El apartamento River View te ofrece una excelente vista de la confluencia de Yough, Casselman y Laurel Creek. El Yough es uno de los mejores lugares de pesca con mosca en el estado. Este es un apartamento de 2 ª planta, por lo que debe ser capaz de viajar un tramo de escaleras, pero ofrece una hermosa vista y este año hemos añadido un segundo balcón de la historia que le da esta hermosa vista con la privacidad de su propio piso. Este apartamento tiene una cocina completa, 2 dormitorios y un baño completo. También ofrecemos un área de almacenamiento seguro para sus bicicletas y kayaks. Duerme 4 cómodamente.

The accommodations were lovely and location was perfect. The outdoor space had a great view and was very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Great stay

Dianna was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The sunsets from large deck were spectacular and we could see the stars so clearly at night. Beautiful area and so convenient to the bike trails.

Perfect place

Location was great. Not far from anything we wanted to do. Very clean. The balcony was great to sit on at night. Beautiful views. Host was wonderful.

Comfortable and great views

The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and was spotless. The kitchen is well set up and the bed is good. Train noise at night, but we like that! It was a perfect spot for our layover day from the GAP Trail. Lovely views of the river.

Clean and tidy

Great location for exploring nearby attractions. Easy parking. Very clean inside and out. The river flowing outside is peaceful. There is a narrow and steep flight of stairs just inside the door which wasn’t a problem for the two of us, but could be for some guests. The only downside is the CSX railroad tracks adjacent to the property. Trains run 24x7 and their horn blasts and deep rumble can make sleep difficult.

Lovely location, but…

The location is beautiful, overlooking the confluence of the rivers. And the town of Confluence is sweet-Tissue Farm coffee and art (just down the street) and River View Inn for dinner, far enough away from the hub-bub of Ohiopyle but close enough to see the numerous sites in the area. The space was very clean, the owner communicated well, the kitchen was well stocked. Downsides-while the owner provides earplugs, the nearby train is very loud all night. The floors are thin, could hear everything from rooms below. Also, there is no “living room”, but the deck is great. We had a good stay, but be aware, rather than surprised, by the downsides.

Lovely long weekend with friends

Came to view beautiful Ohiopyle State Park and it did not disappoint. Natural slides are indeed something to be seen although we did not try. Tried e biking from proprietor In Confluence - great fun. Hiking is as simple or a challenging as you need. Lots of trains to view too. Apartment was perfect. Enjoyed Tissue coffee shop and Anchor In

Sun & Solitude

Brian’s father died and he asked for nature and silence. This space made us both happy. There is no nightlife (seemed like everything was closed by 6 p.m) and no traffic in front of the house. Watched the sun rise/set and walked the neighborhood. We would definitely return.

Cute place near lucky dog and rivers edge

Charming little upstairs apartment with full amenities. Comes equipped with bike storage, beautiful deck, coffee and coffee maker, dishware etc. awesome that you can adjust the ac unit and beautiful view of the river. One thing to notate though is that it's next to train tracks which are very alarming and loud all hours of the night. We actually loved it, but I think it's worth people knowing about so they don't come with certain expectations and then are upset with their stay. The only other thing I was a little bummed about was that for the price I was really hoping to have coffee on the deck and breakfast but I understand it's not a B&B. The owners son has mentioned coffee on the deck in the morning which is the only reason I was excited! We would definitely come again!

No victim here!

For anyone that is looking at the negative reviews which is natural, disregard anything less than 8/10. As for the things that they mentioned: extra charges, train passing, lay out of the place, or lack of things to do in the area- read reviews, do your research, don't stay if you can't afford it. Do Not blame Diana. You're not a victim, you wouldn't have been happy anywhere. The train totally out of her control, besides it was entertaining everytime it went past day or night. I knew it was a small town in the middle of nowhere. A Big win for me. The place was clean and well maintained, I'll pay extra for that. Diana and her son were very friendly and quickly responded to every text. I used the outside grill, the patio, & washer/dryer, very convenient and well taken care of. Diana, thank you for allowing us to use your place for the week. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the place, especially the small private deck out back watching all the things going on in the river right there. Arric

Great place to stay

The view was wonderful. The apartment was exactly as described. The train was an issue but it was made very clear in the listing. The train would be the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again. Property was great!

Beautiful apartment

Very nice 2nd floor apartment with beautiful river view. Very clean. There is no separate living room but master bedroom has nice sitting area with tv and Roku streaming numerous channels. The property is very well maintained. I did not notice the trains because my primary home is near train tracks also. But sealed ear plugs are provided. My friends brought a white noise machine. We visited Falling Water, Ohiopyle State Park, Laurel Caverns and also fit in some shopping. We stayed 3 nights and barely touched upon all there is to do in the area. Great time. Would definitely come again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our room was very clean. The beds were great. Wish there was a comfy sitting area but we enjoyed sitting outside. Diana was very responsive and super nice to deal with.

Great place with a BEAUTIFUL view. Wish it had a dedicated indoor sitting area but that would be my only recommendation and it didn’t take away from our stay. Troy was so helpful and personable. Met great people and was super relaxing. Would highly recommend!!

Loved it

The place was perfect. No complaints. Great location. People in town were very friendly. It's an older town but the VRBO was all up to date and we felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

I'm nearing retirement age and was looking for a new path. I love the outdoors the river and people so this is my new adventure.

This property because of the view of the three rivers, they are in my back yard. I also love bicycling and the Alleghany Passage is just a few blocks away. You can ride as much as you like and see beautiful scenery on the whole trail without the worry of traffic.

Everything is within walking or biking distance. The restaurants, grocery stores, the bike trail and if you like the rivers you have fishing and kayaking right off the back deck.
