Recién reformado interior 2019.
29A se encuentra en Casas del Sol en un complejo hermoso y tranquilo que está muy bien ubicado debido a su excelente ubicación, a solo unos minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, tiendas, restaurantes y tres playas de arena dorada.

Tiene acceso a una gran piscina climatizada con agua salada y piscina para bebés y dos canchas de tenis. La Villa se beneficia de su ubicación extremadamente pacífica orientada al sur y tiene una de las áreas al aire libre más privadas más grandes del complejo. Esta enorme área al aire libre tiene una cobertura total del sol y es donde pasará la mayor parte de su tiempo comiendo, tomando el sol, leyendo, disfrutando de la cena al aire libre y luego descansando en el sofá de la esquina.
La Villa ha sido recientemente renovada por dentro con un aspecto limpio, fresco, ligero y espacioso. Está equipado con radio para iPod / CD, TV con canales británicos, reproductor de DVD Blue-ray y WIFI gratuito. Cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios y dos amplios baños. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas individuales que se pueden juntar si es necesario. La Villa también tiene un pequeño tercer dormitorio con literas que se pueden utilizar para guardar su equipaje.

Se puede contratar una cuna y una silla alta y hay un servicio de limpieza semanal con una limpieza completa al final de cada semana. Con una ubicación tan conveniente y céntrica, la mayoría de los visitantes encuentran que un automóvil no es necesario. Todo lo que necesitará se encuentra a 3-5 minutos a pie de la Villa. Las tiendas, el mar, los restaurantes, el paseo marítimo, la playa y el centro de Playa Blanca.

Fabulous 2 months stay in this wonderful bungalow

A fabulous stay at Emma and Matt's holiday rental. It is so well equipped and extremely comfortable. We wanted for nothing. They have thought of everything to make your holiday perfect, even a shopping trolley (which we fondly called Roy ) and used every day. Brilliant ! We used the teppanyaki grill that was provided to BBQ almost every night. My husband was so impressed how easy it was, and how it cooked everything superbly he's ordered one to use at home! The patio is huge getting the sun all day with two parasols to use if you wanted some shade ( as well as the full length veranda) and it was so peaceful. We had a couple of small issues which Emma and Matt with reception sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Such good caring 5* customer service. The complex Casas del Sol is an amazing place to stay and Emma and Matt's bungalow has to be up there as one of the best . Loved every minute of our stay and have no hesitation in booking it again. Thank you Emma and Matt it's been very special

Erg ruim huisje met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Woonkamer was net opgeknapt met nieuwe keuken en vloer. Terras heel fijn! En je kijkt mooi weg. Het park is erg mooi aangelegd en wordt goed onderhouden. Zwembad is verwarmd, eerste stuk is ondiep dus ideaal voor kleine kinderen. Er is ook een kinderbadje maar die is niet verwarmd. Er wordt 2 keer in de week schoongemaakt (incl schone handdoeken), erg netjes! Verder 2 minuten lopen van de boulevard, ideale locatie. Kortom, aanrader!!

Well equipped property with beautiful outdoor area. Space to be in or out of the sunshine. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. The whole complex is very quiet and beautI fully planted and maintained. Swimming pool not too cold.

Great location!

Villa is in a great location, central for Playa Blanca centre 5 minute walk and 10-15 minute walk to either Flamingo or Playa Dorada beach, Playa Dorada is the best in my opinion. The villa is located on an immaculately maintained complex, with large quiet pool area. The pool was also heated. The villa itself has plenty of room both inside and out and having 2 bathrooms is ideal for 2 couples staying or families. It is also well equiped. The WiFi wasn’t working during our stay but assume that was a temporary issue. All in all would recommend and defiantly stay again. The communication with Emma was simple throughout with no issues.

Quite, relaxing, totally chilled place to be

Spotlessly clean, spacious villa, with a great outdoor space. All the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday. Microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, griddle plate, washing machine, all kinds of stuff in the cupboards. On suite bathroom was very spacious. We spent many a night drinking wine on the patio. Sun beds for extra sunbathing. DVDs if you fancied a night in, plenty of books, more at reception. I lost count how many times it was cleaned and towels changed, all staff on site were very friendly and helpful.no rush for the sun beds, it didn't matter what time of day you went down there were always plenty of beds, apparently it's a different story in August though.pool area lovely, solar heated salt water pool. We loved it there so much so we have booked for next year.

A great location on this beautiful well maintained complex.Literally a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars that the resort has to offer.29A is a super location tucked away near the back.Huge patio with comfy wrap around corner sofa outside as well as sun loungers and dining table.Villa itself is cosy with everything youd need.A BBQ would of been a bonus but have no complaints whatsoever.Would return without a doubt

Fantastic villa in a great position

Our 2nd time staying in 29a bungalow Casas del Sol Playa Blanca and it did not disappoint a fantastic villa with a home from home feel,loved chilling out on the large patio every afternoon and evening. The villa is an ideal base for Playa Blanca as its central to everything it has to offer. Will definitely be returning in the near future . Many Thanks to owners Matt and Emma Oddy .

Home from Home

A lovely villa in a well maintained complex situated 5 minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca. Booking with Emma and Matt the owners was hassle free. They even arranged our transfers. The large sunny terrace was brilliant and the communal pool was only a 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent week at 29A

Just returned from a week's break in Villa 29A Casas del Sol and would highly recommend. The villa is excellently placed on the site; very peaceful and away from the hussle and bussle of the street/port. The villa itself is superbly kitted out; very home from home. Everything provided, CDs, DVDs, books, all kitchen equipment required, even mosquito plugs, washing up liquid/laundry liquid/ soaps. We were extremely well catered for. The only downside is there is no air conditioning and in July/August this could be uncomfortable. However, we were able to keep the windows open in the evening as mosquito nets are provided on the windows and fans were available in all bedrooms. Having two bathrooms is essential when sharing with friends and families. The site is very well maintained and the reception staff were helpful when required. All in all, an excellent week and we hope to be back very soon.

Lovely location

Lovely villa in a very well looked after complex. Everything that you need and a large patio area perfect for sunbathing and dining. Pool was fantastic and promenade, restaurants, shops a short walk away. Main bathroom very big and two nice showers.There was very loud music from a nearby venue until midnight on the Friday night and all of the outside furniture had to be be scrubbed before use (the corner suite outside was fabric and we couldn't clean this so unfortunately couldn't use it). It is very windy and dusty so understand the problem. Two minor issues that didn't detract from a wonderful week.

A beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious villa.

We've had a fantastic week. The villa was very spacious, clean, plenty of hot water, comfortable, very quiet and just peaceful. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers and parasols. The cleaners came in twice in our week and changed the towels twice too. All in all a great holiday.

We really love Casas del Sol and this Villa in particular Has everything you need inside or out for a perfect stay Situated in a very quiet area on the complex for a quiet nights sleep We like the situation of Casas del Sol as so near the beach harbour shops and restaurants and a nice walk on the flat along the seafront to the Marina in about 30mins The reception there are very helpful if you have any problems Love it so much we have already booked for next year Emma is a pleasure to deal with

Fabulous villa

We've stayed here as a pair and as a family group. The 2 bathrooms and spacious patio make it easy living for us all. The patio is so large it offers lots of options for seating and playing and you can enjoy the weather out there all day. The bed mattresses are very comfortable, the washing machine is a very helpful extra, and the lounge/dining very comfortable. The whole family settled in straight away as the villa is so comfortable. The restaurants, shops and beaches are close by. The pool is very convenient and the site is so quiet that it makes for an extremely relaxing holiday. Emma is very accomodating and pleasant to deal with, always responding to contact promptly. The site staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year!

A Relaxing Environment for All.

I agree with all the reviews regarding this lovely little villa at Casas del Sol with its facilities and support from the staff at the complex. I would like to say something about the culture and environment of the Island. We found the people of Lanzarote amiable, friendly and engaging. The landscape is quite unlike anything I have ever seen with its volcanic escarpments sweeping down to the valleys. The beaches within walking distance of the villa, are lovely, clean and safe with many having life guards. We loved the look of the buildings and general architecture of Lanzarote which has not allowed developers to build high rise mainly by the artist César Manrique whose influence on the island determined that it would remain with low rise white buildings. The island is clean and spotless. Hire a car and see the island. The roads are very good and signage excellent. As was said in previous reviews the food in restaurants both in Playa Blanca and beyond is excellent with wonderful service and the local wines are superb too. In all a quite wonderful, well equipped and supported villa in a quiet and supportive community where one can relax and enjoy the patio life, from which one can walk to wonderful beaches, shops and restaurants and wander even further to see arts and volcanic landscapes, and vistas of the ocean.

Looking forward to next year!

This was our third visit to Casas del Sol and we so loved staying at 29A that we have booked for next year. The complex and staff make you feel so at home. The Villa was very well equiped and very clean and the beds were very comfortable.We lost count of the number of times our towels were changed and our beds were changed twice during our 14 day stay. We loved the outside extended Patio, even when it was a bit windy,we could find a sheltered place to sit. Looking forward to next Year!

A Fab stay at 29A

Have stayed at Casas Del Sol many times and always have a lovely time. The villa was not as modern as some I've stayed in but it had everything you need for a self catering stay. The beds were really comfy and the villa was clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Home from home!

We stayed in the villa in November 2016. Prior to our holiday Emma was very prompt in answering all of our queries. Casas del Sol is a lovely complex. It is very green, full of shrubs and trees and all very well looked after. It is in a very handy location being only 5 minutes away from the shops, restaurants and bars of which there are many. The beaches are very close too, only a 10 minute walk. At reception they sell water and most basic ingredients which is handy if you don't want to carry heavy goods far. On to the villa. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you would need for your holiday. A big plus for us were the security bars and insect screens on the windows. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. This will sound a funny plus point, we've stayed in lots of holiday villas and always have trouble locking the door! Not in this case, the door locked and unlocked with ease. My mother was delighted!

fantastic villa in a quiet complex!!

just home after 11 nights in this great villa!its spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay.the villa is only 5 mins walk from the restaurants and pubs on the strip and a 10 min walk from the beach.theres loads of fantastic restaurants.we never got a bad meal in any them.thanks to matt and emma for letting us stay.definitely would not hesitate in booking it again.

Amazing holiday

Had 2 fantastic weeks at this lovely villa, which was spotless and had everything you could wish for. Very spacious and a big help having 2 bathrooms. A perfect place to stay.

This was our third holiday in Lanzarote and at last we have found a villa that could not be faulted. Everything was there, the location, the space both inside and out, the facilities and even multiple hangers in our wardrobe which must be a first. Casas Del Sol is so clean and attractive with groundsmen working everyday, really friendly staff. I would be happy to recommend this villa to both friends and relatives as the owners care about their property and your enjoyment of it.

A dining area, 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with a coffee table and the wonderful corner sofa are all housed under the magnificent pergola.
Inside, our villa it has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A small third bedroom is locked but can be opened on request with an additional fee to cover cleaning.
The staff at the complex are amazing and will help and guide you with anything you might need or require. There is a large solar-heated shared pool with a full-time lifeguard.
