Nuevo en el mercado en la primavera de 2017, esta villa de 4 dormitorios completamente renovada ha sido totalmente remodelada por dentro y por fuera, y todos los muebles y electrodomésticos son nuevos y de alta calidad. Esta villa moderna consta de un amplio salón de planta semi abierta, comedor y cocina, un baño principal moderno con ducha de efecto lluvia, 4 dormitorios, dos gemelos, uno individual y un dormitorio principal doble con baño enorme, nuevamente con vestidor. en lluvia y doble lavabo. La villa dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi y una gran variedad de canales de televisión, incluidos muchos canales en inglés. Hay un reproductor de DVD con una amplia gama de DVD familiares y una PS3 con juegos para entretener a los niños.
Hay una nueva cocina moderna totalmente equipada y el lavadero está equipado con una plancha y tabla de planchar y una lavadora. Se proporcionan todas las toallas, tanto ducha como toallas de piscina / playa. Todas las sábanas también están incluidas.

Winter getaway

The property lived up to all of our expectations and all the rooms were a good size. It was the best equipped property we have been to especially the kitchen. We were particularly happy with the outside area, a really relaxing, quiet garden and a lovely pool.We liked the area the property is in with lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach.

February Sun!

We had a great 8 nights stay in this lovely villa. We have stayed in many villas in Fuerteventura and this one was one of the best. It was immaculately clean, well looked after and in a perfect location. You could tell lots of thought had gone into the villa with its open planned feel. The tv pack was a bonus for those colder evenings. Communication was easy with the owner and the property manager. Everything we could have wished for from a villa for some winter sun! Thank you!

Perfect villa for family holiday

We are a family of 7 and have enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the superb villa. It was absolutely spotless and the owners have thought of everything that you could need It's a short drive from the airport and there's a super Spar 2 minutes away by car for all your supplies It's easy to zip around the island by car, so we managed to see Corralejo in the North, Ajuy to the West and Costa Calma in the South You can Scuba, snorkel and kayak on this island. I would highly recommend the villa as a perfect base for exploring Fuertaventura.

Annual family downtime

Beautiful villa

Had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. Villa was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack on arrival. The pool was a perfect temperature. The host and villa manager were both very approachable and helpful.

Amazing villa and holiday week in the sun

Villa exceeded expectations- very clean, modern and well equipped. Pool and garden has a fabulous sunbathing area. We came to have a relaxing week in the sun and it delivered everything we hoped for! Gabby was an excellent villa manager helping us with anything needed during our stay.

Beautiful Villa in Perfect Location

Beautiful, spotlessly clean Villa in a lovely, peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Great pool area for sunbathing, catching the sun all day but plenty of shaded areas if you required them. One of the best Villas we have stayed at and would love to return. Early Relaxing Break

The property was exactly as represented online. The facilities were excellent, the host was very approachable and the Facilities Manager was a great help. We loved the location and the relaxed vibes of being near to the town and the golf course. What was also a pleasant surprise was the fantastic weather meaning that we had sunshine everyday.

Relaxing holiday

The villa was so clean when we arrived. We arrived late at night and the process to get in was easy. Our teenage boys loved the pool. Nikki and Gaby were fantastic, very helpful hosts, they even visited with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. They left us a llittle welcome pack ready for our arrival which was much apprciated. They also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the airport. The walk to the shopping centre and EuroSpar supermarket was about 10 minutes. We walked to town and the harbour several times getting a taxi back which was around 4 euros. I wanr to say a HUGE thank you to Nikki and Gaby, you made our stay relaxing and stress free. You are wonderful hosts.

Fantastic villa with a lovely pool

We had a fantastic stay in the villa which was everything we were hoping for. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are lovely with excellent water pressure and good temperature. The kitchen is very well stocked so you can cook meals - we even had a milk frother and the welcome basket was great. Gaby was really helpful and checked all was ok; we had a mini problem and she came straight round to sort it for us with no fuss. The outside space really makes this villa. The pool was wonderful and was a great temperature for swimming in January. You can also swim as the pool is deep from end to end. The outside sofa and table are lovely spaces to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year!

Amazing!

This was our first stay in a villa and we had a fantastic time. Travelled as a family of 4, children aged 15 and 11 which was perfect. The facilities are fantastic and have everyting you could possibly need and more. The pool was heated which was great, especailly with us travelling in Februray as the temperature is a little cooler. It's situated 10 to 15 min walk from the Atlantico Centre and beach front that has all the amenities you could need, including a spar for essentials. We would taxi into the main centre at night for a meal and taxi back which cost a couple of Euros. Big shout out to Gaby the villa manager who was amazing during our stay, so attentive and helpful. Thank you Nikki for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa we will be returning.

Amazing Villa!

We have just returned from an amazing 12 days in this beautiful villa. We do Villa holidays most summers and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. There were 6 of us ranging from 2 teenage boys through to grandparents. From the moment we booked, to the holiday dates, all communication with Nikki was easy and quick. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, even a cool box and ice packs if you wanted a picnic on the beach. Even lots of Tupperware to make self catering even easier! The villa was very spacious and the outside area had the perfect amount of space - we never felt crowded. We loved the decor as well! The location is fab - 10 min walk to the Atlantico centre where there are some lovely shops and a great supermarket, and a beautiful beach. A further 10 minute walk from there takes you to the main centre where there’s more restaurants and some great water activities which were popular with our boys. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to get away and have some time to switch off from the craziness of home!

Cleanliness of eating area

The BBQ was left in an awful state it took as a long time & effort to get the grill clean enough to eat off so disappointed over this as not something you should be expected to do in a "luxury villa" plus the glasses cupboard could do with a general clean lots of dirty ring marks from the glasses. There is no information regarding the location of the town & markets in the villa's folder which would have come in handy all that is listed is restaurants. We missed the property manager twice as she turned up unannounced maybe an allocated time would be more beneficial then maybe we could have had the chance to ask her questions about the area. The beach is amazinging incredibly beautiful which isn't to far to walk & Piero's in the town is a great music bar good for an entertaining night out. Overall the villa was nice nothing over average we enjoyed our stay. Would we return No!

Excellent

Check in process very easy and the villa was spotless. Welcome pack on arrival with all your in the moment needs. Kitchen was well equipped. Air con throughout apart from bathrooms which by the way are very modern and spacious. The whole villa was furnished in good taste. Outside the pool area was also spacious and the pool large and warm. Outside seating was very nice and plenty of room. The Wi-Fi wasn’t that great but beyond anyone’s control which in turn made TV watching impossible apart from the huge array of DVDs on offer. We’ve stayed in many villas around Caleta and this would definitely feature in our top two choices. Will definitely be back. Town centre and Atlantic centre within easy reach albeit with a walk. Taxi into town or back 4 euros. To summarise, this villa is lovely and we would highly recommend. Thank you Niki and Gabi. Nothing too much trouble.

Amazing villa

Incredible villa and totally exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean on arrival, spacious and has everything needed for everyone. We are a family of 7 including 4 kids (9-15) so things to note that impressed us: kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for any meal; plastic crockery and cups are handy for kids (and the parents worried that kids may slip and break things); pool is massive and cleaned regularly (at least 4 times in our 2 week stay); good size towels and beach towels for everyone; outdoor furniture is lovely to relax out of the sun without needing to go inside; location is excellent - 10 mins to the supermarket and half an hour for a walk to the restaurants in the town and also for our favourite Algo Mas on Las Salinas golf course. Costs - 20 euros (with tip) from the airport in a taxi. 3-4 euros a taxi into the town. We have stayed in many villas on Las Salinas and this was the first on Campo de Golf and we were not disappointed with the decision to change. Nikki is very helpful during the booking process and Gaby was super friendly when we met her! Thank you to you both - we can’t wait to come back! :)

Winterurlaub Dezember 2022

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in dieser Immobilie. Es stimmte eigentlich alles, wenn man den Fluglärm, der 2 bis 3 mal pro Stunde zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr für ca. 15 Sekunden herrscht, mal ausklammert. Das war aber eigentlich nicht wirklich störend, da man sich nach drei Tagen daran gewöhnt hatte und wenn man im Gebäude war, hat man das gar nicht mehr wahrgeommen. Ansonsten tolle Küche mit alles was man braucht ein sehr schönes Elternschlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Bad inkl. begehbahrer Dusche. Die Lage zwischen zwei Golfplätzen extrem schön, da die Insel ansonsten sehr trist ist. Fazit: Hier kann man einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen und sich wundervoll erholen :-).

Wow

The villa was exceptionally clean when we arrived, we had a basic welcome pack on arrival which helped. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of cupboard space for clothes. We didn't really use the inside of the villa except to sleep in, we used the outside. The bbq was fantastic which we used during our stay. The pool was a bit cold but bearable. We were advised not to use the pool cover (which in previous villas we have always used of an evening) which lead to the pool becoming a bit dirty on the bottom. It was cleaned by the pool man once, which is normal but obviously after the day of being cleaned it then became gritty for the rest of the week. This however did not spoil our stay and I would not hesitate to return here. Five stars from all 5 adults who stayed here.

An Amazing Property

This was our first trip to Caleta de Fuste and we were not disappointed. It was made special by our stay in Nicola’s fabulous property. This property is very much as seen in the images. Upon our arrival we were in awe at how clean everywhere was, inside and out was just spotless!! The welcome pack was very much appreciated, it meant we could just jump into the pool and was in no hurry to find the supermarket. Everything you could think of for your stay is in this villa. The décor is lovely and the beds were soooo comfortable. Gabby the property manager called with us a couple of times during our stay, although we had no queries or issues it was good to know she was on hand if we needed her, she was lovely lady, really friendly. We were only in the villa for ten nights and the pool was maintained twice during our stay. For us the villa was a leisurely 13 minute walk to the Atlantico Centre where there was a Spar supermarket, it was a great size and had absolutely everything you could need for your stay. The Centre also had some lovely shops to browse, down escalators there is a cinema, a bowling alley and a few amusements, there is also about four restaurants where you can either eat inside or out where there was a children’s play area. Literally a couple of minutes walk from there took you to the lovely La Guirra beach, which was broken up into a few small cove type beaches along the lovely promenade walk that took you into the main resort of Caleta de Fuste (approximately 15 minutes walk from the Atlantico Centre). Caleta de Fuste itself is small and compact. In a main square you will find some lovely restaurants and bars, a small supermarket and a few shops. Not as big a resort as we would be used to, but we just loved the relaxed, safe feeling it gave, it was never crowed and no matter where we ate the meals were lovely and the service good. Most evenings we would get a taxi from the villa into Caleta de Fuste costing at the most 4 euros as it was still very warm around 7pm to walk the half hour, we then liked to walk back along the promenade, stopping at one of the restaurants for a couple of drinks before returning to the villa. All I can say is, thank you Nicola for sharing your wonderful villa with us and we would love to return in the future!!
