Encantadora villa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicada en el corazón de la región vinícola de Languedoc, cerca de la histórica ciudad de Pezenas. En una ubicación elevada con impresionantes vistas de los viñedos y montañas circundantes al frente y atrás. Amplia cocina abierta / comedor y salón independiente de doble aspecto. Fabulosa piscina (9m x 5m) rodeada por un gran patio para tomar el sol y una terraza en el jardín orientado al sur y terraza comedor.
El salón y todas las habitaciones tienen techos con vigas abovedadas muy atractivas.
La villa está totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas (no de playa). Queda suficiente para la duración de su estadía y nuestras amas de casa recogerán la ropa una vez por semana.
Hay una lavadora y lavaplatos para su uso y polvo / líquido para ambos.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y el detergente líquido, también se proporcionan productos de limpieza y paños para su uso. Queda una pequeña cantidad de té, café, azúcar y leche para su llegada. ¡Así que no necesitas traer nada contigo!

La villa se encuentra a 10 minutos de la histórica ciudad de Pezenas y a 30 minutos de las playas locales y los servicios de playa.
Margon es un pueblo pequeño y tranquilo con un restaurante familiar abierto seis días a la semana. También hay una entrega de pan en furgoneta seis días a la semana desde la panadería en la cercana Pouzolles. Con Roujan siendo la ciudad más cercana para comprar comestibles.
El área es perfecta para caminar o andar en bicicleta con hermosos paisajes para disfrutar.

Judith and David have a beautiful villa nestled among the vineyards. The surroundings are stunning, peaceful, and there is an abundance of wineries nearby that are well worth visiting.The house was clean and well maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and breathtaking views over the vineyards and the mountains. We truly enjoyed spending time there, and the children especially loved the pool.Although every bedroom was equipped with two fans, including a ceiling fan, they were unfortunately not sufficient to keep the rooms cool during the hot summer nights. Considering how warm the summers have become in recent years, air conditioning would be a valuable addition and would significantly improve guests' comfort. As a result, we did not sleep as well as we had hoped.One thing we felt was missing before our arrival was communication regarding the wildfires that were taking place less than 40 km from the villa. This understandably caused us some concern. After contacting the hosts, we did receive a response, but we would have appreciated a proactive update the day before our arrival to reassure us that the situation was under control.Finally, we were informed that a cleaner would visit if guests stayed for more than a week. During our 12-day stay, however, no cleaning service took place. The swimming pool was checked once, but the house itself was not cleaned.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the villa, its peaceful location, and the beautiful surrounding

This is not a service we offer so it seems there was a misunderstanding of the section in our introductory email which is copied below: 'Clean linen and towels (not beach) are provided for your stay. If staying for more than one week arrangements will be made with regard to collecting the laundry at the half way point.' The cleaning charge we apply is a single fee for after you have left. The distant wild fire was contained and extinguished before your stay so we felt it was of no further concern. Thank you once again for your review.

Stunning views from a luxurious and well equipped villa

We loved this villa! We were a family of 4 adults from 33-62 in age plus one toddler. The garden and pool area were fantastic, with loads of interesting space, and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. I particularly loved that there were so many different seating areas in and around the villa and pool. Great for a bit of 'me' time! The villa itself was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to live as at home. The beds were extremely comfortable too. Supermarkets and shops were within easy drive as well as some nice little restaurants. There was a whole raft of information in the villa to help us choose our days out, but we particularly liked the beaches at Sete , and Pezenas, of course. Margon village was lovely and the little chateau and gardens were delightful. Only downside to this holiday were the mozzies, which were out in force day and night and we two ladies suffered horribly - but I gather it has been a bad year for them! A big thank you to the owners whose communication was exemplary.

On arrival we found ample hard stand parking for our vehicles within the secure boundary. A couple of queries on arrival were responded to by the host immediately and effectively and a manual in the villa was comprehensive in ensuring we could locate everything we needed during our 12 day stay.The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped, particularly the kitchen, with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. A special mention for the excellent broadband service in the villa, so often lacking in rented properties.The pool and surrounding area was the 'icing on the cake'. Being on the edge of the village the elevated position of the villa allowed uninterrupted views across the countryside from the pool surrounds which were well supplied with sun loungers, umbrellas, and more formal seating for those who prefer the shade. The gas barbecue was an added bonus. The outside area beyond the villa was peaceful and quiet throughout the day and night.The stay at this property was enjoyable throughout and we were all sad to leave. It is fair to say that this stay far exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in going back should the opportunity arise.

Une maison très bien conçue, un grand plan de travail et beaucoup de rangements dans la cuisine; une belle terrasse et des espaces extérieurs agréables, la piscine est d'une belle dimension et toute la famille s'y est baignée avec délectation compte tenu de la chaleur. La vue dégagée est un atout majeur pour cette maison .

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa au calme idéalement située. Villa très propre et tres bien équipée. Literie top, ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres, piscine spacieuse et extérieurs très agréables. (Salon d’extérieur, transats en suffisance, parasols,…) Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires. Cette villa cochait toutes les cases et nous n’avons eu aucune déception.

Traumhafte Ferienvilla

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Pool mit Aussicht auf die Weinberge ist grandios. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, und es ist sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage und zum Strand sind es doch einige Kilometer mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief absolut reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche in Margon.

Very well equipped villa in charming location

Margon is a picturesque village with vineyards all around and there is plenty to see and do in the area. Pezenas is not far away with a good selection of restaurants and historic centre. We five adults had a lovely holiday which was in no small part due to the accommodation - the villa is very comfortable and well equipped and some days it was difficult to drag ourselves away from the poolside with its stunning views! Highly recommended.

Wonderful memories of Margon

We have enjoyed many holidays in France over a 34 year period. The last two summers spent in this lovely villa in Margon with our family including grandchildren have been amongst the most memorable. David and Judith are so helpful and friendly and have provided everything we could have wished. Only addition perhaps would be air conditioning to deal with those very hot summer nights. Any chance David !!The views from the pool are quite stunning. We have not been able to rebook for a third year running as my husband is awaiting ankle replacement surgery very soon. However who knows hopefully 2018. How we envy those spending 2017 in Margon and wish them the happy times we enjoyed!

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic villa with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable villa. We were two families and there was plenty of space for us all. Very helpful and accommodating owners. Excellent area for cycling. We would certainly recommend this property.

Excellent villa in quiet location

Lovely villa with excellent facilities and marvellous views. Good local supermarket. Pezenas is in easy reach with an excellent Carrefour and lots of restaurants and antique shops. Beach within easy reach. Meze is worth a visit with lots of fish restaurants and lovely beaches at Valras Plage. The owners were very efficient and friendly. All in all great holiday, highly recommended.

Fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa

We were a party of 7 ages ranging from 5 to 73 years! The villa is truly lovely, very spacious and extremely well equipped. During the heatwave the pool was a boon and the views from that area are superb. The gas barbecue was first rate and well used. David and Judith were very efficient ,friendly and helpful. Everything lived up to expectations and we have very happy memories of our stay there.

Villa in Margon

This is a fabulous villa in a great location and we would definitely recommend it. The details of the property on the website are highly accurate. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. It is very clean and well maintained and the owners provided excellent customer service. The pool is great and regularly cleaned. The views from the villa across the pool are wonderful. It is also a good area for seeing a wide variety of bird life. Margon, where the villa is situated, is a small and quiet village. It is about 40 minutes drive from Beziers so a car is essential. Margon has an imposing chateau and its gardens are well worth visiting. There is a well stocked supermarket and petrol station in Roujon which is only a 10 minute drive away. ‘La Belle Lurette' pizza restaurant in Margon is nearby and is good for takeaways. In terms of places to visit, Pezenas is an attractive town about a 30 minute drive away with many shops and eating places for tourists amongst its narrow streets. The Saturday market is well worth a visit. The Cave Cooperative at Alignan-du-Vent is a good option to buy local wines at very reasonable prices. As a base for visiting the local area, the villa is very well placed. The weird rock formations at Cirque-de-Moreze are worth visiting but make sure you have stout shoes. Carcassonne is fabulous and unsurprisingly very busy. The beaches at Sete are safe and sandy and there are panoramic views of the coast to the north and south from the top of Mont St Clair in Sete. St Guilhem-le-Desert is a quaint medieval village and the nearby Les Grottes des Clamouse are spectacular and worth the guided tour.
