"Poinciana Treetop" es parte de la propiedad de grupo de 2 unidades "Poinciana Place": a menos de 2 cuadras de Duval Street y el centro de todo lo que Key West tiene para ofrecer.

"Poinciana Treetop" es una unidad soleada e informal de un dormitorio ubicada en el segundo piso. Tome la escalera frontal hasta el segundo piso y disfrute de la brisa de la isla. La cocina tiene una nevera de tamaño completo y una pequeña estufa de 4 quemadores de gas, licuadora, microondas y una tostadora. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, televisión con cable y WiFi gratis. La habitación King tiene un televisor con cable y un baño con una combinación de bañera y ducha. Abre las puertas francesas de tu habitación y sal a la terraza del segundo piso. Parking was very important and a dedicated spot was very convenient. An earlier check in would have made my stay perfect but it was pretty easy wasting time in such an active city. I would definitely stay here again.

This gem in Key West was perfect! Clean, comfy, close to downtown! Gated, washer dryer access, bike parking within the gated property..also has its own designated parking spot for car or golf cart..priceless! Bed comfy, kitchen has everything needed plus full size frig. Air conditioning works great to keep place cool..loved it here! Has 2 cute balconies too! Will definitely stay here again..only thing missing was a small pool!

Great location on a quiet alleyway 2nd floor unit with a breeze in the afternoon. Close to Duval St and Simington Beach. Fausto’s food mart is also close by.

Great location, small but tidy apartment

Great location, small but tidy apartment, comfortable furnishings, lack of space in bedroom and bath but nothing you can't work around, no dishwasher (wasn't important for me but would be if you cooked a lot), washer dryer is shared with downstairs renters and was nice to have, very impressed with communication with Historic Key West Vacation rentals. Also liked being intermingled with Key West residents

Amazing Upstairs Apartment

The fenced in backyard and bike racks were an added plus. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings for happy hour and the location was perfect. Needed improvements

The place was cute and met our needs but needs some improvements. Table and chairs not meant for 200 pound men, closet is for storing your things - no room for guests to hang their clothes or drawers for clothes other than the night stands. Needs a dish cloth and dish towel, toaster was broken and you replaced it, had issues operating TV's, had to wash our towels (fine if you had told us that), needs a bath mat in slippery tub, mattress and shower were great.

We slept like babies. Which is odd because we never do away from our own bed. The a/c unit was fabulous. It kept the place cool but also dry. Humidity is insane. But inside I was cool and not sticky. Not even the floors. The washer and dryer was a super plus. We just loved everything about this place. Will forever stay here when visiting KW. Ohhh. . Let's not forget it has PARKING!

It was off the beated path but close enough to walk everywhere in Key West. The emergency number and quick reply was greatly appreciated when I left my phone inside the apartment and needed the texted key code to get back in!A couple of restaurant recommendations...Blue Heaven for dinner (gorgeous patio) and Sunny Eggs for breakfast (best I ever had!). I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Key West.

Clean and spacious

The property was as described. It is clean and spacious with everything you need for your day to day. If you’re parking a vehicle, the space is tight. So, only a small to medium size vehicle will fit. The property managers and concierge were very accommodating and easy to reach. I would stay here again.

Great Time

This was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. It was in walking distance of Duval St. The porches were in a little bit of disrepair but the inside was great. I would recommend this property.

Cozy cute charming flat in great central location

This upstairs suite was neat, clean, and charming. Had all the basic necessities. It took us a few minutes to figure out the entry codes to the gate and upstairs front door as the directions given on the web site was a bit confusing to us. But, when we called the support number the caretaker receptionist reviewed and explained the procedure. I think phone support is available 24/7; a great service! Cheers, Rich
