My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and celebrated my daughter’s 10th bday. The house was just what we needed. Spacious, clean, kitchen stocked and heated pool/spa. Definitely recommend paying for the heated pool/spa if traveling in the winter months. Communication was great…got a response quickly when needed. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Chris & Karen

School convention and mini-vacation.

We just spend 8 days here for a school convention and it was the best stay! The house has everything you need and more. We loved the pool and gaming tables. It was nice to have some activities in the home after our long convention days! We hope to return this fall or early spring! The host is super friendly and quick to respond! We have already shared this listing with some of our friends.

Nice place but too many issues with the pool

Overall, great place. I booked this particular place so we would have a pool. I reached out to the property owner on the day of check in due to the pool being full of ants. He said that I could use the net and scoop them out. The entire top of the pool was covered in ants! I cleaned out what I could and we attempted to swim and enjoy the place. We were not able to swim due to being bit multiple times by the ants. Then, the last full day we were there, the pool turned completely green and was not usable. The property owner was very responsive and did refund a small portion of my money. Not being able to enjoy the pool (in Florida), was a big bummer!

Nice getaway home

Home was clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Would have liked stronger jets in the hot tub. Home in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Awesome house

Definitely worth the money we paid to have a nice little space of our own while on vacation! The kids loved the pool/hot tub & so did we. The kitchen was nice so we could make dinner/breakfast. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay & the location was even better, not crazy busy and still close to a bunch of attractions!

Excellent House with everything you need!

I recommend paying the extra (winter months) for the electric heat for the pool and spa. We spent every night out in the lanai swimming. The kitchen is well stocked.The layout of the house is perfect. This is a Perfect home for two adult-couples; no one fights over the master suite, you have two!!

Overall good property

Experience with manager was good, and responsiveness was great. Check in and out process was good, though it could be more clearly defined what the checkout process is. The second masters toilet makes very loud noises. There was also bundles of pet hair on the floor as well as food trash in one of the bedrooms.

Great home

The house was great. Pool was warm and clean. The back primary bed was the first bed at a vrbo that was comfortable and did hurt my back. We will definitely be back. The owner's are very responsive to messages.

A Home Away from Home.

My Hubby and I arrived at the Villa the day before Hurricane Milton. Chris the Owner was absolutely brilliant in keeping us informed of everything and what to do. We were lucky that the only damage to the Villa was a loss of a mesh pool panel and loss of Internet, which Chris sorted out for us and let us know when Internet was finally restored, he even sent friends around to make sure we were okay! Villa was just as described, it had everything you could possibly need and the pool was lovely and warm with the solar heating. A lot of our plans were scuppered as we couldn't go to the West Coast so we spent more time around the pool than usual, the sun loungers were perfect and so comfy! Definitely a home away from home, everything was just perfect - apart from the Hurricane and two Tornado warnings! Hopefully we will be back - sooner rather than later. Thank you Chris, you were an absolute Star!!!!! The Midgley's (West Yorkshire) UK.

Perfect holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay in Davenport! The house feels very spacious and is well equipped. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we appreciated them arranging for us to stay an additional day when our flights changed. We also greatly appreciated them helping us work the TV so we could watch the Olympics (lol!) The bedrooms are decorated so well and the beds are also so comfortable. We also really liked having access to things for our children such as toys, pool toys, a monitor and a child toilet seat. The pool was beautiful and very clean. We will certainly be back in the future!

Amazing Stay

We were in town for business and stayed here. House was adorable and VERY clean with plenty of room. Loved the pool and property was easy to find. House was well stocked with everything you could ever need! Owners were kind and responsive. If you have children there are tons of toys and games for them to play with! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much❤️

Spring break

We went there for spring break. There was great communication. Home was very clean. Pool was wonderful. Only complaint would be beds were really uncomfortable. Everything else was great .

Winter get away

We had a greatvtime and enjoyed the house, it accommodated our family and we enjoyed the pool. Only downside would be that we did not get to use the hot tub. Family would return from their days adventure and wanted to enjoy the hot tub. By the time we wanted to use the tub the hot water pump turned off at 8 p.m.

Great Space for Family

The location and amenities were perfect for our granddaughters first visit to Disney! She adored her Nemo vacation bedroom and we were thrilled with the toys and books to keep her busy. The safety fence in the pool area made us all feel secure. The host went above and beyond our expectations and provided little extras we haven't experienced in the past. Definitely recommend!

Great Holiday Villa

Sitting in the airport wishing we didn’t have to go home. The villa was fantastic and so very well stocked with lots of the essentials to get you started. We have stayed in 4 different villas on our visits to Orlando and can honestly say that this was one of best. Great communication with the owners and also the management looking after the villa. Would Highly recommend staying here and if we come back again we will definitely be checking the availability. Thanks again for letting us stay in your amazing villa.

HI, I'm Chris along with my Wife Karen we have owned our property on Sandy Ridge since the community was first established in 2004.

We take great pride in maintaining our house to a high standard. We love making sure that our guests enjoy their stay by providing all the amenities that they would need for a comfortable vacation. Sandy Ridge is a lovely community within a conservation area, yet still within easy reach of all of the parks and surrounding beaches and amenities that Florida has to offer.

Sandy Ridge is located off the I-4 with ease of access to all the Orlando parks, just fae enough to relax in a conservation area, yet close enough to amenities , including Supermarkets and restaurants.

Our property is located in a quiet conservation area benefiting from not being overlooked to the rear as we back on to the conservation area.
The house is on an oversized lot with a South West facing pool to soak up all of the Florida sun from early morning to late evening. We are close to Disney and very accessible to Sea World and Universal Studios. Including the New Universal Studios Epic park that is opening in 2025.
