Great holiday

Brilliant base in a great apartment. Help for any query always there from owners. Hired a car and was out most days. Diving great in area.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment is on the 9th floor so fantastic views and a lovely breeze and sun all day. We were met by Mari who looks after the apartment what a lovely helpful lady. It is so near to everything bars restaurants supermarket and the beach is a short walk with a lovely park even closer. What a lovely apartment.

Fabulous funky apartment!

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years. Spotlessly clean , lovely decor , very comfortable beds , amazing views and very well equipped. Communication with both owner Carlos and manager/ cleaner Maria was excellent from booking process to checkout. Location very good and huge pool complex to suit both adults and children. I would stay here again if in the area without doubt.

Apartment on 9th floor. Great views, sun from morning until around 7pm (May 2018) possibly longer in summer months. Very comfortable, everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Owner very quick to respond to any queries. Nice pool, everywhere kept clean and tidy. Great location.

Stay in Benalmadena, Minerva 909, end of February.

A most adequate, well-appointed and comfortable little flat, just right for us two. It quickly felt like home. Because it was at the seaward end of the building, we had a balcony extending round a corner, affording us two sea views. We have high praise both for the owner, Carlos, who speaks excellent English, and his local help, Maria. The A/C failed, and by the evening Carlos had come a 2-hour journey and fixed it. On our departure I noticed at the airport that I had left a wallet behind, and before we took off Carlos and Maria had found it and handed it to friends who were staying nearby. We were both extremely impressed and full of praise for this excellent teamwork. Maria received us on arrival and proved to be a most warm, friendly and helpful person. The flat was clean. There is also a helpful reception at the entrance to the building, through which we booked a trip to Granada. 20 minutes' walk to the cable car. We both hope to be able to go back soon. The area round about has cafes and pubs, a well-stocked supermarket is a few minutes' walk away, and a ten-minute walk downhill takes you to the beach. There is a charming park nearby. Because of the time of year and the weather we were unable to make use of the pool.

The apartment was great & the kids loved the pool!

Carlos's apartment was super, it has everything a family or party of 4 would need, all the mod coms, great pool facilities & near by amenities. The view from the wrap around balcony is fantastic as it's a 9th story apartment which over looks the swimming pool, the scenic Paloma Park and surrounding sea view. Carlos & Mari were very helpful with making arrangements and booking into the apartment. We had a fab time staying in July 2017.

Fantastic apartment and host

This apartment was fantastic even the sofa bed was comfortable. Mari the hostess is superb and friendly. The pool is lovely to cool down in the evening. This was my first experience of using owners direct and would recommend anyone to the service and especially this apartment.

Fantastic apartment with an ideal location.

Great communication with the owner and a hassle free week. You do have to pay for sunloungers at the pool area though so if there's a few of you, it soon mounts up over the week at €3 per bed. Would definitely return again though!

Very bright and modern interior, fantastic views.

We were very impressed with the apartment. Lots of equipment to make our stay very comfortable. T.V., computer, WiFi, washing machine and even a jaquzie bath. Very spacious lounge and bedroom. If we needed anything, help was just a phone call away. The apartment is very close to all the amenities. Including shopping, pubs and fantastic park. We liked it so much that after our second day we booked it again for next year. Ernest and Marie Villiers

Fantastic

Loved the quirky decor of the apartment, nice clean property, the location is brilliant, in the middle of everything, so easy to explore. The balcony is my favourite part, has sunshine all day long and is lovely and big, the views are absolutely lovely, couldn't even read my book outside as there was too much to look at stunning. Can hear the wildlife in paloma park, and can also see into the park from balcony, also ahead to the sea. Only small pool open in October, but no kids with us so that was ok, , but a lovely pool for high season, very clean. Great holiday in a great apartment

Home from Home

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and more! Views from the balcony and windows are fantastic (Pool/sea/town/mountain/park views) Quiet area with the amenities on your door step. Great communication with Carlos with straightforward and easy payments. Mari (neighbour) showed us to the apartment and was lovely, warm and welcoming. She answered any questions we asked and was there if we needed her throughout our stay. I would definitely return again and also recommend this accommodation. It is modern,clean and fully equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Thankyou to Carlos and Mari :)

Home from Home

Myself my husband and our 4 year old stayed here last October, the apartment is modern, clean and we felt very at home in it. The views are amazing with the wrap around balcony and you can see for miles towards both Malaga and Fuengirola, The best thing about this property is Carlos the owner, he was so friendly and made everything very easy. We are booked up to return for 10 nights this October and can see us booking again. Thanks Carlos!!!!

Stunning View

We were welcomed on arrival by the lovely Mari who showed us everything about the apartment and told us to contact her if we had any problems or needed anything. Mari lives very close and, although we didn't need to call her, it was nice to know that she was on hand if needed. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Very close to everywhere you would want to go to in Benalmadena - the beach, Arroyo de la Miel, Paloma Park, many restaurants and bars - something to suit everyone. It was our first time in Benalmadena and we really liked it. I spent a lot of time on the wrap around balcony when we were not out and about. With the sun all day and a fabulous view across Benalmadena, the sea, Paloma Park and the mountains you could not ask for anything more. The morning that we left, I sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise to a fantastic chorus of crowing from the cockerels in Paloma Park. A lovely end to our holiday! On our return, Carlos sent us a lovely e mail to make sure that everything had been good for us. Carlos had kept in touch prior to the holiday and given us lots of useful information about transferring from Malaga and about the apartment. Contacting us after the holiday added that personal touch. Thank you to Carlos and family for letting us enjoy their family apartment and Mari for making us welcome.

A truly super apartment, very clean and a great position overlooking the pool and ideal location for restaurants, beach is only 5 minutes walk Great customer service and always on hand. Ideal accomodation

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment from start to finish. Perfect accomodation, fantastic location, lovely people. The apartment is lovely and comfortable with all amenities you would require and loads of character. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the lovely views. This was our first trip to the area and we cannot wait to return. Many thanks to Mari and to Carlos and family for a lovely holiday.

fabulous apartment

Myself and my two sisters have just returned from a brilliant week in this wonderful apartment.It is exactly as described in the listing and photographs.It is of the highest standard with everything you need.Views from the large balcony are stunning.The pool is fantastic with life guards on duty at all times.It is in a great central location with several bars and resturants close by.We were welcomed by the lovely Mari who was available if we needed anything.Carlos,the owner telephoned us several times to check that everything was okay and evevn visited us bringing delicious cakes.It is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.Hopefully we will return in the near future.Thanks again Carlos and Mari

Hello. We are Carlos and Maria, a marriage of 46-49 years and have a son, Carlos of 11 years. We live in Granada. Maria is a teacher and I am Carlos, a policeman. I consider myself a serious, formal and quite handyman. So if there is something wrong or any damage, do not worry it will soon be corrected. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. We also have the help of Mari. Neighbour’s apartment. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc..And which is always available to any suggestion or need. Due to the crisis, government cuts, etc. have chosen to rent it, so that we can cope with the mortgage, community, etc. Our main interest is that our customers have an enjoyable experience, based on a relationship of trust, cordial, warm and friendly. So that you feel at home.
