Villa establecida con piscina privada y jardines bien cuidados.

Esta no es una propiedad de alquiler comercial sino nuestra casa de vacaciones y esperamos que la encuentre también en su hogar. Normalmente solo hay 4 de nosotros aquí, pero felizmente dormiremos 8. Hay un televisor con canales en inglés y acceso completo a internet a través de WIFI. Desde su posición elevada, ofrece vistas panorámicas tanto hacia el sur como hacia el norte. Ubicado en jardines maduros hay una gran piscina privada, zona de césped y barbacoa.
Las instalaciones del Alto Club también están incluidas: tejo, gimnasio, tenis, etc.

Nos complace decir que nuestra casa ha sido aprobada por Turismo De Portugal y nuestro número de registro es 7911 / AL

The villa is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean with an absolutely lovely pool. Check in and out was very easy and direct communication with the very helpful owner was really great. There was plenty of room for our three generation family, and space for everyone with comfort, shade, peace and quiet in abundance. The air conditioning and WiFi was incredibly good in every room and we made good use of the outdoor BBQ. We ate lots of fish in the restaurants of Alvor in the evenings amongst generations of Portuguese families and whilst the 25 min walk down was very much achievable the taxis for 6 euro each way were great in the heat. Highly recommend this beautiful villa, we would absolutely love to return as a family again. Exceptional 5*

Wonderful holiday

The Villa is great, located on a quiet corner of Alto Golf, a short walk to a big supermarket and an excellent restaurant (Por Do Sol). The owners and local support people were really easy to deal with and very helpful. Alvor is a lovely fishing village with lots of excellent restaurants and bars. Portimao river front and marina are also enjoyable places for walks. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

Falta de TV e Wi-Fi

A casa corresponde ao que está no anúncio unicamente dizia que tinha TV e Wi-Fi, mas na realidade não tinha. Para nós foi algo desagradável uma vez que tínhamos crianças e minha sogra que só anda de cadeira de rodas era necessária TV para se distrair. Ficamos desiludidos porque o proprietário sabia e não nos informou, se assim o fizesse arranjariamos alternativa, foi o único ponto negativo pois a casa é óptima para passar uns dias de férias.

Fantastic Trip

The villa was so homely, lovely pool and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was do well equipped with all the utensils you'd need and more. Bedrooms were fab and beds were so comfortable. There were loads of toilets and showers so no-one had to take turns showering. The villa is set in such a tranquil area that you can sleep at any time of the day. We spent a lot of the time as a family relaxing by the pool or reading in the sun room. We are already planning our next stay. Sheonagh made sure all our questions were answered before we arrived and Jane was there to greet us and ensured our holiday was as comfortable as possible.

Difficile de trouver l'accueil du site qui se trouve loin de la maison . Un plan serait à fournir , ce serait mieux . Petit problème à notre arrivée , mais qui a été résolu par l'organisme , qui a été réactif .

Gorgeous Villa

What a villa!! The pictures online do not do this villa justice it is absolutely beautiful. It’s a little way out from Alvor but the walk is pleasant and a taxi back is only 5 Euro. Alvor itself is lovely and lively in the evenings with lots of places to eat and drink. The beaches are stunning and the overall holiday was great. Would definitely return and the owner of the villa was extremely helpful and provided all the informational we needed for our stay.

Excellent Villa

The Villa was lovely with loads of space and a good sized pool. Location could of been a bit closer to the centre but you can get there in 20mins with a brisk walk. The walk helps work off the extra eating and drinking. Taxi ranged from 5-6 euros. The owner was very helpful. I would highly recommend!!

Luxury villa

We have just spent 8 nights at this fabulous villa. The villa felt like home the minute we walked in. There were only three of us, but will comfortably sleep 8. The villa was well equipped and extremely comfortable. They pool area was beautiful and had enough sun loungers and umbrella's, the BBQ was a added bonus and we used it a couple of evenings. Fully air conditioned. Our one regret: that we hadn't a booked for longer. Already planning our next trips with lots of family and friends also keen to rent out this beautiful villa. Thank you Sheonagh for all your pre holiday advice.

Excellent Villa

Our first impression on arrival was all looked excellent. We were definitely not disappointed as this villa has all you could want in a holiday property and even more. I do feel the photographs on line do not do this property justice as it was much bigger than we expected. The pool area and gardens were immaculate with the pool being safe for our two young grandchildren. We were a family of 7 and found there was plenty of room for all without seeming to be crowded. Also the barbecue area was definitely a plus as we barbecued every day. I do feel you need a car as the walk to the beach would be at least 20 mins. We found Sheonagh to be very helpful with no request being any problem. We would definitely use this property again but I feel when more people use it the availability might become rarer.

Everything you could want from a family villa

Our group of 8 – two families – stayed at the villa for the last two weeks of July 2015. The villa was everything we had hoped for. All the rooms are large and well-furnished throughout with clean modern décor and air conditioning in all rooms. The grounds are immaculate with a large pool with shallow end and steps, and the villa feels secure not least due to the alarm system. The kids had the internet TV worked out in just a few seconds and it seemed to provide everything they wanted in conjunction with the WiFi; the kitchen had everything the adults needed including a large fridge. The covered terrace is good for eating out; it has been converted into more of a conservatory which can get warm in high summer but will have benefits in early or late season. Either way it provides additional seating areas that were well used. We also used the well-equipped barbecue area although you have to watch for mosquitoes after dark so don’t eat too late. The villa is managed by Alto Villas whose presence nearby offers reassurance should anything not be right – not that we needed them. They also changed towels and took the rubbish away on day 4 and 11 as well as doing the mid- week clean which was a pleasant surprise. Membership of Alto Villas also gives you a discount card recognised by many of the restaurants in town giving you 10% off the bill. Alto Villas will also arrange airport transfers for you if you want to avoid airport car hire as we did, and this all ran smoothly at a very reasonable cost. It is a 20 minute walk into town or 3 minutes by car, but there are good restaurants near-by. If you go into town, there are taxis back at all times and easy to find for just €5. Alvor has developed since we were last there some years ago, but in a good way with loads of restaurants and a general good feel to it at night time and the early hours with a vibrant atmosphere involving all age groups; there is no threatening element or bad behaviour. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all fantastic value for money. The beach is 15 minutes on foot. It is best to drive it if you can but parking is competitive and it is best to get there early. The beach was busy but never crowded, again with all ages and plenty of locals.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

My parents bought the Villa from plan! as they fell in love with Alvor. We are now carrying on their legacy and have renovated areas to bring them up to date - each renovation has been done with lots of care and thought about what we like in a holiday home, so we hope you find what you are looking for!

The area is residential and the most noise comes from the gardeners at work or the odd call from the golf course. It can be peaceful but you are not far from the bustle of the village and we would urge you to explore the wonderful bars and restaurants.

We treat this as our holiday home so you might see the odd photograph of family, dogs etc, every piece of furniture, painting cushion, ornament means something to us and we hope that will give you a feel of family.
