Nuevo y lujoso apartamento en primera línea con excelentes instalaciones. Con aire acondicionado, muy bien equipado con suelos de mármol. Banda ancha wifi de fibra de alta velocidad gratuita. TV en varios idiomas, Amazon firestick con Netflix, reproductor blue ray. Más grande que el promedio, terraza final con uso de jardín. Gran dormitorio principal con baño privado. Habitación doble y baño familiar con ducha y bañera. Cocina bien equipada. Excelente casa club con restaurante y bar a pocos pasos de distancia. Maravillosas vistas a las montañas y al mar Mediterráneo. Puede sentarse en la terraza y mirar directamente hacia la costa de Almería, que está a 150 millas / 250 km.

Hay una gran piscina inmediatamente detrás de nuestro apartamento. El campo de golf, las canchas de tenis, el pádel, el gimnasio, el putting green, el tenis de mesa, la cancha de petanca y el área de juegos infantiles están a pocos pasos de la casa club. Los huéspedes deben usar el llavero de color crema en la casa club para usar el gimnasio, el golf, el tenis y las canchas de pádel. Wonderful time had by all!

We have stayed in the resort many times as we love the free 9 hole golf course. The accommodation as always was great, ideal location with home from home features.

Another Great Holiday

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment this time with my wife (the first time with my brother on a golfing holiday) & we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is excellent, a fifteen minute drive to La Cala De Mijas and only 10 minutes to La Cala golf. The pool area is lovely with a large and clean pool and plenty of sunbeds. Check in & check out were very straight forward. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday experience. Thank you Alix.

Perfect base for Malaga area.

Stayed here while visiting family in the area. I honestly couldn't find fault without being unnecessarily picky! Arrival instructions were spot on, apartment was clean, comfortable and tidy. Everything worked. Nice and quiet. Didn't cook anything whilst there, but the kitchen looked to be fully equipped. Communal areas also very well kept. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Great Place To Stay

My brother & I stayed at this lovely apartment for 9 nights on our golfing holiday. Prior to our arrival Alix sent all relevant information which provided excellent directions to the property and a seamless check in & check out. The apartment is located in a secure & peaceful community right next to the El Soto par 3 golf course, well maintained grounds including two very nice swimming pools. Just a short 10-minute drive to La Cala golf course where we were playing golf all week. The apartment contains all the amenities that you could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable after a day on the golf course !! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I will be returning next summer for 2 weeks with my wife.

Spacious apartment with great facilities

My husband and I stayed for a month in Alix's lovely apartment in the hills above Marbella. It's part of the El Soto urbanisation which has great facilities - a 9 hole golf course, tennis & padel courts, a very well equipped gym & a large pool just seconds from the apartment - all of which guests can use for free. There's also has a Clubhouse which serves good food - breakfast, lunch & dinner - or just drinks if you want. It's only a short walk from the apartment & very useful since other restaurants are a drive away. In fact a car is essential for getting about but the nearest shops, restaurants & beaches are only about a 10 minute drive & Marbella/Puerto Banus - where there's everything you could want - are only about 20 minutes away. Alix's apartment was very comfortable - 2 spacious bedrooms & 2 large bathrooms (both with natural daylight) which was great when our son & girlfriend joined us for a week. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine and a big kitchen. Some of the utensils & other kitchen equipment could do with being replaced but it was basically fine for our needs. The master bedroom is really big with a very comfortable bed! Fench windows lead on to an extension of the main terrace so one can sit out in the morning with a cuppa! The main part of the terrace was perfect for mealtimes or just sitting looking at the gorgeous view over the hills and beyond to the sea. Excellent communication with the host. Overall definitely recommended!

Lovely, lovely place to stay

That horrible apprehension of opening the front door of an apartment that you've never rented before, not a nice feeling, particularly with two excited teens and an equally apprehensive wife behind me.... no need, this place is really nice. Clean, enough space to swallow my family whole, nice furniture, everything you could possibly need for two weeks in the sun. As for the surroundings, all very good. Pool was big, much bigger than I thought it'd be. There was a great atmosphere, even though it wasn't busy at all. Never a problem getting a sun lounger, in fact, there were always spares stacked up at the end of the garden. There was even a toilet block by the pool (very clean, of course) The clubhouse was great. Ivan (the apartment manager) works downstairs at the gym, and he was brilliant on the one occasion that we needed him for a minor problem. We used the gym daily (very good equipment!)and used the Padel and tennis courts on most days. This was very easy to book, just put your name down in the folders at the desk opposite the gym. 1st Tee of the 3 par Golf course is also right on the doorstep, I realised this last two weeks they I am utterly, utterly awful at golf and if you look carefully in the small lake by the 9th hole, you will see about 17 brand new golf balls at the bottom! Sitting here now on Alix's balcony with the sun rising in front of me, I look back on the last two weeks with a big smile and wish that we weren't going somewhere else next year! Will we be back? Definitely! We'll be recommending this place to friends and family and hope to be here the summer after next. Book with confidence, you won't be disapointed

Un lugar privilegiado en el que vivir con tranquilidad.

La casa es una maravilla, Es muy espaciosa, resaltaría Los 2 baños completos y de lujo, un salón con unos sofás confortables, y una terraza maravillosa con un buen mobiliario. Los dormitorios confortables, si bien uno de los dormitorios el q tiene dos camas, para niños están bien pero para adultos las camitas quedan algo pequeñas. La cocina bien equipada, sin embargo sería necesario el reciclaje de algunos electrodomésticos y enseres como son, tostadora, mesa de planchar, tendedero, cafetera. Igualmente tendrían q reparar la bañera hidromasaje del dormitorio principal q no funciona, y unas humedades q hay en la cocina. La tecnología se ha incorporado al funcionamiento de la vivienda , con persianas eléctricas, AA/CC, internet wifi..... En cuanto a la limpieza del apartamento podría ser mejorable. Dispone de un gym y equipamiento deportivos muy buenos , pero se da la circunstancia que el personal responsable de gestionar estos servicios no hablan español, con las dificultades q esto conlleva en la comunicación. El apartamento se encuentra en la montaña en una zona residencial privilegiada, en la que poder vivir con tranquilidad y privacidad, si bien es necesario un coche para el aprovisionamiento y para el desplazamiento a las playas de las zonas. La urbanización está rodeada por un jardín muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. La piscina muy cercana, aunque el horario de acceso muy restringido , abierta sólo hasta las 18:00 horas, no pudiendo aprovechar como hubiéramos querido el baño en la tarde. En general el apartamento es precioso , repetiríamos sin ninguna duda. Los comentarios expuestos son con el ánimo de mejorarla y no desmerecer a su alto 'standing'.

Amazing value

We had the most fantastic stay. The apartment has everything you need and we were all very comfortable, with a great shower. We played Padel three times, played on the 9 hole course, and braved the pool, which was lovely, but on the chilly side for April as you might imagine. However, we were blessed with wonderful weather and the cool dip was just what we needed. We loved the location, and the experience of driving down to the coast, with great views, never failed to impress us. 10 minutes drive to supermarkets, great restaurants and brilliant beach clubs. What a fantastic holiday, completely stress free from initial enquiry to leaving and locking up. All so simple and as described. Thank you.

Everything perfect once again

We know this property very well having stayed here for 4 years during the summer, but this was our first time visiting during the off-season. In some ways it was even better than during the summer. It is cool, so going somewhere out in the nature for a hike is actually enjoyable unlike during the hot summer months. Yet it is still warm enough to even have breakfast or lunch outside. All in all we can now highly recommend this apartment all year round.

Great property in a beautiful and peaceful environment!

Everything was really perfect for us, the apartment is very thoughtfully equipped and felt like a home away from home. The mountain views are spectacular and the neighbourhood is exceptionally beautiful, well maintained and peaceful and has a nine hole par 3 golf course. It is a great location to visit Costa del Sol. The property is very spacious and offers great indoor and outdoor living amenities. The kitchen accessories and furnishings are very well thought out and great for eating in. The property owner provided excellent and detailed instructions and was very pleasant to communicate with. We will keep wonderful memories of our stay and highly recommend this property.

Genauso muss Urlaub sein !!

Die Wohnung ist super und Alix ist auch immer erreichbar sofern man eine Information benötigt. Man sollte sich aber für die Gegend ein Auto zulegen, da es schon etwas höher gelegen ist. Man kann absolut seine Ruhe genießen und sich wohlfühlen. Werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen !

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Liegen für die Terrasse und den Garten, sehr viel Ruhe, auch am Pool. Gepflegte Anlage, Auto erforderlich! Fahrt zum Meer und zum Einkaufen ca. 20 Minuten. Leckeres Essen, nette Atmosphäre im El Soto Clubhouse.

We love our holiday property and try to make it a home from home. We cannot use the property as much as we would like, so we rent it out so that others can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery as well as contributing to the local economy.

We love El Soto de Marbella and have been frequent visitors since 2007. The magnificent scenery and peaceful surrounding allow us to unwind and relax. Scenic walks and golf help keep us fit. There are a selection of good restaurants nearby.

We think that the Costa Del Sol has the best climate in Europe, with an average of 320 sunny days per year, you are unlucky if you get bad weather. The proximity of the gulf stream keeps it warmer in winter than other Southern European areas. In December/January the temperatures are similar to May in England and the sun doesn't set until approximately 6.30 pm. The quality of light is very good and it's great to swap the cold and gloom of Northern Europe for the light and warmth of Marbella.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because the climate is so good, most of the shops and restaurants remain open all year. Flights to Malaga airport continue all year whereas they stop to other, colder Southern European areas. Our clubhouse and local restaurants are open all year.

Our uninterrupted view is beautiful all year round.
