Villa La Perla es una villa vacacional moderna, espaciosa y acogedora, a solo unos pasos del cristalino Adriático, con espectaculares vistas desde todos los ángulos. Ocupa 300 m² distribuidos en tres plantas y ofrece un amplio salón con ventanales de suelo a techo, una cocina totalmente equipada con isla central y un luminoso comedor, todo con acceso al balcón. Las espaciosas habitaciones, decoradas con colores vibrantes, cuentan con baño privado, zona de estar, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón o terraza con magníficas vistas a la bahía protegida. Para su entretenimiento, también encontrará una sala de billar junto al balcón equipada con futbolín. Al salir, el aroma a mar y pinos deleitará sus sentidos. Disfrute de esta zona para actividades de ocio, ya sea darse un chapuzón en la piscina climatizada, encender una barbacoa, compartir una comida al aire libre con sus seres queridos, relajarse en un salón a la sombra o darse un baño en el mar... la elección es suya. La vida rara vez es mejor que esto. Con cuatro dormitorios, ocho adultos pueden alojarse cómodamente. Es posible alojar a dos personas más en el sofá cama. Villa La Perla se encuentra cerca de Rogoznica, un pequeño pueblo pero un popular destino turístico conocido por su bahía protegida y su mar tranquilo. Restaurantes, tiendas y playas están cerca. No se pierda el casco antiguo de Trogir, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, a 30 minutos en coche. Visite Split para disfrutar de una de las ciudades más populares de Croacia, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías, lugares históricos y una animada vida nocturna. Para mayor transparencia: por favor, tenga en cuenta que el depósito de seguridad de 500 euros se abonará a la llegada directamente al anfitrión y se devolverá a la salida, previa inspección. Tranquility by the Sea

Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.

Fantastic house !

The house and the owners were fantastic. The view is spectacular. We really enjoyed ourselves. The SUPs and canoe was a great bonus. The road to the house is a bit narrow and tricky at some places, but we got used to it. We can really recommend this house!!

Amazing house with direct access to the beach

This Villa is really big, spacy for 10 adults people. There were everything - towels, fully equiped kitchen, toilet papers, soaps in each of 4 bathrooms. Very modern Villa, very quite, with large and clean pool. Our children spend almost whole day there or they change sea with pool. The Villa is located directly om the beach, which was the best. There were 2 paddleboards and one kayak for us. Owner Marko helped us anytime, alwys very helpfull. Surrounding was pretty nice, very quite, very good for children. Close to Rogoznica. I strongly reccommend this Villa, mainly for families wit children, but not only. We loved this amazing place very much.

Glorious residence!

This home is absolutely fantastic. The host was so very helpful and kind. The house is basically brand new and has a fabulously stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer with supplies of detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. The outdoor area with the grill and the outdoor table, the pool that matches the beautiful Ocean, was spectacular. They provided beach towels too which was terrific. The setting of being right on the bay with a KAYAK and SUP is phenomenal. The host went above and beyond to have the house set up in a orderly and anticipated way. For instance, the grill had all the kindling and coals needed for easy use. It's in a wonderful area that is not touristy. The neighbors are kind and genuine.

Excellent holiday house! Very beautiful location and truly wonderful house😍. It had everything one could wish for a perfect relaxing holiday. This house had a perfect layout for our family and extended family. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom downstaris. Generous amount of bathrooms and lovely bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Everything was very clean and what I liked the most was how well it was equipped with all the necessities- from garbage bags to different washing liquids to towels and household utensils. The kitchen was so well equipped, it made cooking very relaxing and we had everything we needed. Large fridge and separate pantry were brilliant! Also big pool and few steps downstairs your own beach with generous amount of sun loungers and mattresses. And there sup boards- thank you so much! It was a great fun to explore this beautiful coastline! The games room was very fun in the evenings. Thanks to this wonderful holiday house we had a very relaxing vacation!

Очень хорошая и укомплектованная всем необходимым вилла с бассейном и небольшим частным пляжем. Есть все необходимое, абсолютно все, включая сапы и кароэ. Бильярд и дартс — отличное дополнение ко всему вышесказанному. Хозяин приветливый, вежливый. Бассейн чистый, прохладный.

Vi spenderade 5 nätter i villan och vistelsen var helt fantastisk, kan varmt rekommendera alla att boka! Magisk uteplats och umgängesytor precis vid poolen och havet, fräscht inrett och välutrustat kök. Finns zup, kajak och basketplan. Jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma vädrar samt vänliga grannar. Ni kommer ha en underbar vistelse här. Bil är dock ett måste.

Check in war super leicht. Die Lage war der absolute Hammer. Man hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse und einen wünderschönen Ausblick. Ein leihauto ist zu empfehlen, da das Haus sonst schwierig zu erreichen ist. Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub, in einer traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Villa hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der nette Kontakt vor Ort war immer schnell erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein paar kalt Getränke, was nach der langen Anreise aus Deutschland uns sehr gefreut hat. Am Haus waren zwei SUP und ein Kajak. Der Kicker und Billiardtisch haben die Abendunterhaltung garantiert. Tolles Haus, super Location und nur 30min vom Flughafen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Objekt

Die Lage ist durch den direkten Zugang zum Wasser perfekt. Auch ergänzt der Pool das Objekt. Insgesamt 8 vollwertige Schlafgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. Die beiden Klappbetten sin nur etwas für ganz anspruchslose. Der Vermieter gibt sich wirklich Mühe. Im Sommer ist die Örtlichkeit nichts für Menschen die Hitze nicht mögen. Für uns war eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Der Ort kann nur gut mit dem Auto erreicht werden, dies gilt auch für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach Split braucht man ca. 1 Std. obwohl nur ca. 50 km entfernt. Das Objekt hat entgegen der Angaben den Hausnummerzusatz "C" ansonsten findet Ihr es nicht. Die Nachbarn in der "A" sind super nett undhilfsbreit. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Even better than it looks

Everything about this villa is top class. Location is stunning, layout of the villa is superb with every room getting the benefit of a sea view. The owner and his family couldn’t be any more helpful, really nice people. We will all be coming back again 100%. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in!
