La casa frente a la playa tiene una orientación sur frente al mar. Se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y es adecuado para niños. Casa de vacaciones independiente para 8 personas, a 10 metros del mar con piscina climatizada privada al aire libre. Superficie interior 140m², tamaño del lote 600 m². 8 personas duermen en 4 habitaciones. La piscina exterior es de 8x4m (profundidad de 1 a 1,5 metros). La piscina es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. La propiedad tiene una gran terraza de 25 m² y una terraza de la piscina de 60 m² con hermosas vistas al mar.
La casa NO SE ALQUILA del 1 de noviembre al 31 de marzo.
La casa está ubicada en Kanica, a 12 km al este de Rogoznica, 18 km al este de Primošten, 50 km al este de la ciudad de Šibenik, 24 km al oeste de Trogir, 25 km al oeste del aeropuerto de Split y 50 km al oeste del ciudad de Split. El aeropuerto más cercano es el aeropuerto de Split a 25 km. Cada habitación y sala de estar tiene un dispositivo de aire acondicionado separado. Estarás solo en la casa, los propietarios viven en otra casa en Solin (Split) a 50 km. Aviso: las entregas de misiones son solo los sábados. La reserva mínima es de 7 días. Se recomienda el uso del automóvil.

Amazing family break

The place was fantastic. The pool warm the sea was warm and so calm. We used all the facilities and the fishing gear, kayak and Sup. What a fantastic place. Thank you to our hosts.

Great location & hospitality

We spent a wonderful week here in a beautiful setting. Despite the relative remoteness of the location, there is so much to do nearby, including several delicious restaurants. Marin and his family were extremely hospitable and proactive to ensure all of our needs were taken care of. The space was extremely clean, and the pool was perfect for a relaxing week. We cannot recommend this property enough!!

Wonderful Villa

Our stay here was perfect. Very clean, secluded area and beach. It offered everything we had hoped for. We were three couples; one from UK, one from Germany and one from USA. The daily bread guy and the daily fish guy were an added perk. I'd definitely recommend this Villa! Thanks to the marvelous hosts.

Villa holidays

The property was of the highest standard . The setting was so peaceful The villa had everything we needed . Every thing was explained to us by great hosts who were there to meet us and sadly say goodbye. This villa was everything as advertised and more A great time was had by all of our party and we will definitely return ( be sure to try the restaurant 2L in the next bay only 15mins walk we found it late in the holiday wished we found it earlier)

Pool and Sea

This was a perfect location and property for us to spend time with our grown up family. All double bedrooms with their own shower rooms (and hairdryers!), plenty of living space both indoors and outside (with good shade) and beautiful views over the quiet bay. The pool is a good size and then...just walk down the steps straight onto the beach with your own sunbed area. The kayak, paddleboard, snorkels and other equipment gave us plenty to have fun with. The restaurant 2L is about a 15 minutes walk and there were daily bread, fruit and veg and fish vans that came to sell produce. Highly recommended.

Perfect

We had a wonderful week at Tihana and Marin's beautiful villa. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. There was something for everyone. For those that were active, going out in the kayak or on the paddle board, or for those just wanting to relax, swimming in the clear waters of the bay or a few lengths of the pool, in beautiful sunshine. It was great that we could get fresh bread and fish from the vans that deliver daily. There was even an ice cream delivery a couple of times. Thank you Tihana and Marin for our amazing relaxing holiday.

Highly recommend Villa Tihana!

Our extended family will never forget our stay at Villa Tihana! It exceeded all expectations. Thanks to Marin and his lovely wife for welcoming us and allowing us to enjoy this amazing property. It was beautiful, immaculate and more than we could have imagined! We had so much space, plenty of parking, and the most comfortable amenities. We enjoyed the pool, the water toys (paddle board, kayak, etc) and the local culture. Let’s not forget daily pastry/bread, fruit and fish delivery right outside the door! Location was great for Split airport and to travel around to the neighboring cities for lovely restaurants, boat tours and day trips to Split, Omis and Dubrovnik. We hope to return one day!!

Wow ! What an amazing villa and location - best we’ve ever stayed at and we’d definitely go back. Marin & his lovely wife kindly greeted us with sweet treats and drinks and showed us round their amazing villa - which had everything and more you could wish for. A couple of tiny issues ( not their fault) were sorted out immediately. We used the pool for hours each day, enjoyed the kayaks and attempted to use the SUP - only 1 of our party managing to actually stand up on it though ! A/C in every room if you need it , towels galore and hairdryers in each bathroom. Washing pods and dishwasher pods supplied too. Location wise it’s a little remote but it was so peaceful and at this time of year there were hardly any other people about - just what we needed for a week relaxing in the sun. We ventured out a few times and our 2 favourites were Trogir and Primošten, both lovely picturesque waterside places. Little alleyways leading to even more cute and picture perfect views. I could go on and on about what a wonderful place it is but the best thing would be to see it for yourself , you won’t regret it .My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer .

We keep on coming back

Villa Tihana is a wonderful villa with everything you would like in your vacation home. The villa is conveniently located a short drive from the Split airport, yet in a beautiful and quiet location, which can be difficult to find in the area and in the season. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and each with its own bathroom, which is wonderfully convenient. You are spoilt for choice to swim in the clear, blue sea or a lazy jump into the pool! Lunching on a balcony enjoying the view, or lunching by the pool, smelling lavender and rosemary? Every morning there is a van from the bakery with freshly baked breads and pastries, a van with fresh fruits and vegetables and a guy with fresh fish and sea-food right in front of the door. It doesn’t get any more convenient than that. And should you have any additional requests, Marin and Tihana will do their outmost to make your stay the best possible. We are a family with small children staying the second time this summer, and intend to be back.

Schöne Villa mit Top-Ausstattung und tollem Pool

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Hausbesitzern empfangen. Alles wurde ausführlich erläutert. Sie haben es uns sogar ermöglicht früher einzuchecken, da unser Flug sehr früh ankam. Die Villa war sehr sauber und genau so eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Alles funktionierte fehlerfrei. Der Pool war sehr sauber und lief im automatischen Betrieb. Die Villa hat einen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Morgens gegen 8 Uhr kommt der Bäcker und der Obsthändler. Wir haben es genutzt. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da der nächste größere Supermarkt in ca. 10 km Entfernung ist. Die Straßen zur Villa sind typisch für Kroatien, aber man kommt schnell klar damit. Die Villa hat auch einen großen Hof zum Abstellen des PKW. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neben den Klimaanlagen ist auch ausreichend Sonnenschutz vorhanden, was in den Sommermonaten auch dringend nötig ist. Wir können die Villa nur zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Tihana. Kurzer Weg zum Meer, schöner Pool und viel Ruhe und Erholung. Das einzige negative war die Zufahrt. Eine sehr schmale Straße mit Steinmauern eingefasst.

Die Villa Tihana ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit Pool und liegt direkt am Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Abwicklung war problemlos. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Ich denke eine bessere Bewertung gibt es nicht. Alles perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Super toller 14 tägiger Aufenthalt in einem top gepflegten Haus. Check In und Check Out Problemlos und unkompliziert. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf mit 120 Einwohner. Täglich kommt der Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse Händler, Fisch Händler und 2 mal die Woche der Eismann. Ich das Haus jedem nur empfehlen.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Eine Woche mit vier Kindern- dafür fanden wir hier ein perfektes ausgestattetes Haus zum Ausspannen. Der gut geheizte Pool hat das zum Baden noch zu kalte Meer auch für die kleinen Kinder voll ersetzt. Mit dem vorhanden Kajak und dem SUP haben Ausfahrten auf dem Meer großen Spaß gemacht. Zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen muss man immer ein wenig fahren, dafür ist die Lage direkt am Meer ohne Touristen-Rummel für unssehr angenehm gewesen. Wir kommen gern wieder! Sandra und Wolfgang

Vue époustouflante

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette superbe maison. La vue sur la mer avec son eau transparente est à couper le souffle. La maison est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Elle est impeccablement propre. La piscine sans chlore, chauffée nous a permis de nous baigner tous les jours et c'est très agréable. Une épicerie se trouve à environ 2km. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Schönes Haus direkt an Bucht gelegen

Wir (4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder) habe im Oktober eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dem Haus verlebt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und Pool und Meer konnten noch gut zum Baden genutzt werden. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung, da Geschäfte des tägliche Bedarfs nicht fußläufig erreicht werden können. Ein Highlight für uns waren die zum Haus gehörenden Dinge zur Nutzung im Wasser wie Luftmatratze, Schlauchboot, SUP und Seekajak. Wissen sollte man, das die Zimmer im Souterrain (ein Doppelzimmer und das Spielzimmer) nur von außen (Poolbereich) zugänglich sind und somit kein innenliegender Zugang zu den anderen Räumen besteht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Läget på huset var outstanding, utsikt från poolområdet över havet - ett område som var väldigt trevligt att hänga i dessutom på eftermiddagarna. Typ 10 steg ner till havet med egna solstolar - sup, kajak, snorkelgrejer och annat som man kunde roa sig med. 2 restauranger inom 15 minuters promenad, vi provade en av dem (2L) och den leverade riktigt bra. 200 hrk om man vill ta stortaxi in till rogoznica och äta. Bröd, frukt och fiskbil som kom på morgonen. Mycket trevlig värd dessutom - grymt hus med 4 sovrum och 4 toa/dusch, summerat en underbar upplevelse!

Traumhaus für Traumurlaub!

Eine Traumhafte Villa für einen wunderbaren sorglosen Urlaub. Direkt vor der Tür das türkise Meer so sauber und klar wie wir es noch nie gesehen haben, hier macht Schnorcheln Spaß! Super herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter 🥰 alles rund rum einfach nur perfekt! Wir würden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhaft!

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang an traumhaft. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir von Marin und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen. Sie zeigten uns das Haus, das genau den Beschreibungen im Internet entsprach. Alles top gepflegt und praktisch eingerichtet. Sowohl wir als Erwachsene als auch die Kinder hatten ein tolle Zeit in einem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder.

Villa Tihana / Kanica

Tolles Haus mit toller Ausstattung, kompletter Küche, 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, WLAN innen und außen, großzügigem versperrbaren Parkplatz, großer Terrasse mit Schatten spendender Laube, tollem Pool (beheizbar) Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Auch ein Griller samt Zubehör steht zur Verfügung. Zugang zum Meer 5 Meter. Ein Kajak, ein Schlauchboot und Equipment für Schnorcheln und Standup Paddeln ebenfalls vorhanden sowie ein Tischfussball (Kicker) und Sony PS4. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ein kleiner Markt zum Frühstück holen in 2 km Entfernung, zum Supermarkt nach Rogoznica fährt man ca. 12 Minuten. In ca. 400m Entfernung ein kleines Restaurant und ein kleines Café (eine Bucht weiter). Glasklares Meerwasser mit kindergerechtem Einstieg (flach, Kies). So ähnlich kann man sich den Himmel auf Erden vorstellen. Toller Aufenthalt in friedlicher Ruhe !

Wir haben zu fünft eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Zuerst zu der Lage: direkt vor der Tür liegt das Meer, anliegend mehrere weitere Ferienhäuser. Zwei Restaurants sind ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt; das in dem wir waren hatte allerdings am 19. September seinen letzten Tag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig nicht erreichbar, war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir eh mit dem Auto da waren. Jeden Morgen um 8 kommt aber ein Brottaxi mit Backwaren, Obst und Gemüse. Das Haus war einfach perfekt, der Pool war beheizt und hatte immer eine angenehme Temperatur, in jedem Zimmer war eine Klimaanlage und in 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern ein Badezimmer ein suite mit Dusche. Die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem, zudem gab es pro Raum noch eine fleecedecke und ausreichend Schränke und Nachttischlampen auf jeder Seite. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für 8 Personen. Direkt dort ein Esstisch, ebenso auf der Veranda, wo wir immer mit Meerblick gegessen haben. Wohnzimmer war mit Smart-tv und PlayStation 4 ausgestattet, auch bei den dazugehörigen Spielen für jeden was dabei (mortal combat, fifa, need for speed, monopoly, usw.). Sehr bequeme Ledercouch, was für uns mit Hund sehr entspannt war, da man kurz drüber wischen konnte. Unten am Pool gab es dann nochmal eine große Sitzecke und einen Spielraum mit Kicker, Brettspielen und einem Kühlschrank - super praktisch für Getränke beim sonnenbaden. Es gab am Pool 4 liegen und am eigenen Strand nochmal 4 mit jeweils Sonnenschirm; absolut ausreichend. Zum Haus gehört ein Kajak, ein Schlauchboot und ein stand up paddle, sodass man sich gut beschäftigen kann; auch SchnorchelMasken und flossen liegen bereit. Mir fällt nichts eins, was gefehlt hätte; sogar Waschmaschine und Pulver steht bereit, auch an Wäschekörbe für dreckige Wäsche wurde gedacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Uns ist eine Tasse und ein Glas kaputt gegangen und das war absolut kein Problem. Einmal gab es einen 3-Stunden Stromausfall in der ganzen Nachbarschaft, das ist aber in südlichen Ländern normal. Selbst da hat der Gastgeber uns angeboten, uns an seinem eingelagerten frischen Wasser im Vorratsraum zu bedienen, sollten wir was brauchen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, sowohl die Aktiven als auch die weniger aktiven von uns sind alle auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und perfekt fürs lesen am Pool/Meer aber auch für Aktivitäten auf dem wasser. Klare Empfehlung!

Perfekt Holiday!

The villa is located in a beautiful area. You have a great direct view to the sea. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. Everythig you needed for a perfect holiday was there. The comunication withthe owner was uncomplicated and friendly. We hope that we can come back to this beautiful place soon.
