THE SPACE
The Grand suite is composed of 2 exquisite bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, marble and wood kitchen, entrance hall, a spacious living room and a loft. Its high wooden ceilings and natural light help make it a perfect home base to return to after exploring the eternal city.

All furnishings and creature comforts have been carefully selected by our interior designer to provide our guests with a boutique hotel feel, with the added bonus of having the comforts of home. The living room is a great space to congregate as a group and enjoy an Aperitivo among the roof tops of Rome. Or hide out in the loft and watch a movie or read a book to finish your day.

Comes equipped with 3 large AC units, Gas hot water heating (non stop) and smart thermostats to ensure good temperatures throughout the home. Also has a 60 inch smart TV, movie Projector with Chromecast wireless streaming, free fast wireless internet throughout the whole home and mood lighting features.

The beds; all of our mattresses are new and of assured quality. The master suite comes with a top of the line Pirelli series mattress, the second suite has a memory foam and spring mattress and the 2 sofa beds have been tested and guaranteed for a great night sleep.

The home is quiet at night and day and is situated in a beautiful upper class building on one of Rome's most famous streets. Situated a short walk away from the Trevi Fountain and the shopping district, this will be a unique experience, Welcome to the Grand Suite.

Neighborhood overview:
Situated in one of the most upmarket parts of town (just behind Berlusconi's house) you will find all of the tourist sites within walking distance. The surrounding streets are very safe day or night and considering the location, its rather quiet because the building is on a small street.

If you want to shop, this might just be the place for you as the Corso shopping district is only a 2 minute walk away. This not only means shops, but a vast selection of beautiful restaurants and bars all around you.

Within 200m from here you will find the Pantheon, Piazza venezia, Torre Argentina, Trevi fountain just to name a few.

AT THE CHECK IN:
Please note that when staying in Rome, tourists have to pay a Tourist tax of €6,00 per person per day (for the first 10 days) [Applies to anyone over the age of 10]. Please search online for further information "Rome tourist tax".

NOTE: Credit card authorization form will need to be signed to cover potential damages during your stay.

*Please note that a Late check in fee of €30 applies for check ins after 8pm and €50 after 11pm.

*Check in/on Sunday €30
*Check in/on Public Holiday €40

NOTE: Our check in time is at 15.00 (3pm) and with the COVID-19 issue we cannot allow any early checkin as we need a four hour time to completely clean and sanitize the whole property before guests arrival.

*Please note that if hosts are charging less for cleaning, they are not following Covid-19 cleaning protocols correctly.

*Baby crib rental / high chair - €5 each per night

* If you arrive at the check in 45 minutes late €20 fee will be applied. Please call us 1 hour in advance if you are running late :) to avoid the late fee

Extra towels- €6 per guest but you have to order them before your arrival.

Extra Sheets- €10 per bed.

* If you dont have the correct money with you and the agent has to come back to pick it up, €10 applies.

PETS:
*NO Cats unless its a Sphynx cat (hairless)
*DOGS (under 10kg) is allowed but you have to leave a €100 cash deposit (refundable). Will be refunded if no damages happens.

1.Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2.Avoid disturbing your neighbours. Be considerate of the people that live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If things go missing or get damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4.Throw your daily trash in the main trash bins in the building entrance or on the street as indicated at the entrance of your building.

5.Keep TV & Music Volume low before 8am and after 10pm.

6.Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and it has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions !

7.Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.

8.Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.

9.CLOSE your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 PLEASE do not SLAM the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbours.

11 DO NOT attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.

12. IF something is not clean enough or you have any technical issue with an appliance or TV ...PLEASE let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.
