Nuevo en el mercado en la primavera de 2017, esta villa de 4 dormitorios completamente renovada ha sido totalmente remodelada por dentro y por fuera, y todos los muebles y electrodomésticos son nuevos y de alta calidad. Esta villa moderna consta de un amplio salón de planta semi abierta, comedor y cocina, un baño principal moderno con ducha de efecto lluvia, 4 dormitorios, dos gemelos, uno individual y un dormitorio principal doble con baño enorme, nuevamente con vestidor. en lluvia y doble lavabo. La villa dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi y una gran variedad de canales de televisión, incluidos muchos canales en inglés. Hay un reproductor de DVD con una amplia gama de DVD familiares y una PS3 con juegos para entretener a los niños.
Hay una nueva cocina moderna totalmente equipada y el lavadero está equipado con una plancha y tabla de planchar y una lavadora. Se proporcionan todas las toallas, tanto ducha como toallas de piscina / playa. Todas las sábanas también están incluidas.

This is a fabulous property very well maintained and looked after. Great warm pool and outside area. Great communication with the owner through the whole process. If returning to the island again I would definitely look to book this villa again

We stayed at this fantastic villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with family, and it truly didn’t disappoint. The communication from Nikki and Gabby was excellent throughout, and the villa was exactly as described – beautifully presented, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Having stayed in many villas over the years, this is genuinely one of the best we’ve experienced. Would 100% book again if we return to Fuerteventura – highly recommended!

Winter getaway

The property lived up to all of our expectations and all the rooms were a good size. It was the best equipped property we have been to especially the kitchen. We were particularly happy with the outside area, a really relaxing, quiet garden and a lovely pool.We liked the area the property is in with lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Beautiful villa

Had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. Villa was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack on arrival. The pool was a perfect temperature. The host and villa manager were both very approachable and helpful.

Amazing villa and holiday week in the sun

Villa exceeded expectations- very clean, modern and well equipped. Pool and garden has a fabulous sunbathing area. We came to have a relaxing week in the sun and it delivered everything we hoped for! Gabby was an excellent villa manager helping us with anything needed during our stay.

Perfect villa for family holiday

We are a family of 7 and have enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the superb villa. It was absolutely spotless and the owners have thought of everything that you could need It's a short drive from the airport and there's a super Spar 2 minutes away by car for all your supplies It's easy to zip around the island by car, so we managed to see Corralejo in the North, Ajuy to the West and Costa Calma in the South You can Scuba, snorkel and kayak on this island. I would highly recommend the villa as a perfect base for exploring Fuertaventura.

Beautiful Villa in Perfect Location

Beautiful, spotlessly clean Villa in a lovely, peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Great pool area for sunbathing, catching the sun all day but plenty of shaded areas if you required them. One of the best Villas we have stayed at and would love to return. Thanks to Nikki and Gaby for making our holiday so memorable.

Annual family downtime

We had a wonderful weeks stay here. The property is perfect. It is private, spotlessly clean and includes everything you may need and more. Contact with the owner and management company is straightforward and faultless making check in and check out easy. If you are looking for a great place to relax for a week (or two) then we would highly recommend.

February Sun!

We had a great 8 nights stay in this lovely villa. We have stayed in many villas in Fuerteventura and this one was one of the best. It was immaculately clean, well looked after and in a perfect location. You could tell lots of thought had gone into the villa with its open planned feel. The tv pack was a bonus for those colder evenings. Communication was easy with the owner and the property manager. Everything we could have wished for from a villa for some winter sun! Thank you!

Early Relaxing Break

The property was exactly as represented online. The facilities were excellent, the host was very approachable and the Facilities Manager was a great help. We loved the location and the relaxed vibes of being near to the town and the golf course. What was also a pleasant surprise was the fantastic weather meaning that we had sunshine everyday.

Fantastic villa with a lovely pool

We had a fantastic stay in the villa which was everything we were hoping for. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are lovely with excellent water pressure and good temperature. The kitchen is very well stocked so you can cook meals - we even had a milk frother and the welcome basket was great. Gaby was really helpful and checked all was ok; we had a mini problem and she came straight round to sort it for us with no fuss. The outside space really makes this villa. The pool was wonderful and was a great temperature for swimming in January. You can also swim as the pool is deep from end to end. The outside sofa and table are lovely spaces to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year!

Relaxing holiday

The villa was so clean when we arrived. We arrived late at night and the process to get in was easy. Our teenage boys loved the pool. Nikki and Gaby were fantastic, very helpful hosts, they even visited with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. They left us a llittle welcome pack ready for our arrival which was much apprciated. They also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the airport. The walk to the shopping centre and EuroSpar supermarket was about 10 minutes. We walked to town and the harbour several times getting a taxi back which was around 4 euros. I wanr to say a HUGE thank you to Nikki and Gaby, you made our stay relaxing and stress free. You are wonderful hosts.

Amazing!

This was our first stay in a villa and we had a fantastic time. Travelled as a family of 4, children aged 15 and 11 which was perfect. The facilities are fantastic and have everyting you could possibly need and more. The pool was heated which was great, especailly with us travelling in Februray as the temperature is a little cooler. It's situated 10 to 15 min walk from the Atlantico Centre and beach front that has all the amenities you could need, including a spar for essentials. We would taxi into the main centre at night for a meal and taxi back which cost a couple of Euros. Big shout out to Gaby the villa manager who was amazing during our stay, so attentive and helpful. Thank you Nikki for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa we will be returning.

The villa is decorated to the highest standard and extrememly well equipped for a self catering holiday abroad. The towels provided were of good quality and the information book told you what colour to use indoor/outdoor.There are a lot of ornaments on display, but at 6 and 7, out girls were old enough to know not to touch them. The welcome pack was greatly received and knowing the contents before we arrived, meant we could arrive straight from the airport at lunch time and make a sandwich for everyone, before hitting the supermarket.The pool was cleaned every Tuesday and Friday morning whilst we were there and the pool cover kept the water to a lovely temperature.Although the villas are next to each other, as they are all bungalows, nobody over looks the garden, unless they go up on their roof terrace - which is a rarity.Would we recommend this villa to our friends? - yes! The only suggestions we could make to the owners of things we would have liked to have been there are - a pizza cutter in the kitchen (yes you can use a knife but a cutter is far easier), a set of barbecue tools (if there were some there, then they were very well hidden) and hooks on the back of the doors to hang the towels. All the towels had a loop to hang them on, but there was nowhere to hang them when you were not using or drying them.10/10

Amazing Villa!

We have just returned from an amazing 12 days in this beautiful villa. We do Villa holidays most summers and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. There were 6 of us ranging from 2 teenage boys through to grandparents. From the moment we booked, to the holiday dates, all communication with Nikki was easy and quick. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, even a cool box and ice packs if you wanted a picnic on the beach. Even lots of Tupperware to make self catering even easier! The villa was very spacious and the outside area had the perfect amount of space - we never felt crowded. We loved the decor as well! The location is fab - 10 min walk to the Atlantico centre where there are some lovely shops and a great supermarket, and a beautiful beach. A further 10 minute walk from there takes you to the main centre where there’s more restaurants and some great water activities which were popular with our boys. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to get away and have some time to switch off from the craziness of home!

Cleanliness of eating area

The BBQ was left in an awful state it took as a long time & effort to get the grill clean enough to eat off so disappointed over this as not something you should be expected to do in a "luxury villa" plus the glasses cupboard could do with a general clean lots of dirty ring marks from the glasses. There is no information regarding the location of the town & markets in the villa's folder which would have come in handy all that is listed is restaurants. We missed the property manager twice as she turned up unannounced maybe an allocated time would be more beneficial then maybe we could have had the chance to ask her questions about the area. The beach is amazinging incredibly beautiful which isn't to far to walk & Piero's in the town is a great music bar good for an entertaining night out. Overall the villa was nice nothing over average we enjoyed our stay. Would we return No!
