Nuestra propiedad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está diseñada para hacerte sentir las comodidades del hogar con la belleza de una isla que deseas. Encontrará ropa de cama cómoda, un tema que complementa las vistas y una sensación de calma que solo se puede experimentar y no explicar. Algunos lo llaman ambiente ... puedes llamarlo como quieras, ¡pero es increíble!

Family Vacation

We had plenty of space and lots of great amenities at this property! We stayed for 4 nights and loved the proximity to the beach, Kaibo, and the rest of this part of the island. The house was very comfortable for us, a family of 4 with older kids. Owner is very helpful and responsive and the experience was easy as well as memorable!

We enjoyed our stay with friends in this wonderful unit. Any questions and/or concerns were responded to very quickly. The location was perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks very much. We didn't use the paddleboards but would like to on our return visit. We highly recommend this location and unit.

Perfect place near Kaibo Yacht Club

The condo was perfect for our needs. There were 2 nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The amenities were great. We were right on the beach and close to a lot of stuff. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Paradise

My husband have stayed at various places all of the island every time we’ve visited, but this was by far our favorite! It was beautiful, quiet, and not crowded, which is what we love. Very convenient to the Kaibo Yacht Club, which has great food and drinks and a wonderful coffee bar. Rum Point is also right down the road and they have a great lunch and dinner, as well. The property is extremely clean and exceptionally equipped with everything you’d need. The kayaks are a wonderful addition to take out and see starfish on Starfish Point. The only problem we had, was we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Paradise at Kaibo

Randy was the perfect host. Our questions were answered within minutes. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and location amazing. Everything you need is steps outside your door. The beach, pool, restaurant, bikes, paddle board, kayaks. We even had a charter boat pull up to the launch next door and take us snorkeling and play with the stingrays. It doesn’t get more convenient. We had the best time making wonderful memories. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Perfect location!!

Plenty of space for our family of three. We made use of the kayaks and paddle board. Steps away from shared pool and hot tub area, which was cleaned by maintenance every day. There was a scheduling error with the housekeeper on the first day, but property manager and owner responded immediately and resolved the issue beyond our expectations. The community is delightful… we enjoyed the neighbors and the overall peacefulness of the property. Would gladly stay again.

Amazing Condo!

We loved our time in Kaibo at the amazing condo. The location can’t be beat and the host thought of everything we need to have a wonderful time. From kayaking & paddle boards to spices in the kitchen and every type of glass we could possibly need, this condo was perfect.

Very nice stay

We've been to Grand Cayman five times and stayed at five different places around the island. Rum Point is quiet and suits my wife and I very well. It's a little quiet for our teenaged kids. The place was clean and well-appointed with enough space for the four of us. It was nice having the bikes and sea kayaks to use. I look forward to our next visit to the island and will most likely stay here again.

Cayman wedding

We came to the Caymans for a friends wedding which happened next door at Kaibo Beach Club. We loved being so close and walking to all of the wedding festivities. There were a few nights when the party came to the condo because the club shut down. There was plenty of room to host and make people feel comfortable. We will definitely be back. The owners were very responsive and they had everything we needed even bug spray and sunscreen. Thank you!

Perfect Paradise

This was a perfect week at Grand Cayman / Kaibo. Property owner was quickly responsive and everything as posted. Even if I tired I couldn’t dig deep for a complaint . We will be back !

Lovely place on the beach

The pictures are accurate and the overall experience of staying at Kaibo was fantastic! Condo — our only complaint (and others have expressed) is the lighting — no lamps in living room and lightbulbs burned out (or flicker because the bulbs are not the same kind but on the same switch) which made reading in the evening a challenge. We had a couple small issues when we arrived and they were fixed immediately (e.g. ceiling fan didn’t work, remote needed batteries). We spent a lot of time on the screened porch playing games (they have quite a few on hand). Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and soap. The pool and beach are very nice! The bay was full of starfish and it was an easy paddle to Starfish Point and other bays. Teens loved playing bags and frisbee and soccer and the hammocks on the beach. Rum Point was an easy walk (we rented scooters to return one night after dinner). Cayman Kayaks and White Sand Water Sports provided great excursions right from Kaibo or the park next door. Kaibo Restaurant — meals and drinks were good, we also did the Tuesday Beach BBQ and we would recommend skipping — kids were bored and the food wasn’t anything exceptional, the wood fire pizza is far better. It was easy to drive around the island and explore other beaches and restaurants— just avoid typical rush hours to avoid traffic. We were there over Easter and the week after and had no issues eating without reservations.

Right in the sand !

Great condo right on the sand. We loved walking out to the lounge chairs everyday and having the yacht club restaurant so close. Great place to get take out drinks and great food for this side of the island. The condo was community was quiet and easy going and the unit was just as pictured. Even though this part of the island is a drive from the airport, it was totally worth it , no crowds , beautiful calm beaches all along the north side and east end !

Wedding week stay

Great communication with owner. Condo was well appointed and very clean. Enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle boards, bike, nearby pool/hot tub, and having morning tea in the patio. We loved this location - as our son was married at nearby Kempa Kai house. We had a few delicious meals at Kaibo next door and Rum Point within walking distance. Our first trip to Grand Cayman, and it was truly amazing. Hope to get back.

Property was fine, the “extra’s” were not. TV never worked- no cable reception; other issues: ie. missing kayak paddle, bike tire not holding air, paddle boards rough shape) Prompt attention did occur when requesting needed paper goods, towels, garbage bags. More attention needed for basic upkeep: lightbulbs, remote batteries, sheets need replacement.

Happy Place

We loved our stay at Kaibo. This is our 3rd stay in the area and our first at this condo. Nicely decorated unit equipped with everything we needed and loved having all the "toys"...bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards. We enjoy this area because it is quiet and calm with great beach access. The water here is not quite as pretty as in other areas of the island but it is still very clear. Love that it is shallow and calm which is perfect for the little ones. Great communication ahead of time with the owner. We will look forward to returning!

Family of 5 adult Christmas stay

I don’t even know where to begin to explain how wonderful our stay was here! First let me just start with how wonderful the owner was with communication🙌 He responds faster than any other owner I have encountered since using VRBO. The unit was so clean and in a quiet corner of the beach. All water toys in the unit came in handy for my family of 5. We utilized the bicycles and rode our bikes down to Rum Point and back. Kaibo Yacht club feels like a hidden community tucked into the North Side! So leisurely and friendly! Kaibo staff were always so helpful. The coffee shop was adorable and the girls there were so kind❤️ The pier at Kaibo made it super easy for our stingray excursion and the water taxi!! I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again!

Kaibo Condo

A friend and I stayed in this 2BR Kaibo condo for 5 days in December. It has been a few years since I have been to GC and I was surprised at how much busier it was since my last trip. I first came to GC about 30yrs ago when it was quiet and gorgeous. It’s still beautiful but not so quiet. It has really been built up and is like being in Indy traffic at 5:00 many times of the day. Regardless, I’m already planning my next return trip. If you are looking for the “old-quiet”GC, Kaibo will not disappoint. Yes, 7Mile beach is one of the most beautiful in the world, however, it’s gotten BUSY!! Kaibo was like a resetting respite. It was quiet.Idid not hear or see anyone younger than 30. Both my friend and I have 4 children each, so it’s not like we are allergic to them. This was the PERFECT place to go if you just want to BE. This is NOT the place to go if you want to have late-night bar crawls or on a budget. GC is $$$$. I paid $5 US for a can of Coke and a banana. Granted, all islands and all groceries have increased. GC restaurants are top notch.Our Kaibo stay was like Groundhog’s Day. We would wake up in the morning, have coffee on beachft screened porch, listening to palms swaying in the wind…talk for hours, make lunch and go to the pool which was steps away. For 3 days in a row, we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves or shared w another couple. It recharged my soul. Other than a 9/10 for cleaning, it was perfect. You will want a car if staying here. We will go back!!

Love this condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was right on the beach. The pool was fantastic! There were only a few other people on the beach and in the pool so it was not crowded at all. We walked to the Kaibo restaurant that has beautiful seating on the beach. There are plenty of stingray, snorkeling, fishing and other excursions that leave from the Kaibo pier in front of the condo. We thought the bikes and kayaks were a very nice addition to the many other amenities. The beach was calm clear and warm, couldn’t ask for anything better! We will do this again for sure.
