This place rocks!

My family and I wanted to do something different this Thanksgiving holiday and so we decided on a trip to Universal Studios. My priority in booking our stay was based on proximity to Universal Studios and finding a safe neighborhood. My search led me to this property. The property was located up in the Burbank hills which offered an awesome view of the city down below. You also get a peek-a-boo view of the downtown L.A. skyline. The property itself was just as advertised in the pictures provided. It was quaint and very charming! The place was also very clean and had all the necessary kitchenware to make a home cooked meal. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and my vehicle was NOT stolen, broken into, or vandalized while parked on the street! The free WiFi service helped because our Verizon connection was slow and buffered a lot. The drive only took about 20 minutes of surface street driving to Universal Studios. I probably could’ve gotten there faster but the family and I enjoyed the drive getting there. Last but not least, the owner, Irma, was very pleasant to deal with. Her friendly emails and fast responses made the stay stress free. Overall, my family and I had an awesome time! Many thanks, Irma!! 🤙🏽😄🤙🏽 I also forgot to mention that one of the local neighbors walking their dog said hi to me when I stood outside enjoying the view. That was totally unexpected and cool at the same time.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a very nice and comfortable stay. Everything was depicted accurately, including the view. Owner, Irma, was a pleasure to rent from and gave attention to every detail to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We always looked forward to coming back to the vacation rental after each long, tiring day of excursions. Not having to deal w/tight or limited parking space was also a plus. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores were all within a short drive. Overall, we would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay!

This was indeed a great location up on a hillside and close to attractions. Irma was quick to respond via text with all questions before and during our stay. It has all the amenities needed to cook meals, relax on the patio and watch DirecTV. Our next rip into Burbank will definitely include staying here again!!

CONVENIENT LOCATION

Quiet neighborhood. This apartment has everything you need and owner responds to questions immediately. Very safe, clean, and the view is just like the photo; we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. During the day we visited our son, but if you need any shopping, food or merchandise, the stores are an easy 5-7 minute drive. Convenient short distance to Burbank airport. We even explored some of the hiking trails nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for all the movie studio tours we did. Irma is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome and was available for any questions we had. Property was just perfect, beautiful view of The Valley and quick look of downtown L. A's Skyrise building, Quiet neighborhood, anything you need is there within minutes of drive. Place is cozy. Awesome Views, Roomy, Clean & Comfortable

After having many uncomfortable hotel room stays, we decided to give VRBO a try. The owner, Irma, was so kind and helpful! She made our long travel from Philadelphia so much easier! Her apartment was large, clean, comfortable and had the most amazing views day & night. We even decided to stay in one night just to relax and enjoy the views. This apartment is perfect!

My husband and I got this property 20 years ago. We very much love sharing it with guests that admire nature and city lights. This amazing views can not be only for us to admire but for everybody that comes to stay and reminds us that it's a blessing to have this place.

This property provides the tranquility of the mountains living as the nearness of the downtown action, with the best restaurants in the city of Burbank and the many stores at the Burbank mall, at only one mile away. Gorgeous views of the mountains and city lights.
