Atractivo y moderno apartamento de un dormitorio con amplio balcón ubicado en la ladera con increíbles vistas a la montaña y al mar. Se accede a la playa por las escaleras a través de un hermoso paseo por los jardines de la cascada. El apartamento tiene acceso a una piscina comunitaria y un bar / restaurante a solo 200 metros de distancia y se encuentra a poca distancia de los bares, restaurantes y boutiques de la playa de Burriana y del casco antiguo de Nerja. Alojamiento: un dormitorio con cama doble y sofá cama en el salón. Amplia terraza con mesa, sillas y tumbonas. Sol desde temprano en la mañana hasta el final de la tarde. The Nerja area was perfect. So close to the caves and a short drive to Alhambra. The best was the beach!

Enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks at this apartment in June. It had lovely views of Burriana Beach from the sunny & spacious balcony.The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything needed for self catering including a large fridge freezer.If travelling by car, parking on the road was very easy and only a few steps from the apartment.Our host Jan was brilliant and communication was very friendly & speedy.Yes, as others have said, there are a number of steps to the beach but we enjoyed the walk through the gardens and then on again into Nerja. The steps are worth it for the views from the balcony. We usually got a taxi back - local taxi company excellent - we rang them and never waited more than 10 mins for a taxi to arrive.This is a perfectly situated apartment to enjoy the Burriana Beach area and only a short stroll from Nerja which is a charming place full of Spanish charm.We would definitely return.

Property was ok but we had problems with building work next door and on the grounds also roads was closed which ment the bus was cancelled to the promenade but the owner didn't let us know until we had made the final payment. We brought to the owners attention which she replied it was out of her control

We regret the building works and road closures affected your stay and yes, we did state in our correspondence with you that these were completely outside our control, and this remains the case. Importantly, we were not informed about any works until after your final payment had been made. Had we known sooner, we would have happily passed the information on. Sadly, while we can provide a gorgeous apartment with incredible views, we haven't yet managed to gain control of local builders, roadworks, or bus schedules. Happily for our future guests this minimal disruption is coming to an end. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back

The instructions for check in are clear and detailed so it was easy to find. Facilities in the flat are basic but it has what you need. Nice balcony with great views, gets the sun in the morning.

We had a wonderful week in Capistrano Playa. There is a big terrace with an amazing sea view. You have everything you need in this apartment, even a washing machine! It was light and clean. Air condition both in the living room and the bedroom.

Dream Stay

Amazing property and even better view. Our host Jan was very good in getting back to us if we had questions. It’s no joke about the stairs to the beach but we got used to it quickly. Property is very well kept and it was extremely relaxing. We will book again :)

Great property for a couple with wonderful views.The amount of stairs up and down to beach would be difficult for someone with walking difficulties but my partner and I were ok with it.I would have no hesitation in booking property on return visit.

Stunning views

Lovely little property, perfect for couples or a small family. New, modern deco and immaculately clean. We have stayed in Capistrano Playa for many years and this property has one of the best views. Certainly not a criticism but the balcony would really benefit from a BBQ as it is such a lovely space it would be nice to cook about there. Would definitely stay again.

So tranquil!! Extremely relaxing!! Peaceful!! Beautiful walk down through extremely well kept gardens to the beach!! Amazing views from the terrace!! I had two days when I didn’t leave the apartment I just sat and read and looked at the incredible views!! Have booked for next year !!

What a view!

Had a lovely stay, we spent more time in the apartment than we would normally as the view from the balcony was stunning, we loved being able to sit and listen to the sea. The apartment was clean and, with the exception of a sharp kitchen knife, had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our holiday

Nerja holiday apartment

The apartment was as described and was clean. Wonderful views from the balcony. Complex pool area was great for the family with good food options available. Quite a lot of steps to the apartment but there are walkways to even it out plus a lift to take out the last section. On the plus side it is located next to the top road so does give the option of taking the odd taxi and it is also located on the same level as the pool complex. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. We would stay there again.

Nerja Apartment

The apartment could do with a lot of T.L.C. how is cleaning the apartment between visits needs a kick up the back side, the apartment is well equip t including full UK TV programs, the view is is fantastic. all in all well worth a visit, once they get the cleaning sorted.

PLEASE READ THIS RESPONSE We are sorry to read these comments as we and our management pride ourselves on the apartment being well looked after, cleaned and well presented as other reviews have confirmed. The guests requested an early check in, and to accommodate them, we suggested that they could leave their luggage in the apartment on arrival and go for lunch prior to the normal check in time. We did however explain that the apartment would not be serviced from the previous guests, at that time, but would be ready for them at the normal check in time. We can confirm this was completed. We can only assume that this aspect of the booking process was overlooked when the review was written

Lovely apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and the view from the terrace was spectacular. The TV had lots of options for British visitors though we didn’t use it.The pool area in the apartment complex is lovely, with a nice restaurant and bar. Sun loungers can be rented for 4 per day.It’s very close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk into the town centre, though it is hilly and there are a lot of steps. The only fault we could find was the batteries in the air conditioning remote control were dead but we bought fresh ones.We’d definitely book to stay here again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We have just spent 2 weeks at this apartment. It was perfect, easy check in process and only a short walk down the steps to Burriana beach. Steps back are tough but worth it for the amazing view. We had no issues with the apartment at all, it had everything we needed. We also made use of the pool area which is lovely. We will absolutely be staying again. We got engaged on the terrace because it is that lovely and the view is that amazing. Highly recommend!
