Fantastic apartment with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), terrace with sea view 60 sqm, dining room for 6 people, air conditioning, full equipped kitchen. Gated urbanization with two pools and gardens, access for disabled, WIFI included in the price, TV international channels, 400 meters from beaches and marina, all kind of services and amenities in the area. Transfer to airport available, ask for rates. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.
*Pool open all year round except in the case of technical failure, storms or severe drought.

Very nice appartement with swimming pool and closeby the sea.

We enjoyed our holiday very much at this appartement which had an enormous outer space where you can sit, lay down, eat and relax at the same tome with several people.

Central apartment and very well equipped

Communication with owners representative was excellent. She answered promptly. The apartment is very well equipped. However, some of the items/devices should be replaced. If not same family six people sharing two baths may be a challenge. TV and WIFI worked without problems. Remember one key to the gate and another to the apartment door. Terrazze is fantastic and IS as huge as the pictures indicates. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, marina and beach. Pool area is nice but was closed due to shortage of water.

Fabulous apartment

We loved this apartment and will definitely return! Spacious and clean with the best view from the large sunny balcony. Well equipped and fantastic quiet location near 2 beaches and the harbour. We plan to return again as this was an excellent base in Estepona.

Fantastic apartment

Great apartment very clean with all the equipment you would need, beds were very comfortable and a beautiful view off the large balcony. Pool area was great lots of sun beds and very close to apartment ! Only a short walk from the marina and slightly longer walk into Estepona old town the location was perfect . Defiantly be staying again we had a fab time in the apartment!

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement. Magnifique terrasse. Belle piscine, dommage, elle était un peu saturée chaque jour (la seconde piscine étant fermée). Mis à part un petit coup de stress sur la dernière nuit, nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour à Estepona. Adresse à recommander.

Huset var bra. Problemet var att i lägenheten över oss renoverade man. Så från den 19/3- 22/3 mellan 08.30-18.00 bilades det upp golv och väggar revs. Har ljudinspelningar av arbetet,det gick inte att vara inne eller på altanen. Försökte ta en siesta en dag trodde dom var på väg ner genom golvet. Tycker att någon typ av kompensation är rimligt! Har hyrt flera gånger genom er och även bokat ett hus i maj,brukar fungera bra . Men denna vistelse l Estepone blev inte som vi förväntat oss. Hälsningar Wolf Olofsson

A relaxing family holiday

I stayed in this apartment in July with my husband and sons. From the time of booking everything went smoothly. Rosa dealt with any emailed queries quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. It has a massive balcony and had sun until after 6pm. The apartment was so comfortable we ended up eating in more than we usually do on holiday, often having a bbq on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The 2 pools had an attendant present. At times there wasn't enough sunbeds at the pool but there was plenty of grass and place in the sun or shade to lay a towel. There are 2 supermarkets within about 5 minutes walk and there are restaurants and bars within less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away too. Estepona itself is a lovely relaxing place to spend a holiday. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill so people with mobility problems may find it difficult to access if they don't have a car. We enjoyed the hill though as it allowed us to walk off the ice cream and wine!

Lovely spacious apartment with wonderful outside space. A view to die for

We stayed here with our 17 month old daughter and two friends of ours. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious. spotlessly clean and ideal for small children with lots of safe, outdoor space on the balcony. The apartment was at the top of a steep hill, so kept us fit every day walking up and down with a pram, but it didn't put us off and it is worth it for the view of the marina. The marina is just 5 mins walk away and has a plethora of bars, cafes and restaurants if you just want to sit back and relax. The beach is lovely and only 15 minutes walk. We preferred the Crystal Beach as it was quieter and the beach bars are lovely. The trek across the car park is worth it, a bit of a struggle with the pram but we managed. The pool area in the complex is clean and when we went (out of season) was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again without question!!

Excellent property

The property was excellent and was pristine when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pools are lovely with plenty of space. I would say that being at the top of the hill I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility problems.

Perfect property in great location

Modern, spacious apartment beautifully furnished (inside and out) and very well equipped. The large sun terrace has sunbeds, a dining table, bar table and BBQ of which we made good use. We stayed in June and there was sun on the terrace from about 9.15am to 6pm. There's also plenty shade. The complex itself is lovely and well maintained. Pools were also good though only one was open during our stay. There's a lovely view from terrace to the marina where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The climb back up the hill compensates for any over indulgence! It's a pleasant walk into 'old' Estepona where there are pretty plazas and more lovely restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and the standard of the apartment made it all the better.
