absolutely beautiful. It met all of our needs and then some. We had 9 adults and three young children (including an infant). I loved that they had toys, a highchair, children's plates, and a crib. The pool was a big hit especially for the four year old, although the adults loved it too. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch in the evening.

Gorgeous retreat

Our family had a fun and relaxing week in this gorgeous home. The home is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of every little detail. Lots of space for 3 adult couples and the 4 kids loved the bunk room and theater. The pool, patio and sun porch were our favorite spots to gather. I highly recommend this home and would go back. Great location-we spent time in downtown Franklin and Nashville and enjoyed the distillery down the road. Look no further.

The house is offers such serenity and peace all while still having city life easily accessible. To see the wildlife crossing the grounds in the morning and be able to head out to Broadway in Downtown Nashville for the evening, it really checks all the boxes! Not too mention being able to comfortably accomodate a large family or 2!
