Este excelente apartamento se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de las playas y el centro histórico, la estación de tren y autobuses, rodeado de restaurantes de deliciosos mariscos. Cuenta con un salón cómodo con dos grandes sofás blancos de cuero, 1 sofá cama, mesa de comedor para 7 personas, Internet inalámbrico de banda ancha a su disposición en todo el apartamento, Internet gratuito, televisión, DVD, música en todas las habitaciones, 3 balcones, 1 de los cuales es muy espacios y tiene muebles de jardín donde usted puede cenar, tomar el sol y socializar. Hay estacionamiento privado gratuito y una cocina totalmente equipada. Cascais es un maravilloso lugar vacacional, con sol, muchas playas de arena blanca, muchas actividades de ocio, deportes y turismo. Hay varios campos de golf en la región: Penha Longa, Estoril golf, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Oitavos, etc. El pueblo de Cascais ofrece maravillosos veranos desde mayo hasta octubre con temperaturas de unos 30ºC. The property was clean, well-equipped and spacious, perfect for a family of 4. The area was really safe and walkable - about a 15 minutes walk to the beach and main eating area. We enjoyed exploring Cascais and the surrounding villages and coastal areas. Great biking, hiking and surfing nearby.

Great Stay in Cascais

Very beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very well equipped with all items needed. Great location within walking distance of many great locations. Fernando and Maria were great host and reacted to any issues immediately. Highly recommended and we would stay again next time we are in Cascais

Lovely clean, bright apartment. Very comfortable stay here. A bit of a downhill walk into Cascais town and the beaches but only costs about 4e in a taxi. Fernando and Marie Cruz organised our transfer from the Airport which was great.

Great stay

Fernando Cruz, the owner of the the property couldn't have been more helpful. The property was perfect since we needed an elevator building with air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Because I have trouble with steps, it would have been perfect if it was closer to the center of Cascais. If you have no problem walking it's only a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and supremely well equipped. Fernando and Maria couldn't have been more helpful. Ask Fernando about the restaurant less than 5 mins walk away ; one of the best ever and VERY reasonable.

All mod cons

Very helpful and obliging hosts , the apartment has everything you could need , all top quality and very clean , excellent and very secure garage (ideal for golf clubs ) 15 minutes walk down to town , great value Chinese just around the corner . If you want an Irish bar try o’louans , it’s way nicer atmosphere and less false than O’Neils and the Guinness tastes pretty good .

Home from Home

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Spent 10 days with my wife and a couple of friends, loved the apartment and location. Only a short stroll down the hill into the centre of Cascais, only 4€ taxi fare back when we didn't feel like the walk. Fernando was waiting when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and left us to enjoy our holiday, he replied to all text within a few minutes recommending a couple of excellent restaurants. Pretty sure we'll return as thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, apartment and the Lisbon area.

Great stay.

Fernando was amazing host, helping us with everything from airport transfer to restaurant and places to go. The apartment is well located, very spacious, with a lot natural light, clean and modern. I particularly love his automatic shades (black out) on all windows. We are a group of 5 people, and there were beds for everybody. I just love it this apartment and I can't wait to go back. Fabuloso apartamento, com muito espaco e luz. Fernando e muito comunicativo e prestativo. Muito obrigado Fernando.

Fabulous Apartment.

This was our first holiday to Cascais and we all loved it. The apartment was modern, clean and very spacious.It contained everything we required for a very comfortable stay. All amenities were within walking distance.The transport links were excellent to Lisbon and other surrounding beaches. Fernando and Maria met us on our arrival and were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us information about the apartment and Cascais. They also provided us with their contact details should we have needed any further advice. Fernado kindly organised our transport back to the airport for us which was also excellent. We would certainly recommend staying in this apartment to others.

Wonderful apartment in Cascais

Our party of 4 stayed here for 6 nights recently and had a wonderful time. The apartment is modern, light and airy and beautifully decorated throughout. It has everything you could possibly need and is a real "home from home" . We especially loved sitting out in the evenings on the large terrace. Fernando and Maria were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even drove us to the nearest supermarket when we arrived very late after a delayed flight- so that we could get provisions in for the next morning. The apartment is well situated - only a short walk down into town and the beach and there is a wonderful bakery and fish restaurant over the road. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back here again one day. Once again, many thanks Maria and Fernando.

Very good place for a long stay in Cascais

My wife and I happily spent the entire month of January 2023 here. The owner's photos do not lie - the place is very roomy, especially for us as a couple, but the addition of another couple or two or three kids would not detract too much from the comfort. The main bedroom is huge with a large bed (Portuguese King) and a huge amount of storage in closets, which are fitted with both drawers and hanger rods. The living room is quite large and well accommodates the two sofas and the dining room table. The two roll out beds in the living room, however, are positioned awkwardly, and would require significant movement of furniture in order to make use of them. Not a factor for us, but something to consider for those who wish to rent for a large group. The kitchen is good, but, as per the photos, counter space is limited, and having the fridge and oven on the opposite side of the room is ergonomically challenging. Serious cooks might find this kitchen a bit disappointing, but we managed well enough. We met most of our grocery needs at a nearby small store , but we still needed to take the longer walk to the Auchan store for some needs, and the trip back, uphill, was a bit of a hump. The location on a busy street makes sitting outside on the large balconies a rather noisy experience - not an issue for our January visit because it is was too cold outside, (and it is quiet enough inside) but it would be disappointing for a stay during warmer months. Fernando is an excellent host - he arranged for transportation from the Lisbon airport to Cascais, met us at the unit and showed us around, and promptly and effectively addressed the few issues that arose, all in good English.

Apartamento confortável, muito bem equipado e com muita luz. Além de impecavelmente limpo está bem localizado, relativamente perto do centro de Cascais, assim como do mar. A especificação do apartamento corresponde completamente à realidade. Agradecemos a amabilidade e a disponibilidade dos proprietários durante a estadia e especialmente no momento do check-in. Spacious and well appointed appartment about 10-15 mins walk from the main town centre. The property also benefits from multiple outside balconies and private underground parking but we never had an issue finding spaces on the street outside. The host met us on arrival and was extremely accomodating and helpful throughout. Highly recommended as a base to explore Cascais and the surrounding areas.

The Cascais Experience

My husband and I stayed at the apartment in late November. The weather was not the greatest, but the apartment was. It was very comfortable, and in a perfect location. We were able to walk into town without any problems. It's location is just outside the historical center of Cascais. We even caught the bus to take a day trip to Sintra right outside the apartment. The host recommended two restaurants in the neighborhood - Bela Azul was authentic Portuguese comida frequented by the locals. Mais do Mesmo (which means More of the Same) is a contemporary twist on typical Portuguese cuisine. They were both excellent. If we visit Cascais again we would definitely look into renting this apartment once more. Our hosts were very accommodating and communication we excellent.

The condo size and location was perfect for Cascáis visit

The condo is modern and well appointed with all of the conveniences. It is located in walking distance to the marina district and offers two neighborhood gem restaurants and cafe. The owners are delightful and on top of the condo!

We live in Cascais. We have 3 sons and 2 grand children. My wife and I are from Cascais and both work.

We love Cascais because of the fantastic facilities in the area and where we always feel like being on holiday There are some beautiful beaches and downtown and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Lisbon airport less than 30 minutes drive away.
