Encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños situada en el complejo La Carabela, que es una de las zonas más solicitadas y exclusivas de Playa Blanca, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la villa se encuentra el hermoso paseo marítimo que rodea Playa Blanca.

La villa tiene un hermoso jardín adornado con plantas, palmeras e iluminación nocturna.

La piscina es privada y esta climatizada con calefacción eléctrica y cobertor, la temperatura del agua esta a 27ºC aproximadamente.

Zona de relax con asientos y área de juego con mesa de tenis y dardos.

El dormitorio principal es grande con una cama de 1,50m con baño en suite.
Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.
El tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno, microondas, hervidor eléctrico, nevera y cafetera.

Dispone de una habitación de servicio con lavadora y productos de limpieza, plancha, juguetes para niños etc.

El salón es espacioso, con sofá, las puertas dan a la terraza y la zona de la piscina.

TV SAT, y Prime video gratuito.

La casa tiene un gran comedor y área de lectura con puertas a la terraza y la zona de la piscina.

We had a lovely stay aitor the host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions and departure info was really good. The pool was great and the outdoor space was lovely. The sunbeds could do we an upgrade but this didnt effect our stay. In whole the villa is really nice and would definitely rebook. Thanks again for letting us stay at the villa.

A fabulous relaxing stay at villa Lighthouse ❤️

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lighthouse. The communication with Aitor was great, checking instructions really easy and Aitor was super helpful/ checking all was ok etc. The villa is very well equipped, with everything you could think of that you might need. I he children enjoyed the table tennis, and the pool and pool area was just idyllic, so peaceful and really beautiful landscaping. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place Aitor, we didn’t want to leave!

Excellent venue

This property was absolutely fantastic! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the children didn’t want to leave it! The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and on hand with anything if we required it. The check in/ out process was very easy and the hosts were fantastic in communication and very accommodating with any requests we had. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back again at some point.

Villa Lighthouse

A very well equipped Villa in a location familiar to us. Enjoyed the peacefulness with an very good choice of restaurants within walking distance. We had excellent contact with the owner throughout the rental. The heated pool was welcome and set amongst a lovely garden area. Would happily return.

The perfect holiday home!

What else can we say except that we were sad to leave the house! The house and the garden are just gorgeous and have everything you could need during your stay. It is at walking distance from the sea, the supermarket and the restaurants which is very convenient. Aitor is always available if you have a question. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back there if I come back to Lanzarote!

Lovely place, inside and out

We had a great stay here. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. The rooms were a good size. Outside was great. A large space and the pool and ping pong table were a bit hit with the children! There were lots of spaces to sit outside depending on the time of day and where the sun was. A favourite morning spot was in the hanging chairs in the corner of the garden.

couples /family getaway

Villa is situated in a gated community and felt safe at all times. very quiet area but only 10 minutes walk ( including across waste ground) to well stocked supermarkets and good range of Restaurants. Owners could not be more helpful and friendly and even took us by their car to Puerto Del Carmen for the 2nd part of our holiday. would happily recommend this villa to any small family or couple wanting a relaxed break outside of Playa Blanca. car preferential but taxis easy to obtain and local bus service excellent and both cheap. Thank you Aitor. we hope to return.

Perfect for a quiet relaxing break

Overall the property is excellent and made even better by the care and friendly communications with the owner, Aitor was always attentive and on hand with any questions which were very few as everything catered for in a superb property. Location felt very safe being in a gated complex. Very quiet and beautiful private pool and outdoor area. Local supermarket and restaurants within 10 minute slow walk and highly recommend the far end restaurant called Faro 35. Fillet Steak and fish to die for and very friendly service. Highly recommend and thank you Aitor for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fantastic

What can I say apart from a fantastic villa. Spotlessly clean, everything you needed for your stay. When we arrived the owners met us showed us round etc lovely people couldnt do enough for you. The garden was amazing and so well maintained, plenty of sunbeds and beach towels. We will be going back next year. A lovely gated complex, 5 minutes walk from back gate to shops and restaurants in Faro park. The taxi meets you by the gate when you call them, around 5 euros each way to Playa Blanca. All in all I wish i was still there, you are doing a great job Aitor xx keep up the good work.

Nice villa

Nice villa with beautiful garden and heated pool. As we were there for 4 weeks we were a bit disappointed to find that there were no British channels on the satellite TV. However, the owner, Aitor, couldn’t have been more helpful and had arranged for a new internet TV system to be installed within a few days, which provided all the usual channels, plus sport, catch up, films, box sets etc. This was very much appreciated by us, particularly as we experienced some very wet and chilly days during our stay. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a good location.

Wonderful

We had a great holiday in the villa. The outdoor area is fantastic, and as we spent a lot of time outside its great to have such a lovely outlook and space. The pool area is not overlooked. The villa is large and clean and as seen in the pictures We hired a car as its a bit out from the centre of town but its a easy 5 minute drive to the centre. Parking at the villa is a bit tight to enter, but we managed to do it ok. The area is quiet with a small shop just outside the estate entrance(its a gated community). We would return in 2024 but our dates are gone. Aitor was excellent in all ways. Nick, Wendy & family

Beautiful villa!

This villa is exactly as described. It has the amazing pool and outside area and the three bedrooms are comfortable with everything needed. Aitor communicated with us whenever needed and was very helpful. The area feels very safe and secure and well maintained. We didnt want to go home. Only 1 slight criticism was that the third bedroom could do with a curtain of some description for at night. The nets allowed too much light in so my son decided to share with his sister and we left that room alone. Its hard to find any fault at all to be honest. Would definitely return again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay Aitor 😃

This villa was first class it was very clean , spacious with a modern design and lay out

On arrival we where met by the owners and where made very welcome they showed us around and explained were everything was in the villa plus local supermarkets etc This holiday has been the most relaxing we’ve been on the villa is situated in a nice quiet location so there was no noise at all during the day or night time . There was enough to keep our 2 teenage boys happy table tennis , darts PlayStation plus a full sky package and WiFi so when they’d had enough sun they could chill in the villa , the pool was amazing just the right size and the temperature was lovely every day . We hired a car which was definitely the right choice as it was a little bit out of Playa Blanca but that was fine made it easier to see and do more . We will DEFINITELY be going back there as soon as poss , you’ll love this villa 5 stars was not enough

Best Villa We Have Stayed In !!

Do not hesitate for one second to book this villa. We have stayed at many villas in this area and Villa Lighthouse is by far the best. I could write forever describing how lovely the villa is but there is really no need, there isn’t a thing wrong with it. It has everything you could ever need and is spotlessly clean. Aitor makes the booking process seamless and stays in contact throughout, he is a perfect host and asked us a couple of times whilst there if everything was ok and if there was anything he could do for us. We didn’t need anything as everything was great. We visit Playa Blanca at least once a year if not twice and we won’t look at any other villas as we will just automatically book this one. Perfect holiday in a lovely villa

Had a fantastic stay in Lighthouse villa with our 3 kids. Lovely setting, very private and plenty of outside space. Villa is really well equipped with everything you need and owners very responsive to messages, very helpful and left a lovely welcome pack including sweets for the kids which was a nice touch. Very clean, comfy beds and bathroom. We always hire a car which was useful for going into town but also used taxis which were very cheap. The only thing is would mention is that the 3rd bedroom is at the other end of the villa to the en suite room and the other twin and my son didn't like sleeping down there. Didn't worry us as we just moved the mattress in with his brother and sister and he was fine. The pool is a good size too, sometimes the photos on line are a bit deceiving but this is actually a great pool. We will definitely be back!!

Came here for ‘familymoon’

We came here after recommendation from my mother and father in law as they have also stayed previously. It exceeded our expectations and can honestly say within the property we didn’t want for anything. The outside space was absolutely brilliant and so much more useable than previous villas we have stayed at. We stayed with 3 young children (aged 5, 2 and 10 months) and they absolutely loved it-so much so that our 5 year old was sobbing on the way home. 5 minute walk to a few local restaurants and local shop which was perfect for us. The walk into town was approximately 45mins but we had a car anyway. The host Aitor was also brilliant-communication was fantastic, checking if we needed anything and telling us about local events without being intrusive. We definitely would not hesitate to book again. Thankyou we had a fab ‘familymoon’ x

Very happy holiday!

Aitor and his wife are utterly delightful and so helpful, responding to any niggles really quickly. Check in was perfect - instructions were very clear.We loved Villa Lighthouse - the garden is lovely and a real sun trap and we were lucky enough to be able to eat outside every day but one while we were there. The swimming pool is lovely - a perfect temperature: I loved it!The kitchen was well equipped - vinegar, salt pepper and a small range of herbs/spices were supplied, as were an initial supply of toilet rolls.Towels were supplied and changed, along with the bed, every week. The pool was also cleaned every week.There are some shops and restaurants a short walk from the property and should you want to go further afield the inner city bus route also runs regularly, reliably and within walking distance of the villa. (We had a car so didn’t need to use this service). The bed is comfortable - we slept really well.The villa is very secure. It is in a gated community, so feels very safe. It was also very peaceful; no barking dogs or traffic noise, which we really appreciated.We were there for a month and halfway through our stay the cleaner came in and mopped all the floors of the rooms we were using.Thank you Aitor! We loved our time at Villa Lighthouse! Xx

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!

We recently returned from our holidays after spending 2 weeks at this stunning villa! Honestly we can not think of one negative about this beautiful place...the inside and outside space were amazing! We totally loved the heated pool and we took full advantage of it by using it every single day...even on a couple of the rainy days...we were in the pool. The inside was spotless and spacious and same for the outside...plenty of sunbeds and places to sit and we loved the beautiful gardens and have never stayed anywhere with actual bananas growing on the trees! WiFi was a big hit with children, myself and the hubby loved sitting down with a glass of wine when they had gone to bed...chilling out and watching a film as there was lots to choose from and watch on the box. If we stayed again we would definitely get a car as we had family staying in Playa Blanca and although its only about 5 euros to get there in a taxi and the same back...it does mount up when you are doing the trip often. There are so many places to visit also so a car would be an advantage. We loved the location as we do prefer somewhere a little quieter and on the nights we did not taxi into Playa Blanca...we walked the short walk to restaurants and cafes opposite Faro Park. Think we tried nearly all of them...we loved the breakfast in the 'Lighthouse Restaurant' and their proper home made chips! The best curry we have ever tasted from 'Flavours' was so good we went twice...the butter chicken is to die for...making my mouth water thinking about it now! Sizzling prawns for starters and the chateaubriand for two from 'The Port of Call' were absolutely excellent!...we would highly recommend a visit to all these places to eat. We had such a brilliant holiday we would recommend this villa wholeheartedly to anyone...and Aitor and is lovely wife could not have been more helpful! From the first moment of booking right to our last day it was all a smooth process and we even got to meet their cute little dog too and we all instantly fell in love with her. For anyone looking at these reviews and reading this...get it booked! You honestly wont be disappointed and Aitor will look after you... Thank you Aitor for being the perfect host and I'm sure we will meet again as we would love to come back one day and stay in your beautiful villa again :-)
