Amplia y acogedora cabaña (4 dormitorios, 3 baños) con cada mueble y decoración reciclada por el artista / diseñador / anfitrión en el encantador y artístico Dunedin. Se encuentra a 1 cuadra del sendero Pinellas, a 2 cuadras del estadio Blue Jays, a 3 minutos del centro de Dunedin (boutiques, festivales, restaurantes), a 10 minutos de Clearwater Beach y Honeymoon / Caladesi Island: ¡está en el corazón de todo! El lugar perfecto para relajarse o estar loco.
Esta casa cuenta con un apartamento completamente independiente adjunto a la cabaña con su propio baño, cocina y cama queen.
Si bien nos complace compartir nuestro espacio con usted y alentarlo a que se sienta como en casa, solo le pedimos que respete algunas "reglas de la casa" durante su estadía:

1) Por favor, sea un invitado de conciencia energética. Sea respetuoso con nuestra casa, de la cual nos enorgullecemos mucho y, al finalizar la compra, asegúrese de devolvernos el espacio en las mismas condiciones que cuando llegó.

2) Los invitados en la reserva son las ÚNICAS PERSONAS PERMITIDAS permanecer en el hogar. SNEAKING People IN THE ES ROBO y será tratado como tal.
Respete nuestro programa de tarifas para que podamos mantener el precio base bajo para los primeros 4 invitados. Los huéspedes adicionales, incluidos los niños, deben pagar $ 30 / noche por persona en cualquier lugar de la propiedad, ya sea que esa persona comparta o no una cama, duerma en el sofá o en el piso.
No hay carpa en el jardín.

3) No se permiten sustancias o actividades ilegales.

We had a lot of people to house fit our Dunedin adventure, and lucked out finding this gem. The house is amazing, clean with all the amenities, and the hosts were fantastic! Will definitely keep this place in mind for when we do this trip again

This property was super cozy. We had 6 adults and 4 children for 6 nights and it was perfect. The host was first class all the way. I would highly recommend this cottage if your looking for a nice relaxing getaway. The place was super clean and in a great location. Jason

6 friend on a “Hangover” type trip. 6 yrs in Dunedin and first time at this home. We’ll be back - great house with perfect apartment type addition. Patrick was amazing as a host and was able to accommodate a few minor requests but easy peasy! Don’t look further!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was absolutely perfect! Patrick met us at the house and gave us a quick tour which was really helpful. He and his wife went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, checking in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The house is beautifully decorated, there was coffee, tea, cereals and lots of snacks, and the location couldn’t have been better, as we were walking distance from town and a block from the Pinellas Trail. There were beach towels and chairs provided for our time on Honeymoon Island and a beautiful fenced in backyard that felt like an oasis, but the best part was a MIL suite which has its own kitchen and bathroom. We were traveling with my mom and 4 kids, so it was great for my mom to have her own space to escape to at the end of the day. I’m pretty sure my entire family never wanted to leave. This was our favorite VRBO ever! Thanks for everything!

Great property!

We rented this charming house for a girls trip to Dunedin and would highly recommend it! The owner, Patrick, was easy to communicate with and the details and decor in house are perfect! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space to socialize and sleep. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Bike and beach trip

We were 3 couples traveling together . The home is minutes from trail . Dunedin town very cute Rode to honeymoon island but unfortunately beach had red tide . Great location - we had enough room to be comfortable and privacy but good gathering dining area. Shared great meals together . Patrick was very helpful to us

Great location, great spot

The property is charming, cozy, and easy to navigate. The proximity to downtown Dunedin, and all it offers were really the highlight. We did have a small issue with the A/C being out one of the evenings, but our host responded quickly, and was looking to resolve the issue quickly after our exit.

Awesome property and great host!

Are you planning a family trip and quality time in a cozzy environment? This is the perfect place. Pics don't make honor to this property. So clean, and organized. Loved every single detail. We felt so welcome that we didn't want to leave. Patrick is an awesome guest. 5 stars communication. We spent a great time! Just came back home and we are already planning our next trip to this place. l highly recommend this property. We'll go back for sure.

Family weekend getaway

Property owner was very communicative throughout our stay. Very comfortable for three families to spend time together. We rented bikes and rode to Tarpon Springs and took the ferry from Honeymoon Island to Caladesi. Restaurants were amazing. We cooked in one night also. House had everything we needed. Dishwasher needs some attention but not a big deal.

Know What You’re Getting

The house is cute from the outside. When you walk in, you get hit with a strong musty odor. The entry room has a couch and a bed. Weird place for a bed. The two downstairs bedrooms are very sparsely furnished. The bathroom is small. The kitchen is dated. The back room has a dining room table and uncomfortable chairs. There is not one “gathering” spot in the house for a family to come together. The backyard is nice and relaxing. The guest house is small, but cute. The upstairs bedroom has an extremely small bathroom and a tiny shower. I’m 5’9” and 180 lbs and I had to crouch to get under the water and hit my elbows every time I turned around. There isn’t really a good place to hang your towels. The bathroom fixture above the sink has two exposed mini can light bulbs. The bedroom ceiling fan has an exposed bulb. The back door did not shut properly (warped) and had a non-functioning dead bolt. Please note that the owner does monitor your comings and goings thru a camera mounted and facing the driveway. Only a coyhours into our stay he was shootme text messages about the one extra guest we had (our son was able to join us at the last minute). His policy clearly states extra guests are $30, and it was my responsibility to notify. Nevertheless it was creepy that he used his video camera to watch us coming. Maybe he’s had issues in the past with wild parties or his property being destroyed. None of the TVs worked. 4 capable adults tried to get them to work, but failed. Please note there is no common TV in the house for everyone to gather around. The house is essentially 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a weird room with a bed just inside the front door. I’ve rented on VRBO for 25 years and this home, for the money spent, is my least favorite.

Unfortunately, this is a retaliation message from Jon. I left work to come help the cleaning lady get the house ready 2h30 before check in time as he had wished. I didn't get to meet him because he checked in later than the original check in time he'd requested and I had to go back to work. I contacted Jon that evening to see how things were going and if he needed anything. He responded that they were having a great time and everything was fine. That evening, I noticed with the surveillance camera that an extra person was in his group and thought that it was probably a last minute add on and that Jon would tell me about it later. 24h later, having not heard from Jon, I contacted him and told him that I'd noticed the extra guest, that I assumed it was a last minute change of plan and asked him very simply and nicely how he wanted to charge him. He much later replied that there was no reason for an extra charge and that the house was horrible! I decided 6 months ago to put a camera that everyone can see (like every hotel and most home owners) facing the driveway so I have an idea of at least who and how many people are in my house. Jon clearly didn't like my noticing (when I just thought it was an oversight on his part) and decided to retaliate with a nasty review, which is unfortunate...

Highland Games and the French County Cottage

My group was visiting Dunedin for the Highland Games and found this little gem. It is a great location with it being very close to Main Street Dunedin. The house was clean and adorable. The house was also very quiet which you wouldn't find in any of the local hotels. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any question I had. Would love to go back soon! :)

Great spot for a family trip — beach and baseball!

My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (ages 4 and 8 months), my father, and my brother and his son (age 8), for four nights. There was plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for all of us and a great backyard area for the kids. The MIL apartment was perfect for my dad so he had his own space. Ideal location close to downtown Dunedin, 2 blocks from Blue Jays Stadium, and only 15 mins from both Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Patrick was a great host, always checking to see that we had what we needed. This is one of those places that has everything you need — plus little details you didn’t know you needed! A great time!!

A quaint home tucked away in the quaint town of Dunedin, Florida. A perfect setting.

The house was tastefully designed with plenty of room for a large family reunion. The owner was very attentive and met us at the property when we arrived. We had a nice visit and would come back.

Comfortable home away from home!

The Dunedin Cottage is in a great location and is equipped with everything we needed. Patrick & Severine are lovely people and very easy to communicate with. They made us feel right at home. Mary-Lou and her family were the absolute perfect guests! They were very friendly, great communicators and treated our house as if it were theirs. They left it SPOTLESS! I even wonder if they actually stayed there... They are the perfect guests and I recommend them to anyone who may have the privilege to host them. Mary-Lou, thank you! Patrick and Severine.
