Villa totalmente equipada. Jardín, piscina privada adultos y niños, zona de barbacoa. Internamente, hay una sala de estar / comedor con chimenea equipada con una gran TV de plasma de 65 pulgadas, TV vía satélite, DVD y mp3, HI FI, acceso directo por puertas correderas que conducen al jardín y la piscina. La propiedad incluye una cocina totalmente equipada. 4 dormitorios, 2 en suite. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Gran comedor se encuentra a 12 y más. Sala de estar gigantesca con techos altos con un gran sofá y un televisor de pantalla gigante. Fuera está equipado con mesas, sillas, tumbonas y sombrillas para disfrutar y relajarse durante el sol y las comidas. También para su entretenimiento hay una mesa de ping pong para mantenerse un poco activo. Idealmente situado en la zona central del complejo en Albufeira, en una zona tranquila, a 5 minutos a pie del centro de la famosa "Franja" con numerosos bares, restaurantes y tiendas y a 10 minutos a pie de las famosas playas de Oura y Santa Eulalia. . A 5 km de varios campos de golf.
Excelente ubicación sin necesidad de gastar dinero en taxis o para ir al supermercado (hay uno en la calle), bares o restaurantes.

Amazing villa, perfect location!!!!

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay in casa sabrina. Just beautiful..photos don't do the place justice. The villa was equipt with everything you could possibly need. Leonor was so helpful from meeting us on arrival to waving us off. The location was spot on, minutes from lovely bars, restaurants and the popular strip. The pool was spotless and the gardens so well maintained. Can't wait to return, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking. 5 stars!!!!

Lovely holiday

The property is in a great location, an easy walk to The Strip and there is an Aldi close by, which was very handy. The property is gated and feels very private and the Villa had everything you would need on a self catering holiday. We paid to have the pool heated so it was lovely to be able to have an evening swim. It was the first time we had booked a villa and, after this experience, is definitely something we would do again. The communication from Leonor was great and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you, Leonor!

Perfect getaway

A great villa. Well located. So quiet and no noise from the nearby town but easy walking to bars, restaurants and the beach. The villa has everything and more that you need for a relaxing break. The pool area is lovely and has plenty of shade if needed. Nothing is missing from the villa to make sure you have a home-from-home stay. Leonor was there to meet us (despite a late flight) and had provided us with some provisions because of our late arrival. The villa was spotlessly clean and linens changed and villa cleaned while we were there. Pool and pool area was checked and cleaned every day- perfect in every way. Thanks for a great stay.

We had the best holiday ever at Casa Sabrina. The villa is absolutely beautiful! We stay in a villa each year and this really is the best place we have stayed in with regards to everything - facilities, location, cleanliness, check in, WiFi but most of all our host Leonar. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent and went above and beyond for us. It is clear how much pride she takes in her villa and making sure visitors are welcomed and very comfortable. The extra touches like the pool being cleaned every day, a clean and towel change half way through the visit was really appreciated. The villa had everything you could possibly need and plenty of it too, from cups, glasses, plates, saucepans etc. The location was fantastic as it was a short walk to the strip and about 10mins to the old town in an uber (which were very cheap!). We spent hours with the children in the pool and made some amazing memories. We loved the quirkiness of the villa and it really did feel like a home and not just a holiday rental. Luis was also amazing and came early to clean the pool each day (we never heard him once as he was so quiet). There is absolutely nothing we could fault about both the villa and the hosts. 5* service! Thank you Leonar.

Kan det ikke bare være sådan noget: We had a very lovely stay in Lenores house. The house is in a good location, close to restaurants and the strip, while still being in a quiet area. The house is secured with gates, so we felt safe at all times. The house has everything you need, towels and bedding was changed mid week when the house got cleaned. The pool and outdoor areas are being cleaned every morning around 6. You have to buy toilet paper etc. yourself, but with Aldi close by, it’s no issue. The host was very friendly, let us in earlier and had refreshments ready for us. She also brought extra beach towels upon request. 5/5 “

Perfection!

Wow what can I say. The villa and host are amazing! When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely host and the villa is spotless. The photos online don’t do it justice at all. The facilities are great and it has everything you would need. The outdoor area is amazing and the pool is perfect and loungers such good quality (we loved the outdoor loo too as was so handy when wet from the pool). Good shade as needed in the heat. Pool was cleaned early in the morning daily and the guy keeping the outside clean was lovely. Inside was great too with a great kitchen if wanted, and strong air con. The only slight negative in the whole experience was how uncomfortable the beds were. I know bed comfort is personal but all of our group said that they were too hard. The location is great too. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars (try C&P for the most amazing Portuguese food). About 5 mins to Aldi and 10 to the “strip”. 15 or so to the most lovely beach too. We had a car too which was great but not essential at all. We used Uber a couple of times to get to the old town which was about €5. Or the road train stop is just behind Aldi. Overall I couldn’t recommend the villa enough. We never really return to the same place twice as we love seeing as much of the world as possible but we absolutely would consider going back. Thanks so much for our amazing stay!

Had a amazing time!

Huis bleek veel groter te zijn dan op de foto’s dus waren aangenaam verrast. Het zwembad was van prima grootte en werd elke ochtend netjes schoongemaakt door de poolguy. Enige minpuntje is dat bij het douchen je vaak geen warm water had en de douche erg klein is. Fijn contact met de host die ook snel reageert. Er waren ook veel dingen aanwezig in het huis zoals een tosti ijzer. Al met al een fijne tijd gehad!

Beautiful place but some negatives

To start with, it is a very beautiful villa and in the perfect location. Unfortunately, there are some downsides. The female owner came by in the middle of our stay to clean up a bit, while our privacy was badly violated. The 2nd downside is that a drawer broke off in the refrigerator door. There was only a single carton of apple juice in it, which a normal refrigerator should be able to handle. It broke off completely randomly when someone opened the door in the normal way. And such a drawer was 160 euros! one little plastic thing for so much money. we never received the receipt or invoice we asked for. Not normal!

Lovely Holiday

Casa Sabrina was a perfect base for our family holiday, the house was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool was lovely and cleaned 3 times during our stay and there were lots of inflatables for the children. Leonara is incredibly helpful, she arranged the transfers for us (really nice, helpful driver, who stopped at Lidl to let us buy essentials), and she recommended restaraunts etc We had a lovely holiday and hope to return.

Leonor is a fabulous host! I cannot praise her, or her property highly enough. The villa is well equipped, 5 minutes from the Strip and has everything a large group could need - loads of space, loads of loungers outside, loads of sitting areas inside. As well as her hospitality, Leonor's communication is second to none, always replying promptly and she goes out of her way to help. We has welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge, and she took us in her car to the local supermarket to help with all the big heavy things we all want when we get on holiday and for our 'big shop'. She also offered during our stay. The villa is spotless and well decorated, the pool clean and the grass and gardens well managed. As we had 7 in our party, Leonor also recommended a lady called Lourdes who run 7 seater taxis. Get her number from Leonor if you can; another lady who goes the extra mile for her customers. Her taxis were clean and well priced, and whenever I called, day or late night, she would be there within 20 minutes. A really, really enjoyable holiday all round. Thanks you Leonor, and please pass on my thanks to Lourdes. We will see you again. I, my family and friends all enjoyed our stay

A truly beautiful villa!

This is the second time we have visited this villa and we fell even more in love with it this time. The villa is a real home with everything you could ever need. We stayed for four weeks and never wanted for anything, it was like being at home! Leo is simply a lovely host, warm and helpful. She took us shopping to the big supermarket, every week which was above and beyond and really helped us have a great holiday as we had 5 children with us under 6. We had an issue with the pool filter while there and Leo made sure it was sorted rapidly without fuss. The property is in a great location close by to the beach(15 mins) , mini supermarket (5 mins) and local shops, bars and restaurants. Try a bacon and egg bap from gypsys at the end of the road, 3 euros and a taste of home, her chips were out of this world too! The villa was spotless and the lovely cleaning lady visited each week! It was such a lovely holiday we are just gutted we won’t be back next year but the year after hopefully we will!! We could just do with one extra room for our growing children! Thanks Leo for everything

Ideal holiday home. Wonderfully hospitable host.

What a wonderful holiday we had at Casa Sabrina! The accommodation was excellent and the overall service provided by Leo and her lovely cleaning lady was second to none. Firstly, the accommodation. The reviews are absolutely right when they say that the photos don't do it justice. The house is bright and airy and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! I'm a bit of a clean freak but it surpassed even my expectations. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the cleaning lady visited us twice during our stay to change towels and bed-linen, which is very unusual in a private rental like this. She even did a full clean on both occasions: windows, bathrooms, kitchen - the lot! The pool area was perfect and with the addition of the shaded porch, table tennis and darts board, there was plenty to occupy all of us. The children made plenty of use of the massive Smart TV in the very comfortable living room watching DVDs or Netflix, or making use of the Wifi, which was unexpectedly speedy. The whole place was fully equipped - from serving platters, glasses for all occasions, cake baking equipment, paella dishes and not one but two different types of coffee machines; I defy anyone to need any kind of appliance or kitchen utensil that wasn't available. As a host, Leonor was an absolute angel! She took us to the supermarket on arrival - even helping us navigate the checkout and packing our bags for us, and she recommended a wonderful taxi driver in Lourdes who took us wherever we wanted to go for the duration of our stay for very reasonable rates. The location is also excellent. 10 Euros in Lourdes' van into the old town (you could probably walk in about half an hour but we didn't bother to try it) and a five minute walk from the strip. The next road to the house is quite busy and we ate at several restaurants which proved to be excellent. The café bar at the end of the road, Paulo's, Eduardo's - all excellent, and the boys made use of the sports bar (Bar33) for football watching with the kids. The beach was a good 15 minute walk but the bars and restaurants were excellent. There are a couple of local beaches to choose from but the one at the bottom of the strip was by far the nicest and we made several visits there. Overall, a wonderful holiday with an exceptional host and a beautifully authentic Portuguese house. Thank you Leo - we had a blast!

A home away from home

A beautiful homely villa with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The villa is very well maintained and comfortable, everything we needed for 5 adults and under 5's (including babies) The pool was chilly but absolutely fabulous for the children with a shallow end for the littlest. Leonora is a wonderful host and took us shopping weekly during our 4 week stay. This was so kind and made our lives so much easier as we ate at the villa so had to do "big shops" The location is excellent a short walk to the mini preco (3-5 mins) and about 10 mins to the bigger inter marche! There are restaurants/bars and cafes all within 5 mins and the strip is about 10 mins away. It's in a very quiet spot despite its close proximity to everything you need. The beach is a bit of a longer walk (15mins) and is uphill on the way back but worth visiting. A truly fantastic find and we will hopefully be returning year after year! Thank you Leo for helping us to have such an amazing (and relaxing - despite all the young children) holiday

Beautiful holiday!!!

What a great holiday we had! Me and my friend stayed for 8 nights at Casa Sabrina. When we arrived, we got a warm welcome with a few drinks and the owner showed us the house. The villa has got a perfect location, only a few minutes walking to the nearest shops and the strip. Me and my friend often went to the beach, which you have to visit if you go to the Algarve. The villa was large, comfortable (BIG BIG BIG TV) and despite the nice old fashioned look, modern. For our 'chefcook' it was a heaven; large oven, large stove, large fridge and a large BBQ. The swimmingpool is enormous, but a bit cold. The owner, Leonor, is such a nice person with a big heart! I highly recommend this villa to everyone. Leonor, thank you very much for our lovely stay! Hi my name is Leo short for Leonor. I have been living in the Algarve with my husband and three children since 1995. I work for a a tour operator in the U.K. and my husband also works in tourism for a transfer company. Our children are all grown up and most of the time out of the house. The reason we decided to rent this house and move into a smaller one we own.

The reason we bought this house was for it`s excellent location. Walking distance from everything. It is very peaceful and quiet area in the country side yet walking distance from the STRIP (bars and restaurants).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This villa has a super excellent location. Very peaceful to relax in the sunny terrace and pool area. Great Ping Pong table to keep young and older happy. Very little traffic because it is a dead end street yet literally near everything. Excellent for families with teenagers that want to go out at night to a bar because of it´s proximity.
It is a very safe and peaceful area.
