Kings Beck Barn ofrece alojamiento lujoso y espacioso y es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o un descanso con amigos. Duerme 10 + 2. Hay mucho espacio para todos, con dos salas de estar (con TV y reproductores de DVD), cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños (3 de ellos en suite), una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 12 y una gran cocina abierta.

El jardín cerrado tiene dos terrazas con un comedor exterior, una bañera de hidromasaje privada y unas vistas impresionantes de la campiña de Norfolk. También hay una mesa de ping-pong y futbolín a disposición de los huéspedes. Estacionamiento fuera de la carretera está disponible.

Los visitantes son recibidos con un pastel casero, una botella de vino, té, café y leche y flores frescas.

BEAUTIFUL BARN

Beautiful barn in a gorgeous location. Immaculately clean accommodation and the fresh flowers were an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay!!

The accomodation is lovely and certainly luxury! The rooms are huge, the style is fantastic and the setting is peaceful! There is loads to do in the surrounding area, including stately homes, Bewilderwood, Dinosaur Park, numerous beaches, country pubs, you'll never be bored! Thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here and would happily go back!!

Very comfortable house in peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Kings Beck Barn. It was spacious and comfortable. The converted barn is in a rural and very quiet spot. It was lovely to see deer, hare, pheasant and lots of different birds.

Fantastic stay at Kings Beck Barn

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kings Beck Barn. There were 10 of us of all varying ages and there was plenty of space for us all. Very child/baby friendly, with stair gates, baby monitor and travel cot all provided. Everything we needed in the kitchen and barn decorated lovely for Xmas. We also enjoyed.use of the hot tub. Sarah was quick to communicate and check in and out was easy. Hoping to book to stay again at some point.

Just what we had hoped it would be.

A beautiful, comfortable, spacious barn in a location where you didn't have to worry about the neighbours if you sang in the hot tub. We felt at home straight away and wanted for nothing. Would definitely recommend for a taste of Norfolk. All my party wish to return.

Great party house

There was nothing that we could fault. We were allowed in much early than stated and everything was brilliant - very clean - huge rooms and fully kitted out kitchen for plenty of people. The hot tub was a great success. It was a great house for the 3 generations which all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you for making it so easy.

Amazingly Fabulous

Everything we wanted and needed. 8 ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday. The barn is spacious, comfortable and homely. Perfect for a get together. The host was lovely and was willing to help and share her knowledge. There are clear instructions on how thiings work and dos and donts, which were useful. Absolutely no complaints at all. Excellent! Beautifully appointed, great attention to making it truly home from home without clutter!

Loads of space for our large family group plus two dogs and a crawlling baby! Sarah was so helpful, answering all corespondent emails and calls so promptly. The barn was much better than it's description and the photos don't do it justice, understated and extremely well appointed, beautiful bedding, attention to detail from kitchen utensils to appliances, nothing skimped to make do, giving an air of luxury to every room, you can't help but feel truly comfortable as soon as you walk in the door!

Beautiful, well-equipped property in ideal location

A group of us stayed in King's Beck Barn for 3 nights for my hen do, and we were all so thrilled with the beautiful barn and surroundings. The property was generally incredibly peaceful and private. There was so much room for everyone to have their own space but plenty of communal areas for being sociable (living room, snug area, garden, games room in garage). The barn is very well equipped and had pretty much everything you could think of for a self-catering holiday. Communication with Sarah was brilliant - she contacted me before our stay to confirm various arrangements and let us know how to check-in. The barn also has its own website with loads of information about property, the facilities, and things to do in the barn and the local area. The only issue we encountered during our stay was that the hot water ran out on two occasions. We had a group of 8 but generally were all only taking quick showers as we had a pretty packed itinerary, so I'm not sure if this was due to over-use or something else. The handbook at the barn said that hot water was set to constant and that if we had any issues to call Sarah. We did call the first time this happened but unfortunately didn't get through. Sarah did very kindly dropped in the following morning and showed us a switch to flip if this happened again, which it unfortunately did later that day. This wasn't a massive deal to us however, and I would certainly return.

We have a lot of hen parties and this doesn’t normally happen and certainly shouldn’t especially if you put it on constant as we discussed. Happy 60th birthday

Property had a wow factor on arrival and continued to please through out our stay. Roomy, warm and excellent facilities. No waiting for the bathroom. Hot tub was great fun. Couple of small issues dealt with promptly by Sarah. Highly recommended.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable perfect for a family holiday in Norfolk!

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. Pictures on website don’t do it justice. Well equipped, homely and catered well for a 2 year old and a dog! Hot tub brilliant too!

Everything was just perfect for a family get together .

The barn was very spacious, very comfortable,had everything we needed and more,hot tub a lovely extra,child friendly,Sarah was lovely ,would love to go back in the future,cake,flowers etc a lovely touch.

Kings Beck Barn is owned by a family farming business & is managed by me (Sarah), farmer's wife & mother of two.

Kings Beck Barn is owned by the family farming business and is situated on the outskirts of the working farm. With the changes in agriculture the barn was no longer used for storing farm machinery or livestock.

In 2010 the barn was renovated into a beautiful holiday home with stunning views across the Norfolk countryside. Although set in a rural location, the barn is only 3 miles from the traditional market town of Aylsham (and the National trust property Blickling Hall) and is only 8 miles from the sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast.

Enjoy evenings in the private hot tub under the big Norfolk skies with unbroken views across farmland.

The barn is exceptionally spacious, making it the perfect venue for multi generational families, birthday gatherings and hen parties.

The games room is a perfect space to unwind, with table tennis table, table football, dart board and sofas.

There are lots of private walks which lead from the back door so bring your dogs.
