Luminoso, amplio y luminoso apartamento de un dormitorio con espectaculares vistas al mar y a la costa a través de grandes ventanales.

Situado en el centro a pocos minutos a pie de la playa, el puerto, restaurantes y muchas galerías de St Ives. Una visita obligada para St Ives, Blue View tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento, encubierto y seguro en el sótano del edificio.

Recientemente renovado y decorado en un estilo boutique de playa contemporáneo, el apartamento es inusualmente espacioso y perfecto para dos personas con mucho espacio para una cuna si es necesario. Se puede alojar un huésped adicional en el sofá cama de la sala de estar.

We were blown away with the view, like a picture! The apartment was very comfortable, and would say everything was of a high standard, beautiful furnishings, very well thought about. Great location, and we would definitely return.

Beautiful flat, fantastic views

A lovely flat, beautifully decorated with all the facilities you need. Such a fantastic view as well, so lovely to watch the ever changing weather and seascape. Getting in and out is a bit of a faff with doors and keys but understandable for security. Always a trek back up the hill - but then you get the fab views! A second tea towel would have been nice and a sharper bread knife!! But otherwise a really lovely place to stay!

Great location and stunning views made even better by the sunshine. Apartment was well decorated and clean. Access good. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Would recommend it to others. Only downside was noisy neighbours upstairs with a young child who ran around early morning and evening.

Beautiful location and apartment

My wife and our 5 month-old stayed in Blue View for a week in July and had a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely and Alan was accommodating and communicated well. +ves: - The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and had plenty of amenities that made it feel like home (kettle, pots and pans, working stove, laundry facilities etc). It was clean and well-presented on arrival - The view was absolutely beautiful and looked right over the beach and we could watch the sunrise every morning (easy with a young child) - Location was fantastic and super convenient to walk to everywhere in St. Ives - Underground parking. This is actually a big plus given the lack of available parking around St Ives -ves: - Not a big negative but was a little bit tricky to initially check ourselves in as the building has two entrance points. Just have to follow the written instructions closely sent by Alan and you won't have any issues - There is no air conditioning but we didn't find it a big issue as it was only noticeable on very hot days in the middle of the day - but we were out most of the time so it was generally fine. Once you open the front and back windows you get a very nice breeze through the apartment so it does cool down well in the afternoons

Great location, great views and great apartment..

Breath-taking views of the bay and an easy walk to actually get onto the beach. Close enough to the town centre for easy access but far enough to be very peaceful. Well maintained apartment and very clean with everything you would really need, the only downside was the lack of any private outside space but with everything so close that never really became a problem. Secure basement parking was great to have (the icing on the cake really) but more so because it limited the distance that the bags had to be carried to just a few yards. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to other couples.

Perfect Porthminster

Don't be fooled by the exterior, which is a modern block of flats. Inside is a lovely space, beautifully decorated and fitted out. Tasteful and High quality. The View is spectacular of the sea and beach. Mesmerising. Perfect for visiting Porthminster beach and The Beach cafe restaurant. You need fairly good mobility though, steps and hills! But everything (Tate, shops, galleries, restaurants etc) is within reach and there is secure parking for the car, a boon in St Ives.

Really nice property once you gain access

When we arrived the first impression was not that great from the outside however once inside the property has the wow factor. Furnishings all of a really good standard and well equipped. The view across the bay was Mesmerising and the location is just a short walk into St Ives. We had a great holiday and would book again.

A lovely modern and clean apartment situated in the ideal location with secure parking

Just had the most fantastic week in ST Ives. The apartment is in the perfect location, looking out over the sea and within a few minutes walk from the harbour and town. We spent our week between the 4 sandy beaches, which are all within walking distance. Our daughter spent the week looking round the galleries, too many she lost count!. We would recommend BLAS burgers as a great place to eat. The Blue View apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, very modern and what a view. Will be booking for next year thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Great stay but needs a clean

Great location, amazing views, parking only criticism the apartment is dirty and collecting/taking the key to the cafe is a bit of a nightmare in the height of summer. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location but..

This apartment is in a wonderful location with stunning views of one of the nicest beaches we have seen anywhere. It also has secure parking which is brilliant in busy St Ives. Unfortunately, although the apartment is fairly modern with a very nice bathroom 3 things let it down. The worst thing is the damp musty smell which is hard to live with until you buy plug in air fresheners. We had to wash any clothes that we did not wear on holiday as as they had been hung in the wardrobe and smelt. The bed is very uncomfortable. Finally it's a let down when the property is advertised with a washing machine yet you have to pay to use the one in the laundry room. We spent over £25 on air freshener and washing/drying costs . It's a real shame that the things let the property down because as mentioned the location is stunning ascenery is St Ives.

Dissapointed apart from the view

On arrival strong smell disinfectant in bathroom, replaced by odour that required continual use of extractor fan.The cooker difficult to use, notice on washing machine directing to the launderette,will leave at that,except to say poor value for money paid.

Very pleasant apartment with amazing views.Great shower and well equipped apartment.Parking in the garage excellent.One major complaint we had no directions to get to the property.....that needs to be clarified.St Ives one way system made it an unpleasant start to our stay.

Lovely apartmemt

My husband and I had a lovely weekend at this apartment. We booked it for the views and we weren't disappointed! The apartment is very nicely decorated and has secured parking which is a really bonus so you can park the car and forget about it. It's a few minutes walk into town and even out of season there are plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from. I recommend the caffe pasta which has fantastic sea food and steak. Well worth a visit! Also Alba looks a great restaurant. You need to book on the weekend so we plan to get organised next time. The apartment owner, Yienia, is a lovely lady and very helpful. In our opinion the only possible way this apartment can be improved is by adding Wi Fi. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Nice location

Picking up the key to the property is not easy, particularly on a busy Saturday afternoon. The collection point is a shop in a pedestrianised street in the middle of town so finding somewhere to park nearby is difficult. We ended up stopping a long way away and walking back. The apartment is in a great location, overlooking the sea and just s short walk out of town which is great for walking off the evening meal! It is also right next to the station from which there is a very scenic train journey to St Erth. The apartment was reasonably clean (don't move any furniture - the cleaner doesn't!) but smelled very damp on arrival. We left the windows open for a couple of hours then it wasn't too bad. We also had to go out and buy washing up liquid, scourer/sponge and tea towel as these weren't provided. I think these kinds of things cost pennies to provide and make all the difference when you are staying in a holiday home. We also found the bed extremely uncomfortable (although that might just be personal preference) and the tv signal very intermittent, making watching tv quite frustrating. When we arrived the toilet seat was broken but that was fixed very quickly once I let the owner know. This sounds like a terrible moan but all in all our stay here was great, the apartment location is fantastic and the secure parking is a big bonus.

The apartment at Carrack Widden has such a stunning view you can't fail to be impressed and instantly relaxed.
We love St Ives and Porthminster is our favourite beach, so the view over the beach and bay beyond is very special to us.
The apartment was in need of updating but is now well and truly worthy of its superb location.
