Finca "Casalejo" se encuentra en una parcela de 7.600 m2 junto al borde de la reserva natural Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama. Solo hay otras 5 casas en la zona, por lo que puede disfrutar plenamente de la paz y la tranquilidad. Hay una generosa sala de estar con puertas dobles, que se abre a una gran terraza cubierta que ofrece vistas al lago Viñuela. Un techo alto con vigas le da al espacio una sensación ligera y abierta. La cocina está terminada en estilo tradicional y ofrece todas las comodidades modernas, con horno y encimera de gas de 90 cm, fregaderos dobles y lavavajillas incorporado. El comedor adyacente da acceso directo a la terraza cubierta, haciendo que cenar al aire libre sea simple. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, uno separado y otro en suite con 3 dormitorios.

The property was lovely and exactly as described. Nice large pool and outdoor areas. Good facilities. Lovely views and nearby lake for kayaking. Enjoyed the stay.

Remote mountain paradise

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Casalejo. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The drive up is a little challenging but it’s worth it for the views and privacy. If you’re looking for lively nightlife this is not the place, but it you want to chill out and relax it’s perfect.

This house is a real gem. Nicely decorated (the owner has a very good taste, stunning view over Lake Vinuela and a very Nice pool. Fully equiped with everything you could ask for (Washing machine, dryer, dish washer etc). The drive to the house is a bit bumpy, dirtbroad and steep) however you get used to it quickly.

Tremendous location for peace and tranquility with views to die for.

Journey up the hill not for the feint hearted but worth it at the end. Car an absolute must as with peace and quiet comes the isolation side. Overall great villa grat stay

Comfy house upon the hill

Our plan was to have a sporty week in early spring in Spain, with hiking, bicycling and maybe daring a jump into the tempting pool. However, we had bad luck with the weather - wind, sahara dust in the air, rain, so we could only do little steps outside. But with bad weather, it‘s even more important to have a house where you can spend some time in - and this house is just wonderful to do that! Well equipped, splendid view, enough possibilities to just start directly from the house… We enjoyed it a lot - and we think we have to come again and do all the tours we missed 😊

Fijn ruim en compleet huis met een fantastisch uitzicht!

Heerlijke plek, ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken, fijn terras met een geweldig uitzicht. Mooie plek om de omgeving te ontdekken. Gelegen bij bergen en mooie natuur en op half uur rij-afstand van het strand. Heerlijke en fijne week gehad.

Suspendus dans le ciel avec vue à couper le souffle

On était là pour se reposer, c'était idéal La maison est très agréable et authentique avec ses sols en terre cuite et sa pergola juste devant la terrasse avec cette vue extraordinaire...Les villages les plus proches sont à 10 mns et on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire, La seule petite difficulté est liée aux routes du secteur qui réclament .... de l'attention.

Vackert men riskfylld vägförbindelse

Vi är överlag nöjda med denna bostad som ligger vackert belägen med härlig vy över vinuela sjön. Det var dock med livet som insats för att ta sig dit med bil på slingriga vägar utan skyddsräcken, vilket förtar vårt annars så positiva omdöme.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit einer super Einrichtung. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich, aber oben angekommen wird man mit einer sensationellen Aussicht belohnt! Unglaublich schön! Die Betreuung vor Ort ist verbindlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.

Des vacances en famille dans un cadre magnifique . Casalejo est le lieu idéal si vous recherchez le calme , la tranquillité et un cadre exceptionnel . Maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût , très bien équipée et très spacieuse . Terrasse extérieure couverte et permettant d'admirer la vue sur la vallée et les villages environnnant . Belle piscine . L'accès par le chemin partiellement bitumé garantit un calme mais peut impressionner certain .

Beautiful holiday retreat with stunning view

What a great place to stay, there are several terraces around the house where you have surrounding views, they are amazing. The finca itself is nicely and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The owner was easy to comminicate with, also the care taker was very helpfull. The way up to the house is, like other reviews, a bit of a challenge but after a while you get used to it. I would surely recommend this place!

What a view

We had a wonderful stay! The first drive up the mountain with our small engine rental car was quite interesting, but it was worth it. The house offers a fantastic view. Both the interior and facilities match the description. The caretaker of the property gave us a good tour and helped us with any other questions during the week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitelly recommend this house to others.

Very nice villa with superb views!

Very nice typical villa, in traditional style. Romantic decoration combined with modern bathrooms (2). Every utensil is there (even a salad spinner, hand blender, extra big stove, washer en dryer,...) Nice outdoor terrace (pergola with bunch of grapes) and extra panoramic seating area with superb views. Private outdoor swimmingpool with deckchairs, no neighbours so very quiet and relaxing. With a rental we did a couple of sightseeings, Malaga, Granada, Mijas and Ronda being our favourites...

Casalejo, what a heavenly place to be. Really comfortable finca, superb views. Approach: It is no a motorway of course, but certainly to be done by normal car (10 mins): Award: Paradise. Requested details from this site: Listing description: very accurate and correct Maintenance: Very clean and well maintained. All equipment and furnishing compleet and proper working Owner: provided excellent and prompt service! Open and friendly.Housekeeper as well. Owner: Contract- and downpayment (incl deposit) handling, excellent and promptly. Certainly to be recommendated!! Dan&Mariët (70+ yrs)

“Slice of Paradise”

Wow! from the start of my Casalejo experience to the end top marks! Johan the owner is extremely helpful, answered all my question and offered a fab service. Housekeeping couple Jannie & Henk who do not live onsite - what nice people! escorted us to the house and made us feel welcome, comfortable and explained all the houses features / rules and were helpful with local advice - thank you to you both. Casalejo what can I say I fell in love with you! once you get past the journey up the hill (steep & windy road not for the faint hearted!) you are rewarded with magnificent views of the lake and surrounding mountains - sunrises & sets to die for! Tranquil and relaxing yet near enough to civilisation if you need or want it. You can walk in the hills along the National Park walks if you are fit enough (we left a book for others to enjoy) or do aqua aerobics in the pool with the help of wifi and You Tube, do as little or as much as you want to. I could go on and on about how wonder this place is but please find out for yourself. Casalejo I miss you thank you for a fab holiday - until next time! Thanks Johnan and Leen, you have found yourself a gem!

We are a family with 2 boys, aged 10 and 11, and all recommend staying at Caselejo. It's a fully equipped and climatized house in the middle of nowhere (*****), perfect for relaxation! The owners provide helpful tips upfront and the local key holder can easily be contacted.

Most baeutiful view and interior

I just loved the house already on the internet and it was even better IRL. The owner was easy to get answers and contact with and the local contact persons extremly friendly and helpfull. The spot is so pefect for morning meditation and sunset lovers with the lake view. Tha house interior is stylih and the garden filled with spicies and lovely flowers, the peaches we not yet ready for us to eat this early though. :) We had barbecue couple of evenings. The road is quite narrow and suitable for people who are experienced drives, I am happy I did not have to drive myself. But the views are the most beautiful up in the hills. Even our teenager could enjoy the beayty of this place, and the wireless internet on the evenings was nice bonus and the clean pool during so much fun. :)

Wij zouden echt niet weten wat er beter zou kunnen in casa lejo: smaakvol ingericht en authentiek, super comfortabel en tot in de puntjes uitgerust, schitterende uitzichten, prachtig zwembad, een heerlijk geurende tuin.... perfect voor wie ver van alles een zalige vakantie wil.

Casalejo is een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen. de stilte en het geweldige uitzicht zorgen ervoor dat je volledig kan ontspannen. Het perfect uitgeruste huis, terras met zwembad en schitterende bloementuin zorgen er bovendien voor dat je een zorgeloze vakantie kan beleven tussen de "Pueblos Blancos". We raden je wel aan een wagen met pittige motor te huren want de wegjes naar het huis zijn steil met scherpe bochten maar eens boven is het uitzicht hemels. Een aanrader.

This property is the perfect spot when you want to get away from the busy life. A very clean house, a very nice designed interior and a great garden! The view from the terrace is overwhelming. You can't grasp it with your camera, you just have to see it, and enjoy it. Sitting in a chair watching the lake in the distance, just perfect. Also this house really has ALL the comfort and luxury you can imagine. The owner just provided everything and even more! Just make sure you checked a supermercado before you enter the property, because its a distance from shops and centers... But besides that its just the perfect place to relax. Wifi and tv are also provided. And not just 2 channels, but really every channel you want, also dutch and flemish commercial network. If you're looking for a place with the family, away from all the stress, just check in in casalejo, you won't regret it.
