Esta es una propiedad sorprendente e inusual ya que es una combinación de varias partes diferentes; la casa principal reformada hecha de materiales recuperados y hallazgos antiguos, el antiguo granero contiguo que alberga una de las 2 suites principales encantadoras, y luego más lejos de la casa principal hay una casita independiente con un sofá cama king size y 3 literas para eso Familia extra para visitar o quedarse.

Esta propiedad es el resultado de 4 años de duro trabajo en la restauración y mejora de varios edificios antiguos que se encontraban en la parcela de 15,000 m2 (3 acres). En la casa principal hay 2 habitaciones principales, ambas con fantásticas camas super king size, una en el granero con techo de paja con baño en suite y otra en el edificio principal (también con baño en suite) y vistas impresionantes de Vejer. Hay una gran habitación con literas con 4 camas que también están construidas para adultos (tamaño de colchón de 90 cm x 200 cm de largo) y luego una habitación separada con dos camas individuales que también se puede unir para formar otro súper rey si es necesario. También hay un baño familiar grande con dos lavabos, un gran baño de tadelakt con ducha y luego una gran sala de estar de planta abierta con moderna cocina de mármol, comedor y sección de salón con chimenea y vistas impresionantes.

La trama se encuentra en una calle secundaria muy tranquila con muy pocos autos que pasan, es más probable que encuentren un paseador de caballos o perros paseando o el granjero local moviendo sus vacas. Toda la trama también se beneficia de fantásticas vistas del campo y contempla el casco antiguo de Vejer, que se puede ver desde muchos ángulos y ventanas, incluido uno de los dormitorios principales.

Esto está diseñado como un alquiler familiar, ya que los propietarios tienen niños pequeños y dejarán una variedad de juguetes y juegos para que jueguen los niños pequeños. Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora y una nevera grande y un congelador separado para atender a la vida familiar en el campo.

La casita está a 50 metros de la casa principal y se puede alquilar por separado o junto con la casa principal. Esto también ha sido recientemente renovado con materiales recuperados y contiene una cocina abierta / sala de estar / comedor con horno, microondas y lavavajillas.

También les damos a los clientes la opción de bloquear el alquiler de la casita por una pequeña tarifa si no necesitan las habitaciones adicionales pero desean tener la parcela y las instalaciones solo para ellos, aunque hay mucho espacio y privacidad entre los dos.

La casa está muy cerca del campo de golf y ecuestre de Montenmedio, por lo que es un lugar ideal para alojarse para cualquiera que visite los eventos de giras de sol o desee estar cerca del club de campo para practicar golf o eventos allí.

Como las imágenes probablemente muestran, la casa está terminada recientemente y los trabajos continúan en el terreno en la actualidad con más árboles y plantas que se agregan todo el tiempo: intentaremos actualizar las fotos regularmente para mostrar el progreso continuo y una NUEVA PISCINA ahora está completo en mármol impresionante y está rodeado de tumbonas y una gran cama de día de estilo Bali.

Muy recomendable para un grupo homogeneo

Es una finca muy bien situada para conocer la zona muchas playas de Cádiz. El camino de acceso a la finca es un poco incómodo, pero la situación de la casa es extraordinaria.

A dream home

This is an amazing house that you can see owners love as it is fully equipped and beautifully decorated with the finest details. We were 6 adults and all of us decided we want a place like this as it is not only nice but warm and extremely confortable. The house is located in the countryside very close to Vejer. Very nice view of the horses in front of the garden. It is 15/20 minutes from the beaches of Zahara, El Palmar and Zahora. The bungalow is also fully equipped and very comfortable. Last, but not least, the kitchen is provided with 2dishwashers and 2 ovens for big groups of people. Not only we suggest it but we hope to go back as we left our hearts.

Tranquil spacious luxury

The villa and casita housed four couples and four young children easily. The bathrooms and showers were excellent.The air conditioning and large wooden propeller ceiling fans kept both places cool. The pool is larger than it appears in the photo and was very popular with everyone. A massive pergola ,fully cushioned and pillowed, was a wonderful place to read or snooze in the heat of the day. There are also great deck beds and huge umbrellas. The grounds are extensive and regularly maintained by gardeners. On the verandah is a long table and chairs, and also a sofa and armchairs which we used at breakfast lunch and early evening. We tended to eat supper indoors at the long mess table with benches to avoid the dusk mosquito attack. There is a car port for three vehicles close .with enough ground to park several more. The villa is an easy ten minute drive from Vejer and 20 minutes for Barbate beach. The latter is safe for children as the beach shelves very gently. into the sea. There is also wonderful outdoor exhibition of contemporary sculpture ust down the road. Wim, who managers the place, if he does not mind me saying so, looks like a younger version of Richard Branson, with the same cheerful verve He couldn't have been more helpful .He lives very nearby and ,genie-like, appears almost soon as you need him. The only potentially serious problem was the frequent power cut outs, as the villa is at the end of the line for electricity, and the power company have not provided sufficient cabling; but once Wim had shown us how to put it back on,ythe problem dwindled/ The views of the low laying hills surmounted by Vejer across the fields are superb. The sunsets are great. The cattle who browse the local fields add additional tranquility to a beautiful pastoral scene.

Beautiful summer holidays !!!

We stayed in the house (incl. La Casita in the garden) with 6 adults and 6 Kids (5-12 years old). The house is just beautiful and so is the location ! The house is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our trips to many beaches in the area to Conil, Vejer, etc etc.. The only slightly negative aspect was the "sleeping"-sofa in the Casita in the garden where we think a proper bed instead would do very good ! Anyway: We would immediately book again !

Beautiful and spacious home surrounded by nature

Perfect stay in spacious and lovely decorated home, it had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfi, we had 3 bathrooms in the main house. Beautiful views, large garden, swimming pool, close to Vejer and beaches ...Perfect! Thanks G!

Tastefull and well equipped house

I felt more than at home, very nicely renovated house more equipped than our own place. 20 minutes to the beaches and 10 min away from eh charming Vejer. Wim is an outstanding host and we appreciated the noce bottle of wine when we arrived. If I have to say something negative...the moskitos and the flees...otherwise perfect....

Stylish, well equipped villa in peaceful location - easy access to beaches, 'white-towns' etc.

This place is a real find. As a family of five with three teenage boys we found it spacious and comfortable and so easy to relax in. A great 'living space' is enhanced by folding doors opening onto a broad patio with views across to the gorgeous hilltop town of Vejer. This small town is not to be missed in itself - a charming, laid back town with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and culture. Then there are the beaches, which are in such easy reach; El Palmar is an easy 15 minute drive and a long expanse of golden sand with opportunities for surfing lessons or just basking in the sunshine - then walk off the beach to numerous cafes and bars. A bit further afield there are equally beautiful stretches of sand at Zahara de los Atunes or Bolonia. (We loved the beaches so much that we didn't even bother to use the pool at this property). 45 minutes drive away is Tarifa where you can take a ferry and be in Tangier, Morocca within an hour or book a trip on a whale-watching tour and see orcas (killer whales) amongst the small tuna fishing boats. Cadiz and Gibraltar are also easy day trips from here. Our welcome at the property by Wim was great - with useful local advice on a range of things and we had no problems with any of the facilities at the property itself. All in all a wonderful spot for a holiday!

Wonderful house in a great location

We had a fantastic week in the main house. We flew into Gibraltar and a straight forward drive for 1 hour 20 brings you this this stunning property. On arrival we were struck by the size of the house and the plot on which it sits. Spotlessly clean, the house has great cooking/eating & relaxing space. Our party was 4 adults & 4 kids – plenty of room for all. We were lucky enough to sleep in the stunning barn – a huge room with great views across the valley. The outside space is as impressive as the inside. A large terrace area allows you to dine outside as well as room to relax. There is also plenty of space for children to run around and let off steam. The picturesque town of Vejer de la Frontera is only 5 mins away. It is on a hilltop giving beautiful views for miles. Lovely to walk around and even better to eat in - it has some great restaurants. It also has a well-stocked supermarket. We also visited Cadiz which is 50 mins away - particular interests were the cathedral, fish market and maze of narrow streets. The highlight of the holiday for us was the wonderful beaches in the area. We visited a new beach every day and did not see them all. The beaches were clean and safe for the kids to swim & board in. Our favourite was Bolonia. Lovely white sand beach with clear water and a huge sand dune offering amazing views. We would definitely recommend this property & this area of Spain to friends.

Beautifully Apppointed Inspiring Accomodation

We were lucky enough to go with a group of friends and spent time in both the Casita and the main house. Our family of four stayed in the Casita for four nights and had plenty of room tucked away in a tranquil setting. The Casita is beautifully furnished in the local style with lots of attention to detail and spotlessly clean. In the main finca the theme is continued on a grader scale and we found if perfect for a social crowd with a huge dining table, double ovens etc. There is lots of outside space which gives kids freedom to roam safely and the terrace offers a great view across to the local town. It proved an excellent base for exploring the myriad local and excellent) beaches and everywhere we went to eat we dined like Kings. The local golf course is very good with the staff friendly and helpful. We flew to Seville and hired a car and the Finca is easy to find if you follow the excellent directions provided. The Hosts were amazing, couldn't do enough for you to get you set up and the whole transaction side of things turned out to be a breeze. I rarely write reviews but I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan to go back.

beautiful relaxed hideaway fit for a King

Just a finished a very relaxing stay in the Casita which I would highly recommend. Friendly and welcoming host who was extremely easy to deal with during the booking process. This is a personally designed family house and it is clear a huge amount of thought and care has gone in to its construction. Very spacious and airy and perfect for chilling out with family (including garden) and friends and with plenty to do in the surrounding area especially if you like beach and golf. Would come again.

Tranquil and lovely Casita in a beautiful setting

We stayed in the Casita and had a fantastic time. The property looks great with concrete floors, huge windows, an open plan kitchen/living area, and a nice bathroom. However it is the outside area that really hits the mark with a great BBQ, a large terrace, lovely flowers, and a top view over a wide plain. There is loads to do in the area. We visited Vejer (a lovely old town in the hills), Tarifa for some kitesurfing, some great beaches, and Cadiz, (a great town). You can either see the sites, or just relax in the sun on the terrace! The food is excellent, with a wide variety of places to suite any budget. We were well looked after with clear directions and the property was very clean and well maintained. We will be back again! Enjoy!!

English family with 2 young kids who lived in the area for a year and fell in love with the stunning location of the plot of land and the views up to Vejer which we never tire of.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location is amazing and it's totally protected from the infamous levante winds that visit from time to time which means we can still enjoy the sunshine and the region whatever the weather. Also a great spot for nature lovers, particularly for birds as we have our local storks, owls, kingfishers, kestrels and swallows plus many others we don't yet know the names of.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Lots of land to explore and play in. Very tranquil spot and a great retreat to return to from exploring the many many fantastic beaches, excellent reasonably priced restaurants and lovely old towns.
