Ubicado en el hermoso pueblo de Constantine Bay, Beach Boys es una impresionante casa moderna con fachada de vidrio que se completó en julio de 2017 con hermosas vistas al mar a través de las azules aguas azules de Constantine Bay y Booby's Bay más allá. La casa se completa con un jacuzzi burbujeante, una nueva piscina climatizada de espejo Paramount Luxe; 8500 x 3700 x 1500 mm - abierto desde mediados de mayo hasta mediados de septiembre (si el clima lo permite) ubicado dentro de un patio orientado al sur junto con tumbonas y una mesa y sillas de comedor al aire libre. Por último, pero no menos importante, un enorme trampolín excavado en el jardín para adultos y niños por igual. Disfrute de las impresionantes puestas de sol cenando desde la comodidad de su silla en el comedor acristalado o simplemente sentándose con una copa de vino en la sala de estar.

Hay dos balcones que dominan el sol durante todo el día, así que aproveche la oportunidad para disfrutar de una hermosa taza de café en el balcón del jardín delantero mientras se sienta en los encantadores muebles de ratán ubicados allí.

Beach Boys tiene una ubicación envidiable, a solo 5/10 minutos a pie de 2 magníficas playas; Constantine Bay y Treyarnon Bay. Las bahías de Porthcothan, Booby's, Harlyn, Trevone y la popular ciudad costera de Padstow están a poca distancia en coche. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? 7 bahías por 7 días.

Con interiores costeros modernos, esta es la casa perfecta para familias y parejas por igual. Tiene características de lujo como un sistema de sonido Sonas incorporado con altavoces ubicados en los techos de la sala de estar principal arriba, una sala de juegos / cine completa con tenis de mesa y películas de cielo completo y deportes, calefacción por suelo radiante controlada por termostatos individuales en cada habitación y zona de iluminación en el impresionante salón con galería y arriba en la cocina / comedor / sala de estar para crear ese ambiente especial para cada ocasión.

La impresionante cocina moderna de color blanco cuenta con una isla de 3. 1 metro con encimera integral y extractor. ¡Hay dos refrigeradores y un congelador, una cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, microondas y todos los utensilios de cocina y platos que pueda desear! ¡Las copas de champán, vaso, vino y ginebra proporcionan un hogar adecuado para cada bebida que desee! En el área de servicios públicos de la planta baja hay otro gran congelador doble para enfriar sus bebidas y también vasos de plástico, vasos, platos y tazones para el área de la piscina exterior.
El jardín está completamente cerrado y tiene un gran trampolín hundido en el suelo. Se permite el acceso a través de una puerta peatonal codificada y puertas dobles para automóviles. Estacionamiento para alrededor de 3/4 autos.

El encantador hotel Treglos está a la vuelta de la esquina, la tienda local del pueblo a 1 minuto y el famoso Trevose Golf and Country Club a solo 2 minutos a pie, que cuenta con una gran piscina climatizada al aire libre con área para tomar el sol que está abierta para no residentes por una pequeña tarifa por persona. El Club de Golf también alquila canchas de tenis y equipos a los no miembros nuevamente por una pequeña tarifa.

Beach Boys offers 5-star quality in a beautiful location within walking range of several lovely beaches and sightseeing locations in North Cornwall ... the house itself is stunning with plenty of room for 12/14 guests, fantastic views and sunsets, helping to make our recent start truly memorable !!! Beach boys is very harmonious

Beach boys has a very high standard of accommodation, spacious, comfortable for a large group, excellent position for wonderful views over Constantine Bay. Top range of kitchen appliances, solar heated pool, spa, table tennis, and cinema lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves walking and visiting Padstow, Newquay and a slightly longer trip to St Ives. Perfectly positioned for touring western Cornwall. Close to some excellent restaurants - try Risk Stein's seafood restaurant we managed to get in around 1730. The local gold club also offer some excellent food as does the Pig Hotel a slightly longer walk away. All in all Beach Boys came up with the goods we had an excellent holiday harmonious with the environment and our foodie preferences.

Fabulous property in a great location - the beach was a short walk down the lane. We booked a family break via Home & Away back in December 2018 and had great communication from both Maria and the property management company from start to finish. The house is beautiful, with a high-end quality finish. Fabulous décor throughout. The open plan kitchen and living area has spectacular views . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have some lovely memories of our time spent at Beach Boys. Thank you Maria.

Dream summer holiday

Beach Boys was a fantastic holiday home. Our kids rated it the best house they had ever stayed in - most likely due to the facilities - great pool, hot tub, table tennis table, cinema room, trampoline and big lawn for playing games. It was definitely a kids dream come true.. However, the adults in our party were equally in awe of this place, mainly because of the evenings spent, glass of wine in hand, gazing at the wonderful sea views from the balcony... We also loved the open plan living space and the modern spotless bathrooms. We liked being able to walk to 3 different beautiful sandy beaches straight from the house.. Being 1 minute walk from the stores was also very handy... The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay, and gave us lots of recommendations... All in all, this is a faultless 5 star holiday home, and we all feel very lucky to have spent a week there. The owners should be proud of what they have created...

A Superb Holiday Home

Beach Boys is a superb home, in a fantastic location, and was ideal to get all our family together (3 generations) to celebrate milestone birthdays, which all happen this year (a 60th, 40th and 30th). Luxuriously appointed and equipped, the place exceeded our expectations and has something for everyone - we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful house in fabulous location

We have just returned from the most fantastic week at Beach Boys. The house is stunning, spacious and brilliantly equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Highlights for our group of 13 were the incredible views, cinema room, table tennis and most importantly the outdoor hot tub - where I think the children would have spent all day given half a chance! It was also so convenient being a two minute walk from the surf shop and local store (which is very smart and stocks everything!) The owners have clearly paid great attention to detail in designing this holiday home and were so friendly and happy to answer any query I had when booking. Rosie, the lovely housekeeper, was there to show us around the house when we arrived and went out of her way to ensure that we knew how everything worked before she left. A fantastic house - thank you!

Fantastic house for a family holiday

We stayed at beach boys for the last week of the summer holidays. We were two families with children and had the most amazing holiday. The house lay out was fantastic and the trampoline proved so popular with the children. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Really well equipped kitchen and amazing views across to the sea in one direction and fields in the other. Children loved the pool as well, it was a bit chilly for the grown ups!!! We so hope to come back and stay here, we had a lovely holiday and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful house, relaxing retreat!

Perfect for our large family group. Two rooms with televisions while the Olympic Games was being shown was great. No tv's in bedrooms also good. Kitchen and balcony eating area were a favourite. Looking forward to our return.

Lovely large house in perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at this property for one week in May 2016 for a family holiday. Beautiful house in a lovely location. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we could possibly need and we all especially loved the extended dining area off of the kitchen with an outside area. Very comfortable reception room upstairs which was huge with lovely sofas and cosy throws. Bedrooms on ground floor were all very well presented, clean and welcoming with snowy white bed linen and lovely clean bedding. We were all so comfortable in this house and so much space. We made good use of the table tennis table and the trampoline which was especially good as built in to the ground so no risk of falling off. Lovely safe garden for children with secure gate. The perfect home for some quality family time. So relaxing. Lovely barbeque in outside area with seating if weather good. We had a wonderful week here and look forward to returning.

Outstanding holiday

We have just left Beach Boys after a fabulous 8 night stay. We are a family of 4 (7 year old and 2 year old) plus grandmother and the house was perfect for all of us! Amazing location overlooking the bay so stunning views in very upmarket Constantine Bay... 10 min walk to beautiful beach with lovely clean sand, rock pools and good waves for body boarding! Lovely village shop and 10 min drive to Padstow. The house is huge (the biggest walk in wardrobe ever) so plenty of room. A lovely upstairs kitchen leading to a sunny conservatory and roof terrace so great for eating. The pool, trampoline and garden are wonderful for children. We had an amazing week particularly as we were lucky with the weather. Liked the gated garden so very safe for children and private. Nice welcome pack on arrival and bed linen clean and fresh. We would love to return! 😀

Incred!! What a week!

Beach Boys is just stunning - the MOST fantastic view from the kitchen/living spaces imaginable... The weather man predicted rain... It was sunny all week, which must mean that it's actually heaven, rather than Cornwall!! Weather defying, truly relaxing, perfectly located, spotless, SO well equipped... We had everything we needed to celebrate birthdays and general family loveliness. Definitely a holiday destination worthy of office bragging upon your return... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had the most enjoyable weeks holiday at Beach Boys I've ever had in this country, so much so, we have booked another holiday within a week of returning home, returning to Constantine Bay and wonder why we have tried family holidays in France with two young children! We had a week of good weather, but feel there is plenty left to explore in the area, with two children under four and without spending hours driving in the car. There is a good local pub nearby, the village stores and within walking distance of the beach, with further facilities in St Merrion. The house was clean and superbly equipped for larger parties and the children thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline and splash pool. We will hopefully return to Beach Boys itself after the refurbishment. Maria Freeman, the owner is very personable making the holiday run smoothly. Wishing I was still in Cornwall!

As you have said, Constantine Bay has so much to offer and you really don't need to use a car whilst staying at the house because you have leisure facilities, restaurants, beaches, shops and pubs all within walking distance. A delightful property in perfect location

Beach Boys is one of the best properties that we have rented including many in France and Spain over the years. It is very well equipped for families and our grandchildren were able to play safely to their hearts content during the couple of days that they and their parents joined us. With the added convenience of the local shop only 2 minutes walk and the choice of Constantine Bay along with 3 or 4 others all within easy reach we were spoilt for choice. We certainly hope to be able to return, as we have been left with lasting memories of a superb holiday aided by warm and helpful communications from Maria Freeman as soon as we made our booking. The house location affords our guests the liberty of not having to drive a car as it is within easy access of shops, local restaurants, golf club (along with it's outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, restaurants and golf - all open to non members) and 3 beaches. As you have stated, children can play happily and safely within a secure environment and adults can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the sea. Beach Boys is due to undergo major exciting changes so please look out for the new house design soon to be displayed on Owners Direct. Lovely house, loads of space and seaviews

My partner and I spent a week here, with his family and the place was just fabulous! So much space and such a lovely house, with everything to keep you entertained come rain or shine! We loved the bi-fold doors and windows to open up the whole dining areas - the views were just spectacular! The location couldn't be better too with a well stocked village store just 1 min away, 2 hotels and 3 beaches! The surf shop is just 1 min away too (and it's the best one in the area)...and the wonderful natural swimming pool at Treyarnon only 10 mins walk... we loved every minute and are sad to be home! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Spacious house in a beautiful setting

We stayed for a week and found the house very spacious and comfortable. There are 2 balconies on opposite sides of the house and a semi-enclosed patio with large wicker table and chairs by the pool – so plenty of opportunity to get outside when the weather is good. The area has lots to recommend it, with numerous beaches linked by an often spectacular coastal path. Trevose golf club is only a couple of hundred yards away with 3 courses to suit all levels. The bar and restaurant have panoramic views over the course toward the setting sun. St Merryn village is maybe a mile away and has a few nice restaurants and the usual amenities – shop, take-away, baker. That's just a few highlights from memory, much more awaits in nearby Padstow and further afield. One tip: we walked back in the dark from St Merryn on our last evening – a wee bit dangerous on the unlit hedgerow-lined road - proper torches recommended! We definitely plan to go back again soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the house to others.

A home from home

After a couple of minutes drive down a beautiful country lane and past a dramatic sea-view golf course, you are greeted by a rather grand entrance to Beach Boys - our holiday home for the week. Upon entrance through the electronically secured gate, the first impression is how large and welcoming the house & grounds feel - with a large 'sunken' trampoline for the children (yes, I did have a go) and an L-shaped pool to the side. The house is 'reversed' with bedrooms downstairs and main living/dining areas upstairs. However, we loved the children's movie room downstairs which was relaxing for all on certain evenings. Balconies at both the front & rear of this large home allowed lovely coffee mornings in the sun and a glass of wine watching the ocean in the evenings. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with separate dining area for all 10 of us. Unlike other homes we have stayed in - this had plenty of kitchen accessories & crockery to cover a large family. American Fridge, large dishwasher & double bins were all useful touches. The two en-suite bedrooms are what can only be described as huge! Ours had a patio leading directly on to the pool, a walk-in wardrobe the size of my office and a large bathroom with separate bath & shower. Games room was great fun. The location is fantastic. I walked a couple of minutes to one of two beaches on several mornings, the golf club is great for lunch or early evening drinks and is a two minute walk away and Rick Steins pub is just a few minutes around the corner. Happy kids for 7 days - the most relaxing place we have stayed. We simply couldn't find fault with this wonderful home which is why we will be returning. Alan Gibbons 10/09

Fabulous house in great location

We stayed at Beach Boys for a long week end and had a great time. The house is well suited to families, the children were entertained by the pool, trampoline , table tennis and of course a beautiful beach just ten minutes away. The views from the balcony are stunning. The house was well equipt, there was everything in the kitchen that we could needed, it really felt like home from home. The bathrooms were dated as advertised but lovely in size. We would definitely stay here again.
