Una vista al mar condominio de tres dormitorios en una de los desarrollos más recientes de Flagler Beach. The owner, Doug, is wonderful in his communication. We had a small problem with the internet, and he saw the problem thru and followed up to make sure that the problem was rectified. The unit is spacious and the description is accurate down the the details. We stayed for nine days and enjoyed every day. The condo complex is quiet and beautiful. The beach is not crowded and makes you feel that you have a special spot for you and your family. Flagler Beach is the perfect small town of beaches. We love it here!

Property is nice, however we arrived to a mess. Apparently the cleaners had failed to clean. So since my sister and her husband were meeting us there, I had no choice but to wash sheets, towels, make up beds and clean up the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. That cost us a days worth of vacation. The next day the cleaners came which again messed up our plans. I think Doug did everything he could to make things right, it just was not what we were expecting.

Enjoyed our week

Large condo with nice kitchen and common area. Large master bedroom and bath. Other 2 bedrooms are smaller. Everything was clean but could use a little updating. Outdoor yard area was nice for kids and the dog. There is very little view of the ocean since it’s a first floor condo. Short walk across the busy road to the ocean access steps.

Location, Location, Location!

The condo is just as described. It is very spacious, especially the kitchen, master bedroom/bath and living room area. The location can't be beat in relation to the pool, beach, restaurants, and area attractions. The owner did respond to questions and issues relatively quickly. Only minor things need improvement. The smallest guest bedroom is in need of a new mattress and the bed is extremely low to the floor. The ceiling fans in the living room area and on the lanai did not work which would have helped keep those areas much cooler, especially during July when the heat index and thermometer hit 100 for several days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The privacy, parking, cleanliness, location, updated appliances, comfortable sectional in the living room area and king size bed in the master were amazing. I hope to be able to stay here again.

Unforgettable Getaway

Dear van Steinburgs, I want to thank you both for leasing your lovely condo to us. We had a most wonderful time there, one we will always treasure. Your home is absolutely beautiful and we appreciate your kindness in opening it up to us for our family getaway. I particularly enjoyed making new friends with your gorgeous plants, the sweet black kitty who lives a few doors down, the lizards on the patio and even a turtle traversing the lawn! Exactly what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Doug was pretty responsive with getting back to us with questions. But that was only needed on our arrival. This place was really clean and very roomy. The location was excellent in many ways. It is on the first floor, and a corner unit. The corner unit means you get a fantastic breeze across the lanai all day and evening. Which was also a short walk through the back yard straight across the A1A to the complexes personal steps to the beach. The master bedroom was huge. There was also plenty of kitchen needs to do your own cooking. We liked that the condo was a short drive into town. This was our second trip to Flagler and will be back again. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Very nice place!

This is a very nice place to stay. Loved the location and the amenities that it had to offer. Beach is just a walk across the street and you are close enough to Flagler to shop and eat. Also easy drive to either Daytona Beach or St. Augustine. We will probably be staying here again next time!

Gorgeous Place

This place was beautiful. Very nicely appointed. As close to the beach as you can get in this region. All the amenities. Well kept. Great facilities. A little pricey, but well worth it. The owners were very gracious and helpful. Hope to go there again.

Retirement celebration

We celebrated my retirement by a month long visit at this awesome condo. It was everything stated and more. Furnishings are top notch. Communication with owner was easy and responsive. We would recommend this condo and area for all who want luxury and classic Florida.

Winter Get Away

This beautiful condo was our home for a month. It truly felt like home and had beautiful amenities. The kitchen had everything needed for meal pre. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the lanai- our favorite room of the home. Listening to the waves and walking on the beach was so relaxing. We brought our dog with us and she enjoyed the near by dog parks and walks around the golf course. We had no issues but when we reached out to Doug he always responded promptly. Flagler beach is one of our favorites. It is old school Florida with fun places to eat and multiple parks for hiking, canoeing, etc. can’t wait to return!

Flagler Beach Fun

We were very pleased to see that the actual condo. was truly as it was pictured. The kitchen was supplied with absolutely everything that you need, the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms had plenty of towels and sheets. The laundry room had a very nice washer and dryer and it was so convenient to have it in the unit. The pool was a comfortable temperature and it was never very crowded. The beach was lovely, with whales and dolphins passing by, and a great place for our grandkids to play in the sand and wade through the breakers. We also found the neighbors, and neighborhood, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked this condo. again for next year, the same time. As an extra added attraction, we saw several rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The night launch was amazing! The property is close to many restaurants and shops for souvenirs and T-shirts. Flagler Beach is a beautiful beach that goes on for miles and miles. Not great for shelling, but wonderful to play in the breakers and walking in the sand. Finally, the City of St.Augustine, a 45 minute drive away, is historical and has many unique shops.

Our stay at south beach condos

It was a nice condo but a our ice maker didn't work an the washer quit on us. And the floors looked like they weren't mopped very well we mopped them. They didn't stock any toilet paper. But over all it was ok. Just little things. The dogs enjoyed it. Doug was great he replied back very quickly when I had any questions. Thanks. Linda an Mark Henry

Great place

Just the right place for our family of 6. We wanted a place with a pool, access to the ocean, and driving distance to Orlando. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Owners communicated amazing. Hi, we're Doug & Carrol Van Steinburg.
Doug is a recently retired Design and Technology teacher and Carrol a retired Vice Principal from the Toronto Board of Education. We have continued our other interests and are very involved. Doug designs and renovates houses and summer homes, while Carrol sells Real Estate in the Toronto market. We have been coming to this part of Florida for family holidays for 30 years and love it as if it were home.

This location boasts a number of advantages. A beach that is quite often empty, certainly never crowded and runs as far as you can see in either direction. There are no buildings allowed on the ocean side of the A1A so the beach seems to be just for you. Nearby Tomolka Park with it's canals, paths and incredible Jungle is a natural treasure filled with wildlife. Flagler is the kind of town were sand sometimes drifts across the walkway of City Hall. There are no big chain fast food places in sight. There are regular markets and craft sales held in the town square. Yet a 15-20 minute drive away from town finds all the Big Box shopping you will ever need.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

As is our habit, we immediately renovated our brand new condo when we moved in. Unlike the other end unit three bedroom condos here, ours boasts an open kitchen with a custom oak bar counter (just refinished), custom lighting and almost double the cabinet space of the stock model. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would want and the walls throughout are decorated with mostly original art of personal significance. We upgrade our appliances and facility consistently. Recently (in the last 3 years) we have added a new HVAC system, new window, blinds, full size washer/dryer, a microwave, as well as a high efficiency dishwasher.
