Fabulous in Paradise

Charming, quiet, clean and everything you need. Close to everywhere but an escape when you return after a busy day. Perfect for us.

Nice place, convenient.

Well operated rental company; nice place; good outside deck and patio. Close to all sites, restaurants etc. Would and will stay here again.

It was very clean, bright, and had everything we needed. There was a very nice screened porch off the downstairs bedroom, with a ceiling fan. It was in a very good area, walkable to Duval St.

Relaxing get away to Key West

We really enjoyed this property , everything was perfect and well kept property and great location to all things great in Key West! We were looking forward to this getaway and it turned out as relaxing and enjoyable family get away! We'll be back!

The back yard area was nice to gather together each day. Close to Duvall and everything we needed. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to grab a quick breakfast.

beautiful house and great location

we were able to bring our dog, roomy for 2 couples and dogs, lovely back yard, quiet neighborhood and short walk to Duval or marina. Loved it! Cynthia at the rental agency was very helpful!

BEST VRBO EVER!

When booking this; one thing we were looking for was the right location and this place was dead smack in the heart of everything important to us. We had both the 1st and 2nd floor and our friends as well as ourselves felt it was well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Loved it, Quiet & Walkable

Our weekend stay at Poinciana Paradise was delightful! The area was quiet and felt secluded, even though it was within walking distance of anything we needed. We only used the kitchen for coffee, which we enjoyed on the back porch, by the lovely yard. The rooms were bright, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and the place was very clean. Check-in was easy, as were the check-out instructions. The folks at the office were so kind when using their concierge service. Very accommodating as well, allowing us to stow our luggage in the "in between" time of check-out and our departure flight. Invaluable. I would definitely rent from this company again, and would love to even stay in this same property again!

Area was quiet and felt safe during our stay. Parking worked for our two vehicles (small and medium SUVs) but think larger vehicles would struggle. Property management was very clear about parking and shared options for larger vehicles. We would certainly return.

On-site parking is a bonus. The deck on the back of the house has been updated since our last stay and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Key West weather. The property management company is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We traveled with another couple, so this property could not have been more perfect for us; we each had our own separate spaces but could sit together on the deck and enjoy drinks or a meal. It's just a great place to stay!

The location was perfect for us—far enough from Duval St. that we could sleep at night, but close enough to walk everywhere. It's on a tiny, quiet street too, so no traffic. My only complaint is that the beds were pretty soft & pillows massive, so I didn't sleep terribly well. Tip if you stay here: if you're planning on using the hot tub later, turn the heat up as soon as you get there, as it takes a while to go from where it was set @ 93 to a proper 104.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It was very clean and ac worked amazingly in the heat of July in key west. Location was really good. My only complaint would be the office girl from jersey. She was not very accommodating. It was 100+ degrees and we had our dogs with us. Even though the house was cleaned and ready for new guest, she wouldn’t allow an early check in or for us to even park at the house to avoid paying fees and searching the city for a spot. She gave many excuses that were ridiculous, one including that the bug man was coming to spray, even though he never showed up that day or the entire week we were there. I understand they don’t promise an early check in to be done , we knew from the reservation desk the house was empty the night before and should’ve been ready for us early on the day we arrived.

Great location and value

Very nice house only three blocks from Duval. Great outdoor patio. We rented both units. Each unit is pretty tiny, but they are both nicely decorated.
