Enjoy a private getaway in the beautiful hills Studio City! Only minutes from Universal Studios, Hollywood, and more. Walk to CBS Studios, and some of the best shops, cafes and restaurants on Ventura Boulevard. Walkable to the famous Fryman Canyon Park hiking area and if you happen to be staying on a Sunday you can visit the famous Studio City farmers market.
Private porch for your morning coffee enjoy the view of the city through the beautiful live oak trees and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature around you. With a beautiful private yard and large outdoor dining area you can look at the mountains and overlook the valley. With soft outdoor lighting you can dine at sunset and relax while watching the city lights come on.
Our one private bedroom with an oversized walk-in closet includes a queen bed, large picture window with beautiful views (blackout curtains) in case you want to sleep in and its own TV. Spacious living room with a sectional that pulls out into a queen sized bed with actual mattress. You can also use the extra queen air mattress in the living area. Also in the living room is a fun dining area. Enjoy a nice meal or play games. A newly furnished full size kitchen awaits. We have a large bathroom with two sinks, newly tiled bathtub shower combo, with a convenient brand new all in one washer and dryer. Decorated and designed to be comfortable yet inspired by the creativity of Los Angeles and its history.
We are in the heart of the entertainment industry, and you can feel the creative vibes that this area is so special and famous for. This is a 3 level house, you’ll have the whole first level to yourself, with NO shared spaces and complete privacy. We live upstairs however, if anything arises, we won’t be too too far away!

Hi we’re Tiff and Mica, we love living in LA. Originally being from the East coast, we understand being new somewhere. We spent the last 5yrs getting to know our area and some of the hidden gems our city has to offer. We traveled for years from east to west coast for the entertainment industry and feeling comfortable, convenient and safe was always on the top of our list. We pride ourselves on making people feel as comfortable as possible. We want our guest to get the best experience possible no matter what brings you to our area!! We live on the top 2 levels of our 3 story home and our guest get the full 1st level. We love our home and neighborhood and are happy to share our home in the hills and trees of Studio City!!

yet tucked up the hill in a little forest of coastal live oak trees. Great place to relax with a beautiful Mountain View and watch the lights of the valley come to life after dark.
