Experimente la forma de vida maltesa en este encantador rincón, acogedor, Casita en la planta baja que se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de la histórica capital de La Valeta y la principal terminal de autobuses. Esta es una vivienda típica de Malta y está amueblada como tal. Es espacioso y muy bien cuidado. Tiene una entrada privada, una gran sala de estar con aire acondicionado y una cocina / comedor independiente bien equipada. Dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, un baño, una ducha / WC y un pequeño patio. Capacidad para 10 personas - Habitación principal con cama doble, otra habitación con 4 camas individuales y 2 cómodos sofás cama en la sala de estar.
Si bien está situado en un típico barrio maltés tranquilo y seguro, está al mismo tiempo en una ubicación única, justo sobre las fortificaciones construidas por los caballeros de St. John con vistas al Gran Puerto de Malta. Disfruta de agradables paseos en el jardín público bastante cercano mientras disfrutas de las impresionantes vistas de Grand Harbour o camina unos minutos más para terminar en Valletta, la ciudad capital europea para la cultura 2018, que también es Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Es igualmente fácil conseguir que el ferry cruce el Grand Harbour para llegar a las 3 ciudades que también son imprescindibles cuando uno visita Malta. También se puede llegar a un parque infantil en pocos minutos. Combine lo anterior con el hecho de que la terminal principal de autobuses está a solo unos minutos y que todos los autobuses pasan desde Floriana y uno puede llegar fácilmente a la conclusión de que estratégicamente Floriana es uno de los mejores lugares para alojarse cuando visita Malta. Different apartment

Just to explain, we were booked into this apt but renovations took longer than expected so it wasn't quite ready in time, BUT Anna came up with a timely contingency plan and we stayed in another apt in Pieta instead. It was a lovely apartment and Anna made sure it was all organised seemlessly so nothing went wrong. Anna and her husband were lovely hosts and made sure we had everything we needed, and were there to meet us on our arrival to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back tot he apartment which was in a convenient part of Pieta on the outskirts of Valetta and there were plenty of shops and transport options. Would highly recommend!

Easter Break

Absolutely wonderful, clean, affordable, historical and hosted by the best Maltese people we ever met. Patrick and Anna were always available to offer assistance and good ideas on what to see and how to best see things. The tickets for the Easter Procession in Zetjun were much appreciated. The advice to visit the salt displays was extraordinary. The apartment is literally right on the old ancient harbour walls with morning views out across the grand harbour. I recommend anyone to stay in Floriana (Valletta) at this incredible apartment. David and Lois

Awesome location. What a wonderful 2 month winter getaway. Just a short walk to Valletta. Very quiet location and all large rooms. Hosts Anna and Patrick were absolutely amazing. So welcoming. We (four adults) stayed in this spacious and adequately equipped apartment for a couple of nights on our way to Gozo and a further night on our return. The apartment is well located for anyone wishing to explore Valletta and is also reasonably priced. Anna, the owner, was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival - she agreed we could drop our cases, but had actually managed to complete her cleaning by the time we arrived (she also arranged our airport taxi transfers) and the apartment was ready for us straightaway, which was much appreciated. Anna is very friendly and offered us a lot of advice on where to go, including restaurant recommendations. The only negative was that we initially struggled with operating the air conditioning, so would recommend that you make sure you are happy with how it works before Anna leaves. If you plan to use taxis during your stay, we can highly recommend downloading the BOLT App, which allows you to book a taxi from any location, normally arriving within a few minutes (longest wait was 15 minutes).

Large, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen, good entertainment system. Good location for Valletta, 3 cities ferry, and buses to any part of the island. Just a few steps from extensive gardens and views alongside the harbour. Relaxed food and drinks in the nearby KG V gardens. Convenience stores and greengrocers nearby, also a friendly Band Club.

Great Apartment Great outlook

This a a great apartment with all the comforts of home. Highly recommended if you wish to stay in Valletta. You are within walking distance to the old town, the bus stop and can easily sit on the huge walls of an evening with a cool drink and enjoy the harbour.

David and Lindas 3 month winter stay in Anna and Patricks maisonette in Floriana

Patrick brought my wife and I to the property( from the airport) which we found as described, we were surprised to find that Patrick had installed a great TV system, with films on demand, which was very useful on the few wet days we had, and on dark evenings. As I said we found the property as described although it does need a certain amount of refurbishment. Everything worked but it does have its 'Quirky moments', the overall impression is that it is a little tired, but we found it comfortable and very convenient to Valetta and for busses to the rest of the island which we used a lot. We found that the local shops catered for all our day to day needs. Patrick was very helpful in letting us know of events happening on the island which we may not have been able to find out about ourselves, thanks Patrick. We enjoyed sitting in the local gardens overlooking the Grand Harbour watching the comings and goings of the shipping, (when we were not exploring the island by bus). We enjoyed our winter break thank you.

Good space, facilities and location.

The property is spacious and generally well equipped. Kitchen/diner was home from home and we enjoyed being in this room. bedrooms again were large and of course plenty of space for just the two of us! A shower and a bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. Only ten yards from the door we could overlook the Grand harbour and ten minutes walking took us to the center of Valetta. Buses were available locally in Floriana. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, for instance arranging our airport transfer and allowing us to stay late till our pickup was due. We did not go to Malta to watch TV, but it would have been nice to catch up now and again with some regular channels, beyond that available on the present Tv. Thanks to Patrick and Anna for the stay.

excellente situation geographique,au calme,quelques commerces à proximité.

L'appartement convient parfaitement pour 2 couples. Il est bien équippé en ustenciles et appareils ménagers. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et fournissent toutes sortes d'informations pratiques. L'appartement est propre et tout fonctionne. Peut etre mériterait il un rafraichissement car meubles et moquettes sont plutot des années 70 et 80,mais cela n'entache vraiment le plaisir d'y séjourner.

Highly recommended apartment

Had a very enjoyable time staying at Anna and Patrick's apartment in Floriani, Malta, with my wife and son. The apartment was as advertised, spacious, with good facilities and was spotlessly clean and Anna and Patrick were very helpful and considerate. Just outside the apartment there are great views to the Grand Harbour area and lovely gardens to sit in the sun. There is a good selection of restaurants down by the waterfront, about a 10 min walk and the centre of Valetta is only about 15 mins stroll with plenty to see and do and an excellent bus service to all over the island. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Good value, central property.

The owners were friendly & efficient, communication was prompt. We chose to be met at the airport and even though our plane was delayed it went smoothly. Patrick met us and on the journey in told us about Malta (it was our first visit). When we arrived at the flat he gave us more information and went out of his way to be helpful, it was over the New Year and he knew about opening times, buses etc.. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. It is in an excellent position. It is a short walk from the Waterfront, City gate, ferry & bus station. (We found the bus service easy to manage & cheap). You can buy most things you need for self catering at the little local shops round the corner; bakers, butchers, greengrocers & general stores.

Home from Home in a Great Location !

Fabulous traditional Maltese ground floor apartment with everything you need. Patrick met us at the airport & gave us a quick tour & general info guide on the way, & Anna was waiting on arrival. The photos really don't do this large apartment justice, and there is so much space. The location is perfect, & you can be right in the centre of Valletta in less than 10 minutes by simply walking through the bus terminal. The Waterfront is fabulous with Shops & Restaurants & less than 5 minutes walk away. On our second day we woke up to find 3 large cruise liners on the other side of the wall right outside the apartment, where you can sit in the communal garden area to relax at any time. Very clean apartment run by a lovely friendly couple, excellent value for money and would definitely return.

Great base for Malta

We stayed in this apartment for a week in February. We stayed as a couple, but there's plenty of room for 4, with 2 good bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a clean, comfortable flat and in a very good location from which to explore Malta. 10 minutes pleasant walk gets you into Valletta proper, and a little less than that to the central bus station, from where you can pick up buses to all island locations. You can also reach the nearer bus stops within 5 minutes walk. I wouldn't recommend hiring a car, as the driving seems chaotic to the visitor, and the bus service is pretty good, fun and very cheap. Floriana itself is a quiet, mainly residential area, and has a selection of quirky local shops, where they manage to cram everything you can want into a very small space, at reasonable prices. Right outside the flat you can look down onto the whole Valletta dock area - always something to see. We even got a little February sunshine to sit on a bench, have a drink and watch things! The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, and the flat is stocked with a comprehensive range of tourist information about Malta and Gozo. We even got picked up at the airport and driven to the flat. Communication prior to the holiday was good. We thoroughly recommend this property.

The apartment is situated in a very ideal location for bringing up a family, quite and safe neighbourhood, close to all amenities with access to public garden and spaces.
It used to be our home but then became too small when as the family got bigger. We still take care of it as it were still our home and it does give a homely feeling to those who stay.

The property is at ground floor level whilst the vast majority of dwellings in Floriana and Valletta are apartments with stairs and no lifts. Enjoys private entrance. Pay per use Aircondition is also available. This corner property is cosy and enjoys natural light.
