Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family(and extended) love this property. However, 1/2 way through our stay the AC in the second bedroom went out and there was a plumbing fiasco that caused us to have to clean the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. It was discovered that tree roots had grown up through one of the pipes and caused a backup out of the toilet. It was just unfortunate that on our last couple of days, we had to deal with the workers - when we should have been relaxing. While Miss Judy was kind, she should have been there when the plumber and ac tech arrived-that seemed like a responsibility that did not belong to us.

It had a little pool for our kids to swim and the dock was perfect for hanging out fishing etc. The house has great AC and each bedroom has its own unit. The screened areas are super fun for meals and hanging out. We will be back!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time here. Had everything you need to make it a home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Plenty of sitting areas, loved the hammock. Great communication from the property manager. All very helpful if there was a need. Will definitely be back if I visit Grand Cayman again. Thanks.

Relax in Paradise

Sea Magic is fabulous. This is the location if your family likes low-key, relaxing vacations. We spent two weeks enjoying the house, the kayaks, and Bioluminescent Bay. We rented paddle board for even more fun. We had several meals at Kaibo Yacht Club and marveled at the starfish. I hope we can visit again house an

Amazing stay!

Beautiful property located right on Bio Bay and very close to Rum Point and Starfish Island. My parents and I took the available kayaks out on Bio Bay each night and saw bioluminescence every evening! We also took the kayaks to Rum Point and Starfish Island where we did see starfish! We enjoyed this part of the island and were very happy we stayed here versus seven mile beach area. We did rent a car and drove the entire island during our stay and saw many beaches. All were beautiful, Bio Bay is just calmer and quieter. Almost all tours head to the places we were able to see on our own each day. We took the Cayman Ferry taxi to Camana Bay from Kaibo (just anround the corner from Sea Magic) and that was a nice little boat trip across the island. Judy, the property manager was great with responding to questions. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to stay at Sea Magic again!

Relax in Paradise

We chose the North Side for it's peace and tranquility. The house was great and had everything you need to relax and cook at home by the inlet and pool. There are also several local establishments within a short drive if you want to get out for lunch/dinner and a cold beverage. The kyaks are great to go out on the waters of the inlet to explore...and you can paddle to the Bioluminescent area of the bay when the sun goes down. Overall this is a great spot to enjoy life and the many beauties Grand Cayman has to offer. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to be back as well!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another lovely stay at Sea Magic. The house is on a quiet dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, which was mostly just peace and quiet. We timed it perfectly for an amazing bioluminescent display. Having two kayaks was great and we were able to get to the reef a few times for some snorkeling. The “mini stingray city” down past Rum Point is always fun to pet the rays. If we have a choice it will always be Sea Magic. And dinner at Tukka’s of course

Favorite House So Far

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this house so much! We were reluctant because of it being in the bay, but we loved the location so much! It’s located right in between Rum Point and Kaibo! The provided kayaks were a huge bonus! We were able to kayak whenever we wanted and the bay provided some shelter from the winds! We had a lot of wind during our trip and we took advantage of the patios on both sides of the house! The house was well furnished and the manager was super quick to always answer our questions! We will stay here again! Our only negative was some loud neighbors but that had nothing to do with the property in any way! Stay here! It’s beautiful inside and out! It has everything you need and carrying up your luggage to the second floor is a small inconvenience for such an amazing property!

Enjoyed, memorable vacation

Clean house and more than enough space for our family. The backyard beachfront bioluminescent bay was a nightly kayaking treat. Most things to do on the island (Stingrays, starfish, Botanical Garden, Crystal Cave) is closer to Rums Point, so shorter drives/boat rides. Also recommend renting a car, and Hurleys grocery delivery.

Most incredible stay

Couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay here! The house was incredibly spacious and had a lovely indoor/outdoor area. The fact this is the bioluminescent bay and we were able to experience such beauty was remarkable. We took the kayaks out in the evening and were able to see it. 10/10 recommend a stay here!

If you want peace, then stay here. Beautiful house on the water with a private beach. Going into town for dinner, etc. is a 45 minute drive. There a few options closer to the house. Zero traffic and few people. Hot tub was great.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing beach getaway at Sea Magic. It’s a beautiful home with a fresh beach feel. It’s location in the bay feels private and peaceful. We loved kayaking in the bay and the beautiful views.The upside down jelly fish kept us from snorkeling like we had hoped. There was a red starfish that hung around the dock and Rum Point was just down the road to catch a boat out for snorkeling or other water activities. We loved Kaibo! We liked making day trips to Seven Mile beach (about an hour drive) and then coming home to the privacy of Sea Magic. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very relaxed

We loved our time at Grand Cayman. Crazy how you can be 7 miles away via water and yet it takes an hour to get to most places. We lived the bedrooms and the use of the kayaks and the little pool. Great vacation!
