El apartamento Lakeview nuevo en 2015. Basado en la ubicación más increíble y tiene algo para todos. Se encuentra en el segundo piso con vistas al lago en bote. A la vista se encuentran los establos de Newquay Riding, y a través del parque se encuentra el zoológico de Newquay, el mundo del agua, el golf loco, el tenis cubierto y al aire libre, el parque de patinaje y el restaurante Lakeside. El apartamento tiene capacidad para cinco personas con dos habitaciones, una king size y dos individuales, con la silla Snuggle que se puede convertir en una cama individual que ofrece un dormitorio adicional para invitados. Estancias cortas disponibles bajo petición, mínimo de tres noches.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

This apartment is very well equipped for a comfortable stay and is in a great location with wonderful views over the boating lake. I would highly recommend it and would stay again.

Perfect week away

Ideal location, spacious balcony with nice views over the lake, walking distance of all the bars and restaurants yet far away enough to enjoy real peace at nights. Great week, would definitely stay again!

A fantastic apartment, great location we loved it!

We can’t wait to come back to this apartment. It was superb, clean, great location with everything we could possibly need! The most perfect view on the balcony and beautiful gardens and lake to walk round.

Good location, quite well equipped, was a little bit tired looking from the outside.Some of the decking steps were quite loose and dangerous. Quite a lot of spiders outside and coming in, sometimes.

Fantastic 2 week holiday

Lovely property for our 2 week holiday in a great location as near all the lovely beaches. Lots of amenities nearby and a central location. Property very clean and modern and we loved sitting out on the balcony after our days out. Will definitely return again.

Great getaway, great location - recommended

Booking was easy, communication with Peter was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is well located with it's own parking space which is ideal. Well presented throughout, modern and very comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay and we hope to return very soon!

Lovely apartment near the boating lake

Very clean and comfortable making this apartment an ideal base to explore Cornwall. 15 minute walk onto the seafront at Newquay ( partly up a steep hill). Cream tea at the Lakeside cafe was delicious!

Perfect Location to explore Newquay and surrounding area

We had a great stay at this property Perfect size for a family of 4 Kitchen well equipped Lovely big clean bedrooms and comfy beds There is a Morrisons 5 minute drive away Fistral Beach within walking distance Lakeside cafe great for morning coffees Lots to do on your doorstep without the need to drive Would defo stay again **We would recommend recycling system being set up at the property for rubbish as at present there is none Many Thanks

just lovely !

We (family with one kid) really enjoyed staying in this apartment overlooking the boating-lake from the balcony. The interior furniture-arrangement is nice and tasteful. I can also confirm other reviews in that the owners are super nice. 100% recommendation !

Had a late in the year holiday here. Really loved it. Excellent accommodation, appeared to cater for any scenario, ease of use of everything we needed to use. Excellent placing for short walk into town centre. Would recommend 100% to anybody who wanted a lovely break away. Thank you

This is situated in a lovely convenient part of Newquay. The apartment is very nice, but, the downsides were that the hot water was ridiculously hot and didn’t last very long (supplied only enough for nearly 2 people to shower)…. The blinds in the bedrooms also let in a lot of light, so make sure you take eye blinds or do as we did, hang blankets to make it dark! The initial cleanliness was good until you looked at the bottom of your socks!!?!! On closer inspection it was obvious the cleaner had literally swept it under the sofa and not mopped the floors at all.. my wife & I swept & mopped the floors on our first night there!! Despite my moans, I can say that I would recommend this apartment to friends & family!!

Third stay - excellent as always!

Owner sent comprehensive details of property and how to enter in advance. Access was easy. No issues with the designated parking space. Apartment was clean and fully equipped for all our needs. Hot water was always plentiful for four adults. Beds were comfortable and all our party slept well with no noise issues from other apartments. Balcony overlooking the boating lake offers a great place to relax in the evening. We all really enjoyed our stay again and would highly recommend.

Family holiday Newquay

The accommodation was perfect for our family of four. The location is just out of town but in an urban feeling area with a balcony overlooking the lake. There are various walks in to the town centre so no need to walk the steep hill and most are only around 15 mins. There is a land train that has a stop across the lake from the apartment which goes in to town so an alternative option. Beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots to do on your door step and having parking space right outside was a bonus. Hosts were lovely and accessing accommodation was very easy.

Wonderful experience again!

This is the second occasion my family and I have stayed at this property and once again it has more than met our expectations. The booking process was smooth and the communication from Peter & Evelyn gave us all the information we required for our stay. On arrival, the allocated parking bay is wide and there was no issue with the entry process to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and expertly presented. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh. The bathroom was also clean and we always had enough hot water for our party of four. We found the main living area bright and spacious, whilst the kitchen area was clean and fully equipped. The balcony overlooking the boating lake is a real bonus and is a great place to relax. Overall this property is a real gem and we hope to stay here again in the future.

The moment we walked into this apartment we felt at home! With its spectacular views of the lake and very clean and open planed design it was clear to see this was going to be an ideal apartment for me and my family of 5. The decor has been very thought out and not a thing has been missed, the kitchen modern and very well equipped and the beds are ridiculously comfortable! With its central location being only a short drive away from all must have destinations and beaches! The zoo, swimming pool and crazy golf is only a short stroll away and the lake out the front offers many possibilities of feeding the ducks, remote control boats, rowing boats and pedal-lows! The gold mine being the restaurant on the lake, it's nothing special to look at from the outside but the service, food and price being one of the best valued restaurants we have ever visited and the breakfast in there is amazing. This was our first ever visit to Cornwall and needless to say we will be most certainly returning! It was the perfect family holiday for us and we can't wait to go back! 5* rating without a doubt!

Tolle Ausgangslage

Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Etwas zu spät haben wir erfahren, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Bei diesem Preis hätten wir das eigentlich erwartet, aber es stand wohl auch nicht ausdrücklich auf der Homepage. Die hervorragenden Gastgeber haben andererseits aber sofort auf ein technisches Problem reagiert und binnen 12 Stunden durch einen Klempner Abhilfe schaffen können !!! Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, fußläufige Lage zur Innenstadt machten diesen Aufenthalt erinerungswert !

Since a little boy I have visited Cornwall yearly, and I am now 66. I absolutely have fallen in love with the land. To this day we have also taken our three children and now our grandchildren.
We love popping into St.Agnes village, eating a Pasty down on Perranporth beach and enjoy the delights of Crantock beach with its estuary,there is so much to offer. Since we love Cornwall so much we decided to purchase our apartment new for 2015 so that others could experience the same excitement that we have in Cornwall.
Our apartment is in a beautiful location which we enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching the world pass by and we hope you will to.
