El apartamento fue construido hace 7 años como una unidad de un dormitorio. Por lo tanto, se beneficia de doble acristalamiento, calefacción central y electrodomésticos modernos. Está totalmente equipado para unas super vacaciones. Super Fast de banda ancha Wi-Fi incluido en el precio. El precio que ve es el precio que paga sin cargos ocultos por toallas, ropa de cama, limpieza, calefacción, etc. Hay aparcamiento en la calle en el apartamento, pero la ubicación es ideal para viajeros independientes, a poca distancia del aeropuerto de Newquay y entrenador de Redruth y la estación de tren. Se trata de un entorno de ninguno de fumar y por desgracia, el alojamiento no es adecuado para los animales domésticos. Carretera principal arteria de Cornualles de la autopista A30 está a unos 2 millas de distancia que da fácil acceso a todos los populares centros turísticos. Hay una mesa de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Sofá de 3 plazas y giratoria silla reclinable con reposapiés, 40 "TV y DVD con sonido envolvente. Sony CD & radio, Blue tooth speaker. Orientación sur balcón con una pequeña mesa y sillas para cenar al aire libre, 2 de mimbre acolchado sillas y sombrilla. El dormitorio tiene 2 camas eléctricas individuales con colchones de memoria, TV, radio DAB, secador de pelo, mucho espacio para colgar y 2 juegos de cajones, ventilador de techo y cuarto de baño con inodoro, lavabo, tomacorriente y radiador toallero. La propiedad es apta para el bebé con cuna de viaje, bañera bebé, silla alta, etc todos disponibles e incluidos en el precio.

Shows others how it should be done

Wonderful little apartment on two levels, perfect for a couple. Everything was provided, to a standard and completeness I have never experienced before. Veronica and Ivan are perfect hosts, and I highly recommend their holiday apartment.

Very lucky to find this apartment available and the location is great not too far away from some great coves. The host are very attentive and facilities are very modern and clean I hope to use again when back down beautiful Cornwall

Lovely apartment with great hosts

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this apartment and I’m sure we will be back again. It’s a lovely, well equipped apartment with great views over the open countryside. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and informative. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend family and friends to stay here.

Great Week!

Comfortable accommodation, with the best attention to detail of anywhere we've ever stayed. An excellent base for exploring, whether driving to the many must-see places, or walking the numerous pretty paths to the beautiful local beach at Portreath. Helpful hosts, with a wealth of local knowledge and great recommendations. We had a really lovely week here.

Amazing stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts were wonderful. The apartment’s location was ideal, with up to 30-50 minutes to the favourite coastal beaches such as Kynance Cove, St Ives, Minack Theatre and many more. An amazing very well kept apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very warm welcome from Ivan and Veronica, nothing was too much trouble. The views were stunning. A good quite location to visit lots of different places. Beautiful, modern apartment. Extremely well equiped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The apartment is well situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall. The owners of the apartment Ivan and Veronica are so welcoming and thoughtful... milk in fridge and cornish cookies for our arrival!! The apartment was of an extremely high standard with lovely furnishings, a great south facing balcony with a beautiful view. We were very happy to return each evening knowing we could relax in comfort. The local pub served amazing food and the fish and chip shop was exceptional. We would highly recommend a stay in this apartment and if we return to Cornwall we would love to stay here again.

Fabulous Accommodation!

The apartment was very clean and well furnished to a high standard. There was everything we could possibly need. Loved the modern touches such as the reading lights in the bedroom! Ivan and Veronica were very welcoming and left us a list of instructions which were very comprehensive. There is no problem with parking as you can either park on the driveway or on the street. The property was very central to attractions and resorts such as St. Ives (& thank you Veronica for the tip about the train!), Lands End, Penzance, Perranporth, Hayle, The Lizard, St. Michael's Mount & Portreath to name but a few! We recommend Hells Mouth Cafe for a wonderful breakfast (another tip) and The Boatshed in Perranporth. Not sure about the Tate, but that's a matter of taste! Tip- make sure you take lots of change for parking unless you are super savvy with a smart phone! Thank you both for a great stay and we would highly recommend this property.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, neuwertig, sehr sauber und genau so, wie es auf der Seite beschrieben ist. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar eine große DVD-Sammlung samt Anlage fanden wir vor - toll für die doch leider öfter verregneten Abende zuhause. Die Betten sind bequem und elektrisch verstellbar. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns sehr viele gute Tipps rund um unseren Aufenthalt. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir sogar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Flasche Prosecco bereit sowie Milch im Kühlschrank und selbstgebackene Scones und Marmelade. Sehr lecker und sehr nett! Zum nächsten Hafenort, Portreath, läuft man 40 Minuten, mit dem Auto geht es in zehn Minuten. Die großen Attraktionen im Südwesten in Cornwall sind innerhalb einer Autostunde gut erreichbar. Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig am Rand eines Wohngebiets. Wenn die Sonne scheint, kann man mit einem schönen Blick über die Felder bequem auf dem Balkon sitzen. Wir empfehlen das Appartement sehr gerne weiter. Danke, Veronika und Ivan, für zwei wunderschöne Wochen!

Lovely accommodation.

Great communication from ivan and veronica. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location was good for lots of adventures. We cycled the coast to coast trail from portreath to Devoran, walked the coast path from portreath to porthtowan , had a cornish breakfast on a shovel at cornish gold and many more adventures as it was easy to get to many places. Thank you.x

Beautiful rental in a beautiful location.

What a wonderful property this was and in a prime location. A warm welcome from Ivan and Veronica and a very grateful carton of milk in the fridge awaiting us for a well deserved cuppa. The property is decorated to a high standard and has everything to make this a home from home. Ivan and Veronica shared their knowledge of the area and highlighted some resorts/areas of Cornwall worth a visit. Cannot wait to see if we can holiday here again next year.

Lovely stay in Illogan

Ivan and Veronica are lovely hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Their apartment is superb, modern with tasteful décor and equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday with easy access to beaches and countryside. We stayed in a very hot week and loved the balcony to sit out on with a view overlooking fields and beyond. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was an added bonus too. We were very comfortable there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Wonderful Apartment

Lovely stay here 3rd to 10th July 21. Absolutely amazing apartment, spotless, well equipped, home from home, the owners have thought of everything, all the little touches make such a difference. Lovely bottle of procesco, Cornish biscuits , lovely bag also milk and coffee and other items to start you off. All the reviews on this site are 100% accurate, would be hard to beat this accommodation, would recommend to anyone. Owners Ivan and Veronica are lovely and friendly and leave lots of useful information in the apartment, on best places to go, beaches, best ice cream 😁 etc. Great location for exploring Cornwall, lots of lovely places close by, St Ives, Truro, Falmouth, Perranporth, Padstow to name a few. The trip on the train into St Ives is definately worth doing, the scenery is lovely. Hope to return one day. All the best to the owners and if your ever in Liverpool, look us up for some recommendations. Jeanette & Tom xxx

Herzlich und herrlich

Die Gastgeber Ivan und Veronica Yates sind sehr herzlich und beflissen zu helfen, wo es möglich ist. Die Wohnung ist in ihrem Zuschnitt über zwei Etagen besonders und sie ist sehr sauber, behaglich und die Einrichtung ist sehr niveau- und geschmackvoll.

65th Birthday Treat

Arrived at the apartment to be greeted by the owners Veronica and Ivan who gave us the keys and a brief introduction. On entering the apartment we were overwhelmed with the fixtures and fittings, it far exceeded our expectations and the welcome pack of tea, coffee etc plus a bottle of bubbles and some Cornish biscuits was much appreciated, on opening the fridge to unpack and store our foodstuffs we found fresh milk another welcome surprise. The bedroom & shower room both amazing. A wonderful holiday and birthday experience. So much to recommend the apartment which is a credit to Veronica & Ivan who are perfect hosts who gave us some great local information and ideas for our stay in Cornwall. We will have no reservations about recommending the apartment to our family and friends. Many thanks.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the village of Illogan years ago as it has everything you need is quite and peaceful but still within walking distance of a great beach and central to all the popular resorts such as St Ives and Falmouth. Illogan retains it charm with local business and a great local pub. The north coastal footpath is dramatic and we never tire of its stunning beauty. We built the annex some 10 years ago to be an independent unit for visiting family and friends that has been a huge success that we would now like to share more widely.
