BEAUTIFUL house in Paradise

What an AMAZING property in Watersound. This location can't be beat -- just a short walk right off the boardwalk to the beach or pool. The clean house has high end kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, spacious living area for the whole family, and a scenic upstairs deck to watch the sunset over the water. The carriage house is perfect for grandparents or another family to stay and join in on the fun! The manager provides great customer service. We will be back year after year!

The home is located in the gated community of Watersound proper and is just a short bike ride away form shopping and dining at the Hub. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We hope you come and stay with us again!

Perfect Family House

Paradise Found!!!

Puts Vida is our annual vacation rental with our couple friends that we call our little slice of Heaven on Earth. The house is in the BEST location in Watersound--- steps away from the beach, no golf cart required, one block away from the pool, and a rooftop porch with a sunset view like no other! The open concept living area has a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. We ate on the large screened in porch every night , a perfect ending to our unbelievable day. We return year after year and highly recommend Pura Vida.

Patrick, it really does feel like you're a million miles away from everything! We're ecstatic that you enjoyed the open kitchen/living space and the dinner table on the porch! It's one of our favorite things to do as well! Between the pool and the beach in the daytime, and the porch and crow's nest at night, we rarely feel the need to go elsewhere! If you weren't here while The Hub was open, be sure to check it out next time. It's a quick bike ride away and they have great food and live music...all family friendly! Pura Vida + Watersound = Perfect Beach Get Away!

My wife and I have enjoyed Pura Vida for years with sometimes just a few of us and other years with a bunch of our closest friends! The house is amazing and big enough for a crowd or quaint enough for 2. All of the appliances, fixtures and finishes are top of the line and the house is well kept and clean. The location is conviently close to the Pool and super easy to the beach which is our favorite part. The walk through the dunes on the boardwalk at sunset is a must, especially for those summertime family/friend photos! We really enjoy the Pure Life and always return from Pura Vida ready to take on reality with Vigor!

Great House!!

We have stayed here twice and this is by far one of the best houses on 30A. The main house is beautifully decorated with a crows nest that is not to be missed for having a cocktail and watching the beautiful sunsets. The carriage house is perfect for a family of four as every modern convenience is provided. The stroll to the beach on the walkway is breathtaking and once on the beach there is lots of peace and quiet. Even during spring break and the summers the beach is not crowded. For years we have stayed all over 30A and this is my favorite beach house and section of 30A. The owners are great to work with- very helpful and accommodating. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Perfect vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented Pura Vida and have already booked for next summer! It is perfect for our family of 10 (six adults and four kids). The house was clean and well maintained. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed by Royal Destinations...they are very easy to work with and value their customers. The beach is less crowded than other areas, Easy access to pool. Many restaurants close by. Can't say enough good things about Pura Vida!

Amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only went for the long weekend but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was absolutely gorgeous! We usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary, but have found it to be too crowded lately. The beach entrance was so close to the house and the view from the boardwalk crossing the dunes was just breathtaking. Best of all, the beach was so quiet and there was so much space to spread out!! The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable and the decks were also great. We would definitely come back to this house.

The neighborhood is very exclusive and guests have access to a private beach where there is plenty of room to social distance and enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf coast. Pura Vida offers multiple indoor and outdoor retreats and the 3rd floor crows nest is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset each evening. SPECTACULAR BEACH HOME

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pura Vida was an Exceptional Beach home. It was so much more than we expected. We Loved the location and the house had SO MANY extras. Just BEAUTIUL and very COMORTABLE. It had everything we needed, well except for a golf cart which would have been icing on the cake. LOL. This rental spoiled all of us. The beach was SO CLOSE and so less crowded than other nearby areas. We did not want to leave. The carriage House was also a great addition. LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!

Hello and thank you so much fro the nice review! Pura Vida is truly one of a kind. The home decor is coastal chic, but also feels very cozy. Each room has its own bathroom and there is an additional carriage house suite above the garage. Watersound beaches are some of the most beautiful and less crowded beaches. To make it even better, this home sits just a few steps form the beach access. We hope you come and stay with us again soon!

5 Star Beachouse!!!

We stay at Pura Vida every year and every year it gets better and better! We vacationed with friends and then when we took our newborn for his first beach trip! Pura Vida was perfect; our family stayed in the main house while my husband, baby, and I stayed in the carriage house. The very close proximity to the beach and pool was a must with a baby. There are few houses in Watersound with this fantastic of a location and view from the crows nest. The house has speakers throughout which we always use during cocktail hour - up on the rooftop or porch off the Master Suite. The kitchen will make you feel like a professional chef with the top of the line appliances and huge kitchen island for your family/friends to chat with you while you cook. We also biked to the new Hub a couple nights which was so much fun! We can't say enough great things about this beautiful, clean, home away from him vacation rental!

Ashley, your favorite things about our home are also our favorite things about it! Thank you for choosing Pura Vida for your newborn's first trip to the beach! We love being so close to the Dunesider pool and beach access...especially with little ones in tow! Having the family all in one space while cooking and listening to music makes for very precious memories. We always put the wine cooler to good use as well. :) We are honored that your baby's first beach memories will include Pura Vida and hope to be a part of those memories for years to come!

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the perfect place for our group of 7 people. It is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It is very well located; close to the pool and right on the beach boardwalk. It is extremely spacious and has great storage areas, closet space, and drawers. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous and chock full of cooking utensils and serving pieces. You won't need to bring a thing! We enjoyed the beautiful views from the top floor and wonderful meals on the screen porch. We would definitely return for a future stay. The only challenge we ran into was the absence of window coverings on some of the 2nd floor bathroom windows which were needed for privacy. Also, the grill didn't work during our stay. Overall, it is an incredibly nice house.
