Magnifica Ubicación. Amplio y acogedor a la vez. Muy limpio. Todas necesidades familiares cubiertas.

Apartamento muy bien situado en un costado de Plaza San Pedro. Autobús en la puerta y metro y tren muy muy próximos. Súper limpio. Muy espacioso para 4 ideal. Necesidades básicas familiares de aseo cubiertas totalmente. Súper Recomendable

Great location-Just too many shortcomings

The location was excellent for us. Just a few blocks away from the Vatican. Nice sized rooms. Our check was after midnight and appreciated their patience with our delayed flight. There a couple of good restaurants close. Our issue was in the units details. The bed sheets were dirty so we threw them in the washer to clean them. We didn't know there is NO DRYER in the unit. Must use the drying rack thats in the patio closet that we didn't know existed The mattress cover had pee stains and long hairs on it. Coffee maker didn't work. Never brought a replacement The gas cooktop ignition button was broke. Lost the hair on my knuckles lighting it with a lighter. No napkins, paper towels or dishwasher soap. They should supply a day or two worth at minimum. One of the toilet seats were broke. We've stayed many weeks in VRBO properties, this was the worst prepared. Have the feeling that the owner just doesn't care about the quality of the place. They have a cash cow because of the location and will always be full. We cannot recommend this unit.

Molto Bene Accomodations in Rome!

This property came completely as advertised, and then some. Our family of 4 adults and 2 chidren under age 3 had plenty of room and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Emanuele provided great tips and assistance throughout and the property is ideally situated for site-seeing in Rome. Overall we couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Finestra sul Vaticano is perfectly situated, in a peaceful neighbourhood, very close to Basilica San Pietro(4 minutes by walk). The apartment has a beautiful landscape to Basilica’s Dome, (from balcony), is located near railway station( 800 m). In 45 min we were able to rich the Santa Marinella Beach. The biggest asset-a friendly, wellcoming host. We will definitely come back there.

Italy 2019 Adventure

The apartment was just lovely. Everything was as shown in listing. The elevator was great perk, as this was the last days of our 18 day trip and we loved having not to deal with our luggage on steps. Check-in was a breeze, with lots of good information about the neighborhood and Rome. We did have an issue with hot water which was fixed within a few hours of notification. If we return to Rome, would definitely book this apartment again!

Good property with a few downsides

This place was a good rental in Rome. Positives - Very close to the Vatican, a short walk - Good amount of space in the bedrooms - An outdoor patio (quite small though) - Grocery store within a short walk - Walk to most parts of central Rome - Really good restaurant right below the apartment. Negatives - Was not as clean as other rentals we had in Italy. Not as much attention to detail - Not run by the property owners, so feels less personal. - Had a 70 Euro fee for towels that was not included in the upfront payment. - Kitchen/Lounge room is very small, feels cramped. Overall A good property for a short-term stay in Rome, especially is you want to spend a lot of time at the Vatican

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Vatican !

Points forts : Appartement récemment rénové, confortable et lumineux, excellente literie, une climatisation au top et très appréciée en été, dans un quartier tranquille. Les 2 salles d'eau sont assez petites mais suffisantes pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Proximité du Vatican, idéal donc pour visiter la Basilique à moins de 10 mn à pied. Attention cependant, le quartier est quelque peu éloigné du centre ville du vieux Rome et de ses autres attractions touristiques, il faut donc aussi aimer marcher, ce qui était notre cas (pour les autres, une station de taxis se trouve au bout de la rue et la station de métro Ottaviano, ligne A, est à 15 bonnes minutes de marche). Un Carrefour market, ouvert 7 jours sur 7 et 24h sur 24, se trouve à moins de 5 mn de l'appartement, dans la même rue, hyper pratique donc pour faire ses courses. Excellente communication avec Lucrezia (de l'agence qui gère l'appartement), très réactive avant et pendant notre séjour. Bon accueil à l'arrivée avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Points faibles : Le ménage, s'il est tout à fait correct, gagnerait cependant à être plus approfondi (dans les salles d'eau). Sur l'annonce Abritel, il n'est pas précisé que le ménage obligatoire de 70 euros est en plus : cela est annoncé après que vous ayez réservé l'appartement (à compter donc dans les frais supplémentaires). Les ustensiles de cuisine sont pour certains en mauvais état (les casseroles notamment) et il faudrait les remplacer. Les personnes très sensibles au bruit peuvent être gênées la nuit par la circulation assez importante dans la rue mais en ce qui nous concerne, cela ne nous a pas posé problème. En résumé, je dirais que cet appartement offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix, est idéalement situé pour visiter le Vatican et je le recommande grandement. Si nous avions l'occasion de revenir à Rome, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous y logerions à nouveau. Et la ville est magnifique à visiter. Que du bonheur !

Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Very convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Small terrace was a bonus. Appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap as well as paper towels. Quirky elevator but we had a lot of laughs over the fact that we kept waiting for doors to open before we remembered we had to initiate that process! Great neighborhood despite traffic noise. Walking distance to everything we needed -- groceries, restaurants, buses, Metro, taxis. Lavinia was extremely helpful upon check in and very responsive if we had any questions or minor issues.

Great location and decent apartment

The apartment is in a great location near to Vatican city and is a clean and comfortable place to sleep, albeit slightly basic. We were greeted by Lavinia, who was very friendly and patient (as we arrived a bit late). There is a 24hour supermarket just up the road and a great next door. There is some road noise but that is to be expected in a central location. The only slight annoyance was that there was a 70 Euro linnin charge which isn't in the advertised price on homeaway or even on the first confirmation email. It is actually stated on the 2nd email you receive, which I'm sure everybody reads through. Perhaps that could be included in the advertised price.

fine location and beautiful flat

Centrical flat really close to Vatican. The location is very covenient as in the neighborhood there are many shops and supermarkets. It's really spacious and airy, perfect for a family. The are two bathrooms and there is also a nice balcony.

Apartment was in a great location. Taxi and bus no 64 just down the hill. Perfect for Vatican City. The apartment was superb. It was modern and well equipped. The air con was brilliant. The owner met us at the apartment and was really helpful. The building has a lovely quirky lift for luggage. We had a fantastic stay.

Well appointed apartment close to the Vatican

The apartment was clean and fresh, newly renovated. Emanuel was very helpful and responsive when we had one small issue with the shower he was quick to fix it for us. In a quieter part of the city but just a short stroll to the Vatican. Very comfortable stay for our family of 5. Great to have 2 bathrooms and air con.

This apartment is very comfortable and roomy. I stayed there with my husband a teenage son and we felt at home. The apartment is very close the the Vatican and has a great restaurant downstairs. Management is very responsive to any needs or requests. Very lovely apartment and would recommend staying there.

Very clean, perfect size and so close to St. Peter’s square. Cute and quaint!

Excellent appartement. Lavinia met us upon arrival and was simply the sweetest girl! The apartment is well decorated, has a nice size fridge and freezer and even a dishwasher! Bathrooms are small but what else do you expect in Rome! The little balcony was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. One touch that would have made it perfect would have been having a small bottle of dish soap and laundry detergent. There were also no dishcloths or paper towels so kinda tough! Not things you really want to buy for a short trip. Regardless of that, we loved it! Grazie!

This Roman apartment was incredible!

The Rome Quartiere XIII Aurelio property was super! It is just down the street from the Vatican (within walking distance) and the complex was safe and quiet, with beautiful marble stairs. Right outside were convenient cafes and small shops and good restaurants. The property seemed newly renovated, was clean and very spacious. The balcony was so adorable overlooking the Roman streets below. With 2 large bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms it was very comfortable for a family or group to stay. The baths were innovative and with all the amenities you could need. The washing machine was also convenient. The kitchen with dining table is such so cute and nice sitting area for gathering. I will definitely stay at this property again for our next visit to the Capital of the World!! Loved this place so much!

Comfortable and well-appointed

This apartment was conveniently located, quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It's not luxury living, but we liked it. We are a family of 5 and would stay there again. It was especially nice to have AC and two bathrooms.
